I called for service and they were able to come out same day. Brandon R was my service guy and he was tremendous. Did a great job and was respectful and cared for my property and time. He explained thourghly the service he was completing and why it was necessary. He even adjusted and serviced issues that were still under warranty to correct a few things that had nothing to do with why he was called. Brandon truly went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

From the moment I called for a quote I was impressed. They were kind, honest and helpful. The communication was fantastic! They called to give me an estimate of when Brandon was going to be there and when he was running late they called again to let me know! Brandon and Jared were great as well! Professional and gave us all the options. They went the extra mile and stayed until after 6p to complete the job and make sure we got the app downloaded and the keypad programmed. I would recommend them all day to anyone who asked!!!

I chose Precision because the web site showed that they would come today, and I didn't want my garage door partly open all night. I knew it had been some time since I had the door checked, so besides getting the door closed, I wanted a checkup. It ended up needing more than I knew, but I am very happy that I don't have to worry about it breaking down now. I am very pleased with the work and the worker!

Brandon R. came out to our house on 1/10 to inspect a repair I had done just a few days earlier. We talked for a while about what was done. He was appalled at the $3,400 this company had charged me. He also noticed a lot of safety issues the other company missed, as well as potential future problems that I would have because of the poor repair job. Brandon called his manager and they fixed my garage door at a very heavy discount. He found the other company used incorrect springs and drums. He wrote me a very detailed account of the safety issues that the other company missed and what his company would have charged me so that we can use that as we dispute the payment. Brandon created a Precision Garage Door Service customer for life. I will also sing your praises to anyone and everyone who will listen. Brandon (and his manager, but I don’t know her name) truly blessed us. We know that our door will be safe and function properly for years to come. Thank you Brandon and thank Precision Garage Door!!

My experience with Precision was great from the very beginning. I called on a Saturday morning, with bad weather predicted, and Crystal who was very friendly and a good listener, assured me they could take care of my problem. Brandon, the technician arrived early afternoon, calling me when he was on his way. I had also received a text about Brandon’s background. He was the best. I would give him 5+ stars. I was given 3 options with cost estimates. At the end I was very satisfied with the selection I chose. He was very patient when walking me through the Aladdin Genie app which I really appreciated. He was very thorough and good with the explanations. He even shoveled my snow and left the garage in good order. If I ever have garage door issues I will be calling Precision and requesting Brandon.

I would give more than 5 stars if they were available. From the ladies on the phone to our service technician, Brandon R., we couldn't be more pleased. The lady from the office (sorry can't remember her name) kept us informed of the arrival time and made sure we were ok with a possible delay. Brandon arrived well inside the 2-hour window and listened when I explained our problem. He knew what our problem was right away explained solutions and gave us the choice of repair options and the timing to do the repairs. We didn't feel pressured on any decisions. I called because I used your service twice in the past. As with most situations when you can’t use your garage you look for the quickest solution. Precision was able to provide same day service although I didn’t contact any other companies. Brandon was very professional and knew both the products and installation process. I ended up purchasing a complete new system. Although I’m happy with the overall result, I felt the price was a bit higher than it should have been.
