Brandon came out to fix a broken spring. We had just had it replaced a few years ago with and internal spring rod. I wanted to upgrade to the old heavier springs as we use the garage door as our in and out and it gets plenty of work. So the pulleys and cables were also trashed and I had Brandon replace them along with the rollers on a buy one get one deal. So Brandon quoted me the job and I agreed not wanting to spend as much but I wanted to make sure the system lasted for a long time. As he got into it we talked about the different challenges and agreed to upgrade the entire system. Brandon kept me informed throughout the entire process, he was very professional and I couldn’t be happier. I would gladly recommend Brandon for the very very unpleasant broke garage door experience!!!

I called on a Saturday morning, with bad weather predicted, and Crystal who was very friendly and a good listener, assured me they could take care of my problem.
