Very satisfactory experience with this company. I received an email letting me know that Brandon, the technician sent was on his way,then Brandon himself called and confirmed when he would be arriving. When Brandon got here he was very out going and friendly,yet very professional also and you could tell he knew what he was talking about and doing. He walked me through what he was going to do to replace the door spring and also pointed out some other things that would cause future problems over time. Precision was the first pop up on the Internet search. I am so glad! Brandon came out, checked the issues, explained what was wrong, gave multiple options of how to correct, explained differences between the options, did the work in an exceptional amount of time, explained everything he did, showed all the chills and frills and was absolutely fantastic to deal with, talk to and get answers. I would give more than 5 stars if they were available. From the ladies on the phone to our service technician, Brandon R., we couldn't be more pleased. The lady from the office (sorry can't remember her name) kept us informed of the arrival time and made sure we were ok with a possible delay. Brandon arrived well inside the 2-hour window and listened when I explained our problem. He knew what our problem was right away explained solutions and gave us the choice of repair options and the timing to do the repairs. We didn't feel pressured on any decisions.
