I was able to book a service call with Precision very quickly and the technician was great. Brandon was courteous and professional, very thorough in explaining the description of the work and material choices. I had him replace springs, plates, drums, cables, shaft and rollers. He had all needed parts on his truck. Garage door maintenance and parts are pricey but I felt the job was completed very well and I'd highly recommend Brandon at Precision Garage Door Service.

Brandon did a fantastic job at helping us understand what issues he was seeing with our door's springs and drums. We’d been having problems with our outside keypad for a while and also noticed that the garage door motor, which was old, was making too much noise. Service tech came out and did the best he could to resolve the gaps found under the garage door when it’s closed. He replaced part and went the extra mile to try to seal the door. He gave recommendations on door upgrades to consider and even adjusted the motor so more force would be applied when closing the door. The tech was amazing and I would highly recommend this company.
