Teddy was phenomenal. He clearly provided options for our door repair, longevity and future expectations and cost of service. He executed on that service as well. Teddy also was conscious of our pets, was friendly and even helped the waste management company maneuver around our trash cans as it is also trash pick up day. He embodied service excellence, humility and a high ‘do the right thing’ mentality even when he thought no one was looking. Precision was great. My garage started acting up on Easter morning, and we had to manually lock it. I went online and scheduled an appointment with Precision the next day (yesterday). Within 3 hours, tech Josh showed up and was done in about 90 minutes. I was very pleased with how efficient the process was. Josh explained everything and gave me some options for how to address our electrical issue with our garage door motor. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He also showed me how to do some quick DIY maintenance on my garage. So far, there have been no malfunctions with the door today.

While my door needed more work than I anticipated, springs, bearings, rollers and struts, the tech explained it in a way that made sense to me. He also broke it out into a couple different estimates so I could choose to do as much or as little as I wanted to get the door operational. He also told me about himself and how long he had been with this company, 15 years, and that says a lot about the company itself. I went with Precision because of their five star rating and the lived up to it.

Chase was great. He arrived on time and clearly explained the issues with the garage door. He was courteous and professional. The repairs were done quickly and had all the parts on their truck for the repairs. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of original hardware kit that was used to install the original door. The door is only two years old.

I called Precision Garage Door Service when my garage door stopped working. I thought it was the spring, but Jeff and Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue — my 14-year-old motor had failed completely, and they showed me the broken pieces. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything in detail, walked me through my options, and let me make the best decision for my family without any pressure. They also identified some additional issues (worn bearings, aging spring) and helped me understand what needed attention. The work was completed efficiently, and they left everything clean. I'm very happy with the new motor, belt system, and spring they installed. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and especially Jeff and Brandon. These guys know their stuff and genuinely care about doing the job right!

The team led by Vladimir was very efficient, friendly, and professional. They not only replaced the garage door opener which had failed but also door hardware/bearings/rollers that were over 35 years old and also failing. Garage Door Service is definitively a 5 star company and I highly recommend them for any type of service. They offer high quality products and superior services. I requested service for my garage door and a tech was provided that same day. Tech "Stuart" was prompt, professional and courteous. He patiently listened to my problems, examined my door/opener and provided a customized plan to address my concerns and resolve the problem. Tech Stuart implemented the solution in a timely manner and kept me apprised of his progress. When the job was complete, Tech Stuart made sure his work area was clean and free of any debris. He also provided great instructions on how to operate my new equipment and link it to the Alladin App. As a senior citizen, it was very refreshing to work with a patient, honest and considerate professional like Stuart.
