I called on a Monday afternoon to inquire about refurbishing the bottom of my garage door. Precision had a technician out the next morning. Mike went over the details with me and had the job done in under an hour. I was very pleased with the service. Would highly reccomend Precision for any garage door work!

We have used Precision Door for over 15 years. We saw there commercial on TV. We appreciated how fast they were able to come out and correct our issue. Today, 3/29/2025 we had a situation where our door would go down as far as 2" above being closed and open back up. Orlando came out he was very polite and honest; he had all the knowledge needed to fix the "eye" which had to be replaced, they were 25 years old. But we had additional questions, and he answered a number of them but if he didn't know he was up front and said he would have to check with someone else. I so much appreciate honesty to that level. It was a joy working with him.

A neighbor in my community recommended Precision. I was very happy to be able to book an appointment online for the very next day. My technician, Eric, called prior to his visit and arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He explained everything clearly and gave me all the options and did a great job of fixing the garage door and installing new springs. Royal was amazing!! He was exceptionally friendly with a positive attitude!! He knew the business and was very informative. He gave us multiple options and described each option in detail!! He was terrific!! When we buy a new garage door (which may be soon after our interactionwith Royal), I will definitely go through Precision Garage Door and hopefully have Royal available to install it!! If all of your employees are as wonderful as Royal, you have an amazing company!! Thank You so much for the excellent customer service and taking care of us so quickly with a lot of giggles which relieved some stress when we all are spending money!! My garage door is fixed but the customer service was amazing and you don't see that much these days!! Thank you Royal!! You're the BEST!

I looked at several companies and yours stood out to me. Easy to make an appointment online and here at the time requested. Technician was very professional. We thought it might be an easy fix, but we were wrong. It was the actual opener that was the issue. Installed a new opener in approximately 2.5 hours and all is good. We have utilized folks several times over the years for different service needs. Your techs are very professional and knowledgeable. I've been a direct salesperson for over 40+ years and have been providing compressed air equipment solutions for almost 20 years. I expect and appreciate the same good service I deliver throughout the state of Indiana. your Precision techs knock it out of the park every time. If only ALL contractors delivered the same quality! If I was responsible for hiring techs for the company I represent, I would hire every tech that I have encountered with your company. Hope you are paying them well, or someone will steal them away. Good people are hard to find.

I was very pleased with the work Precision Door did in repairing my garage door. The technician, Kalu, arrived on time, did a careful inspection of the door, and presented me with various options, from just replacing the broken spring, to replacing other parts too that were extremely worn. I had the pleasure of meeting Cole P he was the tech guy working on my garage door he wasvery pleasant. He explained everything to me before we started. He showed me all the options and let me make my decision. Very nice gentleman. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone else that I know that needs help with the garage door. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Not only was I scheduled quickly and courteously, my technician Isaac was wonderful. He did not try to “upsell” services and was very helpful in the navigation of services that were needed versus ones that could be delayed. Plus, while working here, Isaac heard a neighbor who had fallen and responded to bring out his first aid kit AND help the neighbor back home! This sounds too good to be true…but it’s true!

The gentleman that came out and worked on my garage door was professional. He answered all my questions he did a wonderful job on fixing. The door put new cables and found out the Spring was bad for the new Spring on so I am really pleased on what he did and this summer I am going to call you guys to replace the motor and the rollers on my garage door. I also would like to gentlemen came out here today to come out here to replace the motor and the roller's thank you for all your help and I'll be calling you guys the summer thanks.

I took a chance on Precision's internet ad because I was desperate to repair a damaged garage door that day (someone backed out a car without...$$!) A nice woman answered the call and right away that afternoon I had an appointment. Whoosh! The door was entirely made with glass windows and was severely bent, including the glass. The repair would require two men to push it back into place at risk of breaking multiple glass windows. It took three hours, a steel bracket to secure, and it was done. Kevin also managed to sell me some new rollers for all three doors, and threw in some other adjustments for free. Then, not sure why, he swept out all three garage bays that were loaded with fall leaves and winter dirt! Very competent men with years of experience. Their trucks are really beautiful. You cannot do better than that.

Booking process was fast and easy. They even texted me the morning of my 2pm appointment offering to come earlier if I needed it but that wasn’t necessary. Our technician Mike was super friendly, explained everything in detail, gave us all available options and allowed us to choose what was best for us. No pressure to do any more than was needed. Mike gave us confidence in his expertise from the start, and the job was diagnosed and completed quickly, and with great care and great results. We will recommend Precision to anyone we can!
