I initially contacted another garage door service to repair my garage door. I spent more time than necessary on the phone arranging an appointment for the following day than necessary. Then I remembered seeing your television ad and at 12:30pm I pulled up your website, made an online appointment for that same day (4pm-6pm) and received a text confirmation within 2 minutes. Eric M called at 2:45 and said that he could be at our residence within 30 minutes. That worked for us!! He arrived in a clean, clearly marked Precision vehicle, in a clean uniform and was very professional. He determined the issue (broken spring and a couple other smaller items that should be repaired/replaced). Gave us 2 estimates: what definitely needed attention and one that listed what issues should be repaired/replaced at some future time (or now). There was no pressure from Eric at any time on which option we should chose. He completed the job within the stated time (1 hr.) and was entirely professional and explained the process. He also provided 2 quotes for new garage door opener motors (for future need). I highly recommend Precision.

Excellent service. I highly recommend. Our technician was great and told me exactly how our 14 year old door hardware was failing. We called for a broken spring. His assessment was that all of the door hardware and bearings were at end of life and he got us fixed up that day. The old door is so quiet now, it is like new.

Mike F was great. He listened to my description of what I encountered when my garage door had issues. He talked me through what he was seeing initially. Then after taking the time to get everything back in place he explained what he felt should be done to make everything work properly again. I never felt like at any time he was trying to sell me anything. It was, ok, your door is working again but these are the things I'm seeing. I liked that he let me decide whether I wanted to take care of the issues now or wait until I was ready to have them fixed. I felt like he was a friend coming to help me fix my garage door and I could trust him.
