Precision answered my call immediately. They sent someone to assess the issue within 2 hours of the call. Kalu was super helpful and forthright about the repairs that were needed and what it would cost. I wasn’t sold extra parts or some additional subscription service plan. They will have my business going forward!

The service technician, Vladimir, was on time, polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He showed me what was causing the problems, explained what my options were and also provided options to upgrade my door. He installed 2 new springs in place of the old one, a new steel rod, 2 new hinges to replace cracked ones, and 2 new, heavier duty, pulleys and cables. We will definitely use Precision again.

When my garage door opener broke I didn't hesitate I called Precision, Brandon came inspected and found some other small issues that needed to be addressed, gave me a quote for everything and I wasn't pressured to commit, I agreed for the repairs, he returned the next day with the parts to fix it.
