I accidentally backed into my garage door and needed someone to inspect the damage and see if it could be repaired. I was dreading this and just knew I was about to have to pay a couple thousand bucks for a door replacement. Clayton was absolutely amazing from the very minute he got out of the car. At first, I was a little concerned when only one technician arrived, but Clayton quickly put those concerns to rest. He was professional, knowledgeable, and confident from the moment he arrived. Most importantly, he genuinely seemed committed to finding the best solution rather than immediately recommending a costly replacement, which always happens to me in these situations, as I'm a single white female. Before even discussing repairs, he spent time carefully assessing the damage and looking for ways to save the door. He came back and explained that he had found a repair option that would allow me to avoid replacing the entire door. He was very honest about the potential drawbacks, including the possibility of some future noise and a small remaining dent. Still, he was confident he could restore the door to full functionality. Clayton thoroughly explained the repair process, pricing, and warranty. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure. He made it clear that payment wouldn't be collected until the work was completed and I was satisfied with the results. He also backed his work with a one-year warranty, which gave me even more confidence. The repair took about 45 minutes, and when I inspected the door afterward, I was honestly amazed. It looked almost like I had never backed into it. He straightened the damaged section as much as possible, reinforced the area where the door had come off the track, and made sure everything was operating properly. He also took the time to provide advice on maintaining the door in the future. Best of all, the garage door operated smoothly and quietly when he finished. It's now been a couple of days, and the door works just as well as it did before the accident. I told Clayton he was amazing, but he insisted I was just lucky. Personally, I think he was just being modest. His professionalism, honesty, and workmanship exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any garage door issue in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs.

I would definitely recommend Precision. Easy online scheduling. They send a bio of the serviceperson in advance so you know who is coming to your house. Dakota was extremely professional, worked thoroughly to identify the problem and present us with options and explain the problems and the outcomes of repairing or delaying the repairs. Teddy F did an excellent job helping us with our garage door problem. The garage door was not able to open, and Teddy F found that a lawn mower was blocking the light indicator and stopped the garage door from opening. Once the lawn mower was moved the garage door worked perfectly! The pull down cord that opens the garage door manually had broken when we tried to open th garage door ourselves and Teddy was able to ReAttach the cord again. He oiled the track of the garage door so it will run smoothly. We were only charged for a service call with no overtime even though it was a Saturday. I also want to mention the friendliness of the staff who set up the appointment, and kept me notified when Teddy F would be arriving. Precision Garage Doors is the company I will be using for all my garage door problems from now on!

I started a remodeling of my home and added a 3-car garage about three years ago. As with the other remodeling, the contractor performed shoddy work. Nothing in the house was done properly and most of it had to be completely redone. It took me almost 2 years to locate a contractor who would agree and finish up the remodeling and bring it back to code. About a month ago, I finally had electricity hooked up to my 3-car garage. I called Precision Garage Door Service and explained how none of the 3 garage doors worked properly. The technician, Mike F, reviewed the chaos and came up with a plan to rehab the shoddy work. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, fixed exactly what was needed without trying to upsell me. He made the garage doors work like a brand new system should work. Highly recommend for anyone needing repairs or installation!!! Ron

My 24 year old garage door system - one of the torsion springs snapped. Since the entire system was 24 years old, I had Precision replace everything. (Except the door itself, and the 2 main rails, they were all still in great shape, per the installers). But I had them replace everything else. Torsion springs, opener motor, (I upgraded from a chain to a belt drive). They aligned the rails properly, and bracketed them properly (they were not aligned correctly and weren't attached/braced to garage properly - they even added some wood to further attach/enforce bracing brackets). They also replaced the cabling, roller wheels, bottom weather seal, a large bracket/brace for top center of garage door for belt arm to attach to - instead of to a single point on door (which I didn't have before), basically replaced, aligned, installed every part that was attached to my garage, except the door and main 2 rails. I got the lowest end Genie belt drive they had (no wifi, no fancy security, etc). All in it was $2600. Yes, an expensive bill. I do realize I'm paying for marketing, but I'm also happy they pay a pro wage. They fully replaced a 24 year old system (end to end) and was installed sturdy, aligned and proper. It's so much quieter than that old rusty chain mechanism. I'm leery of the Genie brand, but the Liftmaster would have cost me a lot more. All I needed was a basic opener. I already have security cameras and smart garage opener set up, so any of those added features would have been wasted on me. Yes, I could have made this a smaller repair and done some of this myself, as I'm a capable handyman .. but my home is an investment, and so is every dollar I put into it - a job like this I wanted the pros to do. I also probably could have found a smaller local company and maybe saved a few hundred bucks, but I'm not second guessing these guys at all - they were professional and very good at what they did. Ask for Vladimir, he's an oustanding installer. The end result is a perfectly aligned, strongly reinforced system, professionally installed, and super quiet operation. My existing smart garage opener works great on it (Meross brand, works on Apple HomeKit). My Ring cameras inside and outside of garage, nothing changed there. It was a pricy project but I'm glad I bit the bullet.

Our appointment was for Thursday, but Eric M showed up a day earlier at the end of the day on Wednesday. We described the problem that we were having with our door sagging and Eric provided us with two options: 1) install a new door, or 2) reinforce the existing door. Of course, the second option was much more affordable and since we are in the process of selling our house, this was very welcoming news! Eric took just around 20 minutes to complete the task. He also lubricated the springs and made the door opening much quieter. We were relieved and very happy with the quality of his work. Thank you Eric!

We had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Setting up an appointment was extremely easy and I was able to do so via text. I received a call early in the morning giving me a shorter window of time during which we could expect our tech, Caleb, and then he contacted us prior to departing for our home as well as on arrival. Caleb was the best service technician we’ve ever had in our home- extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and respectful. He explained the issues in detail, in addition to our options to fix the immediate need as well as other repairs that are needed beyond what was necessary to get to door working today. He was able to get things up and running in just a couple of hours and explained all the repairs, along with the basic maintenance work done as part of the service. We could really tell that he truly cared about doing a good job and getting it right- not just getting it done and getting out.
