I t says when I booked the appointment that it was an $88.00 service charge that would would be waived if over $100.00. It cost me over $700 dollars and I was still charged $65.00 service charge plus I never received my veterans discount. I am disappointed at the total cost was that much just for rollers and to reprogram the remotes.

I developed a partnership with Precision Garage Door several years ago. I was.impressed with your technicians. We received quality care! Job knowledge was expressed with the desire to "really" take care of us , along with the garage door. Precision Garage Door comes prepared, the parts are readily available to meet our needs. We loved Isaac! He communicated well with both of us. His customer service skills are better than any other provider could offer. Precision Garage Door will always be my garage door provider! You became family to me. I even gave Isaac a hug. He's now family. My neighbor needed Precision Garage Door. Their door was off balance and would not close. We suggested you guys. Precision responded promptly with same-day service call. Its service representative Tyler thoughtfully placed a call to us 15 minutes in advance of the arrival time he expected - just to check if the scheduled time was still convenient. Tyler was exceptionally friendly and courteous. He thoroughly explained his findings on inspection and explained each of our options for repair (including the pros and cons of each option), without giving any hint that he was motivated to aggressively "sell". We were confident about the repair decision that we made, and now, we are very happy with the result. Thank you!

Brandon came out to fix a broken spring. We had just had it replaced a few years ago with and internal spring rod. I wanted to upgrade to the old heavier springs as we use the garage door as our in and out and it gets plenty of work. So the pulleys and cables were also trashed and I had Brandon replace them along with the rollers on a buy one get one deal. So Brandon quoted me the job and I agreed not wanting to spend as much but I wanted to make sure the system lasted for a long time. As he got into it we talked about the different challenges and agreed to upgrade the entire system. Brandon kept me informed throughout the entire process, he was very professional and I couldn’t be happier. I would gladly recommend Brandon for the very very unpleasant broke garage door experience!!!

Precision installed a new door a few years ago and I figured it was time for a tune up. Mike arrived promptly and serviced the door and mechanisms and replaced a worn out keypad. Very helpful and prompt, and was able to show me the issues identified with the door clearly after the spring broke on my overhead door. Explained the work needed very well and could see the damage from the spring and needed repairs, plus the dogs loved him

Elliot came out and did a thorough evaluation of our garage door. It had come off the track on one side. Turned out it had not been installed correctly. He replaced the spring straightened it out, installed a new tràck and some new rollers. He was polite, professional and now our garage door works great!

Prior to my appointment, I received a courtsey call from Tony D informing me he was in route to my home to service my garage door. Tony D was very professional by phone and when he arrived at home. Tony D was patient, knowledgeable and thorough during his visit with me. I was given different options of replacement springs to put on my garage door and Tony D did not attempt to oversell me on any products. He was very honest about the parts on my garage door being in good condition and was honest about what I needed. I would definitely recommmend Pricision Door to my family and friends. I would definitely request Tony D for any future garage door repairs if needed. Tony D also had a great personality which made my experience greater.
