Joey H. was very efficient, friendly, and thorough. He went over my options and let me know what would correct the issue with my garage door. He let me know that even though my door is an older, wooden, and a bit worn...it was still operable. I decided to get a new opener and wait to replace the door at a later time. Our garage door mechanism decided to call it a day with a car stuck inside. I got an appointment and right at the scheduled time, Orlando was at my door ready to help. He quickly identified that my mechanism was over 22 years old and multiple parts failed. He walked me through the issue and provided multiple options to fix it. Once we decided on a route, he sprung into action and had it fixed within an hour. He was incredibly professional and polite the entire time, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. Overall, I’m very happy I reached out to Precision.

This is the first time I've had to deal with a spring breaking on my garage. My parents recommended Precision. So of course, I went that way. Everything went so smooth. Ty my tech was so polite. Tony from Precision Garage Door came to our home and did an extensive examination of our very old and very large garage door. He oiled all the rollers and the hinges and examined and cleaned the operator. He also furnished and programmed two remotes that now work perfectly. He also worked up a very detailed quote to replace the old large garage door and replace a barn doon with a garage door. Tony is the most professional, helpful, and friendly, service individual that we have had to our recently purchased 100-year-old home. Thank you, Precision Garage Door!

In less than 24 hours went from broken door to better than new. Eric G was fantastic called before the appointment to work out arrival time, explained everything right and wrong with my door then had it all wrapped up the same night. Service was incredibly good! I’d give it 10 stars. Initial phone call was answered very promptly and professionally. An appointment was set up for the next day (amazing), and Elliot the technician who came to our home was fantastic. We moved into an old home one month ago and two garage doors weren’t functioning. Elliot had to make several repairs/adjustments and got the doors working smoothly even though it was a cold snowy day. He could not have been more personable and professional.
