Precision, including Greg, were clear in their communication, so there were no surprises around arrival time or cost. Greg kept me informed the entire time, and really took the time to listen to me gush about how much I love my garage door, and he gave me some great, simple tips on how to keep things running smoothly in between maintenance calls. My experience has been nothing less than 5 out of 5 stars from getting a quote, through installation, and now, regular maintenance. And many thanks to Greg for taking such good care of my "big girl purchase!"
