Y’all need to give him big raises and bonuses and do everything you can to keep him for as long as possible! (And no, he didn’t tell me to say that). It’s so rare to get such good service these days - especially from young people. He’s a keeper!

I was having problems with my garage door, staying closed after the snowstorm about a month ago and so it just would leave it barely open and when the weather finally got nice enough, I went out and checked to see if there was any obstructions and even swept the bottom of the garage door earlier today it still wasn’t working, so I called and a technician (Elliot S) came out promptly and as I’m showing him what’s going on wouldn’t you know, it worked just fine. But because I had already made the call he just told me that he would just check it out and make sure everything was working properly and he was very very nice.

I am not satisfied with the outcome of services as the cost balloon to an unexpected larger sum amount. Originally I intended to replace apiece of rubber at the bottom of the door and services in general. I had thought that a budget amount around $300.00 is reasonable. As it turned out, two springs were replaced costing $500.00 plus parts. The garage opener was functioning before springs replacement, however it became malfunctioning after technician trying to adjust ( not sure why ). He even commented on the commercial quality of the opener which allowed garage door still working from one side of the spring. It was a totally unexpected turn of event that I am very disappointed in the services. More importantly the total cost of replacing the opener which added up to over $ 1,200.00. I am anxious to speak to the owner of Precision at the earliest opportunity.

From the moment I called to make an appointment and speak to the representative on the phone, its been a pleasurable experience. She was amazing and helpful. I wish I had her name. As for the technician who came to the house, his name was Marcus and he’s probably the best mannered representative I’ve ever had in my home doing work. He was experienced and he saved me a lot of money from not having to replace the garage door and he was managed to fix it to where it was absolutely perfect. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and he did it perfectly and beautifully. I will definitely do business with Precision garage door again

When I called for service, my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Kevin and Tyler were right on time. They took a look at my problem...and after some investigation, they found a couple of other concerns that needed taken care of. I agreed, and they started working. Within 3 hours, they were done with the repairs...and in my opinion, went above and beyond. Great with explanations! These two guys were awesome...friendly and fun...but knowledgeable and professional. Thanks, Kevin and Tyler and Precision! My mind is at ease now.

Dakota T was awesome in locating the issue that was causing my garage door to act on its own and sister with the other garage door at my house. He identified other issues that needed to be addressed due to the size of the motor that will allow that motors life to extend. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional.

Marquis discovered the problem with my opener very quickly. He showed me the burned out circuit board and I was relieved that a fire had not started because of the short circuits. After he installed the new opener and parts he showed me how everything worked and told me what to do if there was ever a problem. Marquis exceeded my expectations throughout the visit. He completed everything in a timely manner, cleaned up all debris, was polite and courteous. He is the kind of employee that is hard to find and definitely a keeper! Great job, well done!

Service was great! I scheduled in advance online at a time convenient for me. Technician Brandon called ahead to let me know he was en route. Fixed my door in the same visit and did a complete checkup on the door and opener. He gave me options without pressure to get the door working and some insights on my aging opener (1997!).
