I called Precision because we had used them before. I was so glad I did. My tech was Ty, so so nice and professional. I felt like I was talking to old friend. He showed me how one thing was leading to another problem, causing a total system breakdown. At first I didn't want to spend that much. But He showed me how using old equipment would cause a failure very soon.. So I got new motor and new springs. He did excellent work and took his time to do a great job. I am a VERY HAPPY customer tonight! Riley R was my technician today, and he was incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. At 6 am this morning, in the dark, our door started pulling crooked and would not go down. It sounded horrible, too. I contacted Precision because of brand familiarity and, most importantly, the online booking, where you offered an appt for 8am-10am TODAY! Online booking was EASY, and I got a text at 8:44am saying Riley R was on his way; it also included a brief bio, which I appreciated. After his initial assessment, he clearly explained what was wrong with our garage door. I am very thankful for his attention to detail, expertise, and technical ability to solve multiple issues with our large double door. We had a broken and tangled cable on one side and other worn parts, including an old chain opener beyond its expected life (dated 2003), so yes, it was time to replace all functional hardware on our door. He explained our options concisely and answered all my questions; once I made a selection, he worked most of the day. I am thrilled with our new belt-drive Genie opener and the new keypad! We also decided to have him upgrade the hardware on our smaller door, since it had the same-age (or older) spring and cables. We are grateful he could add that to today's job, and we want to thank Riley for his stellar customer service, courteous manner, professionalism, and installation skills!

Good Afternoon, I would like to Thank You for sending Caleb P, to my home on Saturday, October 24,2026 to repair my garage door. He arrived on time, very courteous and professional! I explained the problems I was having and he said he would do an inspection and find out the problem in about 15 minutes. He inspected everything and explained the problems to me. I had a wonderful Tech, taught me allot of what to look for and what I needed for safety. I got the tune up plus all I needed was new electronic eye's for safety factor. My Unit is over 25 years old ,I thought it was going to need replaced, it just needed to be reset up & down positioning and eyes. When our garage door broke, I was desperate. I called the number that the last company had left on the door but it went to voicemail. I received outstanding service! My elderly neighbor was very frightened because her garage door would not close. Within 2.5 hours of my call to Precision (on a Saturday) the technician was at her house, identified and fixed the issue.
