Supremely impressed my the ease of scheduling and the quality of service. Our service tech Chase M was polite, professional, and most importantly thoughtful. He neatly wrapped the opener power cable, and programmed the remote button to be intuitive when using it. You could tell he cared about his work and we really appreciate that. Very satisfied with the install, will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs Garage door service.

As we are an ambulance service we we're beyond stressed with our vehicles trapped inside the garage with a broken door. Brandon K. is absolutely amazing. The confidence and care he showed up was wonderful. He got straight to work and found a solution. He spent ample time making sure he fixed everything possible and to leave us in great shape. Overall was exceptional service from him. He deserves all the recognition, free pizza, and maybe a raise ;)

I wish I could give you more stars. Your installer, Brandon, is an absolute gem! If you look up “customer service “ there will be a picture of Brandon. My door would not function and he came out to fix it. Turned out my 20 year old door needed more than a bandage. He showed me everything in detail and where I could cut the cost. Not only did he do a perfect job but blew out my garage before he left. I will for sure recommend your company. Thank you.

I scheduled a service call through their website and it was easy. Company sent texts to confirm the appointment day before and morning of. Josh was the technician that arrived. He asked great questions about what the issues were and told me he would trouble shoot a let me know what he found. Once it was determined that the circuit board was fried, and him showing me the board I decided that the unit needed replaced. Josh worked up a couple estimates, explaining the differences between them and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I decided to go with the better unit being the house was a rental property and not wanting to have any issues, hopefully for years to come. I can’t say enough about Josh, his attitude and professionalism. Josh is a great ambassador for this company. He worked nonstop to compete the job. Once the new unit was installed Josh explained its operation, the warranty and even asked afterwards if I had any questions. Great job, great company! I’ve dealt with other garage door companies over the years and this company, Josh was by far the best experience I’ve had. Nice to know and deal with a Company and employee that actually cares about its customers!! Thank you Precision Garage Doors!!

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service in Indianapolis. They replaced my broken torsion springs that were still under warranty and also replaced the winding bar, safety cables, and all associated hardware. The technician thoroughly lubricated the garage door and properly adjusted the opener to the correct opening and closing settings. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything operates smoother and quieter than before. Drew, the service technician, was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was extremely satisfied with the entire service experience and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing garage door repairs or maintenance.

Precision had installed a new double garage door for me at the beginning of 2023 but Precision had installed the double garage door for me at the beginning of 2023 but I keep the old Genie opener that was 18 years old at that time. So it finally wore out and I decided to have a new door opener installed by Precision. I'm so glad I did because Orlando the technician who did the work did such a terrific job. We highly recommend your services. Your customer service was very polite and prompt. They scheduled us right away for the next day early. We got a call and we're told the technician would be coming out in about hour. He then called when he was 5 to 10 minutes away. He came in very professionally and assessed our door and problem. Went over all our options and was very clear on the cost and what needed to be done asap. It was very helpful. When we decided what job we would go with, he got to work right away. The service technician, Vladimir, was on time, polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He showed me what was causing the problems, explained what my options were and also provided options to upgrade my door. He installed 2 new springs in place of the old one, a new steel rod, 2 new hinges to replace cracked ones, and 2 new, heavier duty, pulleys and cables. We will definitely use Precision again.

When my garage door opener broke I didn't hesitate I called Precision, Brandon came inspected and found some other small issues that needed to be addressed, gave me a quote for everything and I wasn't pressured to commit, I agreed for the repairs, he returned the next day with the parts to fix it.
