Vladimir was great! He was on time, gave my system a complete examination, advised necessary fixes and was considerate about my senior, limited budget. I feel that he cared about me as his customer. He went over all charges and made sure I understood what all had been done and what might be needed in the future, as my budget allows. He even helped me change my garage overhead light bulb since I have had knee replacements. I am unable to get on a ladder. Many thanks for the wonderful experience!

Precision installed a new garage door and Lift Master Opener for my husband and I in 2012 and I've called them for service to that system in the past, with excellent results. I called them recently due to issues with the opener, their service tech, R.J. was very knowledgeable, took the time to discuss repair costs versus replacement and installed the new system I chose very professionally. Our remotes and keypad were not working consistently. We decided to get some professional help and I decided to call Precision after doing some research. RJ came right on time and asked pointed questions to help him get an idea of what might be going on. He then took time to diagnose and gave us several options, depending on how much we wanted to spend. We felt listened to and all of our questions/concerns were answered. The work was completed to our satisfaction. RJ was courteous and professional and friendly. He found ways to relate to us personally, which I found refreshing. Thank you, Precision and RJ!

Kevin and his helper (forgot his name) did an awesome job fixing my garage door explained everything in detail what was wrong what needed to be fixed and explained benefits of the options. I saw your commercials and looked the company up online and read the reviews. I decided to call and Krystal was very nice and helpful. She put me on the list for a technican to come out. I know due to the weather, snow, the techician, Elliot came out tonight and got my door working and installed a surge protector so my motor will be protected. Elliot was very nice and very professional. I will difintely be using Precision Garge Door Service in the future for any issue with my garage doors.

The reason I choose Precision Garage Doors was because of the advertising of not charging extra for holidays and weekends Also my sister recently had Precision out to fix her overhead door and she was very pleased I can’t over emphasize this, a person answered my call. Zeke was here to fix a roller that fell off the garage door. I knew the motor was original to my 25 year old house, and I was not surprised when he told me it needed to be replaced, soon. He gave me four quotes and fully explained the options for each one. I made my choice and he installed it immediately. I am very satisfied with the new motor, the price, and especially the helpful and professional service I received from Zeke. I highly recommend this business.

We are a repeat customer with Precision. Our technicians, Joey and Brock, exceeded our expectations. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in layman's terms so it was easy to understand the various options we had. Our main issue was a broken spring, but many other parts on the door were making the door work harder than it needed to. Joey and Brock provided a few options for us and we chose the one we felt would work best for us at this time. We appreciated being offered multiple options instead of just one....e.g., replace the entire door. (The service performed and products purchased were multiple ones - we were only able to choose one each on this form.) We trust Precision to be honest and provide good service. In our case, it was exceptional....and on New Year's Day on top of that! Thank you so much to Joey and Brock.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they serviced Lawrence and they could come within 4 hours. They sent Issac who exceeded all of our expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the product and detected the problem right away. He gave us service option and different price points to meets our needs. He was very helpful and genuine. In the end he was able to show me how to care for the garage door in the future. I would definitely call to have him back to work on the garage door in the future.

From the time I called in to the gentleman showing up it was all better than I expected.
