Precision installed a new door a few years ago and I figured it was time for a tune up. Mike arrived promptly and serviced the door and mechanisms and replaced a worn out keypad. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The service cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact Mike and Precision in the future. Thank you!

Very helpful and prompt, and was able to show me the issues identified with the door clearly after the spring broke on my overhead door. Explained the work needed very well and could see the damage from the spring and needed repairs, plus the dogs loved him

Elliot came out and did a thorough evaluation of our garage door. It had come off the track on one side. Turned out it had not been installed correctly. He replaced the spring straightened it out, installed a new tràck and some new rollers. He was polite, professional and now our garage door works great!

Prior to my appointment, I received a courtsey call from Tony D informing me he was in route to my home to service my garage door. Tony D was very professional by phone and when he arrived at home. Tony D was patient, knowledgeable and thorough during his visit with me. I was given different options of replacement springs to put on my garage door and Tony D did not attempt to oversell me on any products. He was very honest about the parts on my garage door being in good condition and was honest about what I needed. I would definitely recommmend Pricision Door to my family and friends. I would definitely request Tony D for any future garage door repairs if needed. Tony D also had a great personality which made my experience greater.

Eric M was my service Tech, I needed 1 door spring replaced. Ended up getting both replaced as he informed me (It's pretty much a given the other will probably break soon) He also checked the motor, door, rollers. Very thorough while here. Teddy was phenomenal. He clearly provided options for our door repair, longevity and future expectations and cost of service. He executed on that service as well. Teddy also was conscious of our pets, was friendly and even helped the waste management company maneuver around our trash cans as it is also trash pick up day. Precision was great. My garage started acting up on Easter morning, and we had to manually lock it. I went online and scheduled an appointment with Precision the next day (yesterday). Within 3 hours, tech Josh showed up and was done in about 90 minutes. I was very pleased with how efficient the process was. Josh explained everything and gave me some options for how to address our electrical issue with our garage door motor. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He also showed me how to do some quick DIY maintenance on my garage. So far, there have been no malfunctions with the door today.

While my door needed more work than I anticipated, springs, bearings, rollers and struts, the tech explained it in a way that made sense to me. He also broke it out into a couple different estimates so I could choose to do as much or as little as I wanted to get the door operational. He also told me about himself and how long he had been with this company, 15 years, and that says a lot about the company itself. I went with Precision because of their five star rating and the lived up to it.
