Garage door emergency hit on a Friday night - we were stuck with two cars in the garage. Precision Garage had an appointment early afternoon the next day and we had great service from Josh. He quickly identified the trouble - talked us through the pros/cons of repair options providing a couple of different price options. He gave us some good tips as he was finishing for us to try and do some basic maintenance by ourselves. Would definitley reccomend Precision Garage Door.

We called Precision to deal with a balky old opener. ( hey, it had been up for 21years; it was time.) Isaac arrived, asked about my concerns and asked if I wanted him to look into repairing the old unit. I told him I felt a replacement made more sense. He presented my wife and I with several options, and very thoroughly explained the differences - this young man really knows his stuff ! We made a decision and he went to work. He spent 3 hours on the install in 100+ degree heat and still made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Isaac is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional ! Based on our experience, we will absolutely recommend Precision !!

I must say, this repair was one of the best experiences I ever had. Colin, our tech, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Colin explained all of the processes he took to determine what our garage door repair needed. It was determined that the springs a roller and a hinge needed to be replaced, The repairs were completed without issue and our door is working better than it had been since we moved in 3 years ago. Ben did an excellent job of diagnosing the multiple issues contributing to my garage door failure. He is personable and acted in a professional manner at all times. I have two additional doors that will need attention in the future and I will request Ben when I make the service call. Insufficient space in the pull-down below. Ben replaced everything except the door itself, including replacement of the ancient chain drive with a belt drive/motor/remote

I called Precision because the other two companies I called were scheduling 2 weeks and 1 week into the future. Precision said they could replace my garage door opener, track, spring and rollers the same afternoon that I called. Their pricing fell in between the other two companies, but the timing was what sold me. Tony D was my technician. He was timely, knowledgeable and polite. He inspected all 3 of our garage doors and made recommendations for each. Since only one door was a problem for us at the time, I requested parts, including an upgraded spring, for just that particular door. He got the job done quickly and helped us re-program a car remote and an exterior, wireless remote keypad for the new opener. The new opener is smoother and quieter than the other two doors, even though they are relatively new too. I would strongly recommend Precision and will be using them again as needed.

Today I purchased and had 2 Genie garage door opener’s installed. Colin my service technician was on time as promised, in fact earlier than what I had scheduled online. Colin assessed my needs and explained the availability of equipment. The job was performed in a timely manner and fashion, all the features were explained to me upon completion. When completed clean up was a 10, everything was perfect. I will continue to use Precision Doors in the future!

We were recently in Florida on vacation and a family friend was watching our house and dogs in Indianapolis while we were gone. In the middle of our trip, we received a call from our house sitter that the garage door openers all quite working. We tried walking her through a possible reset, but that didn't work. I then called Precision Garage Door from Florida and they scheduled a technician for the very next day. Unfortunately, they called during the next day to cancel the scheduled & urgently needed technician for repair. They then rescheduled another technician for the following day (48 hours after the original call). As it turned out the technician that eventually arrived, Marquis, was extremely prompt & professional. He called me directly several times with updates and was able to make the required repairs within approximately 90 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with Precision thanks to Marquis.
