I received outstanding service! My elderly neighbor was very frightened because her garage door would not close. Within 2.5 hours of my call to Precision (on a Saturday) the technician was at her house, identified and fixed the issue. Not only was he an excellent and knowledgeable technician, he was kind and showed compassion to my neighbor. The door opens and closes soundlessly. My garage door was making a "different" noise when it opened first thing in the morning only. Checked out your website (I've seen your ads), booked an appointment but got a call today saying a technician was available. Tony D came and pretty quickly assessed my noise issue which was an issue in the making. Tony was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. We received the quote, approved it and he made the repairs in a timely manner. Needed a few parts (rollers, bearings, torsion cables and shaft) and replaced the springs while we were at it. I like that your company makes it easy to schedule an appointment and like the notification that a tech is on the way etc. I'm a very satisfied new customer.

Our garage door broke unexpectedly over the weekend. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday morning and a tech was scheduled for that afternoon. Precision gave us the best quote out of three companies after an accident left our garage door needing repairs. Our technician, Eric, was able to come out the same day, which we really appreciated. Broken door spring. Easy process to arrange for a service call which was confirmed quickly. Ben responded early the next day. Evaluated the door and repairs. Provided options for addressing repairs and maintenance. No heavy upselling, just the facts and costs. Replaced springs, rollers and ballbearings. Completed the work quickly and the door mechanisms are almost new and hopefully will last a number of years. Ben was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was referred to Precision Door by my brother, who is also a customer. I was not disappointed! I have nothing but high praise for your courtesy, fast response and even quicker appointment (the next day!), and for your tech, Ty A, and his preparedness for possible situations, workmanship, professionalism, courtesy and accommodation to my timing and needs. I called for an inspection and maintenance service for my garage door and opener -- the result: many issues were found, multiple services were needed. The springs, rollers, bearings, cables, & pulleys needed to be replaced (original installation from the 70's--80's). Ty explained/showed everything that was needed and why, offering options/choices for the issues. I also had him replace our dinosaur opener (which had no safety features), making for a safer, quieter experience.Ty then took the time to go over the changes and new operating system with me for my clarity of understanding. All issues were addressed and all replacements were completed the same day, within 4 hours. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and in particular Ty A, the technician, to anyone and everyone.

My name is Dale. My garage door spring broke on Monday and a technician was out here on Tuesday afternoon, actually a hour early than my appointment. The tech was very courteous, explained everything and the parts that I needed the get my door back in operational condition. On top of that he should me all the parts I needed and the final price before starting. What parts he replaced were reasonably priced. The tech cleaned up, put the operations to a full test. It passed all tests. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. I had no other experience with any garage door repair so I could not compare them to anyone but I am completely happy and satisfied with the service I received.

Our technician Peter was very helpful and provided good service. My only complaint is we bought a new garage opener three years ago and spent a lot for it. Now three years later a small plastic part inside the unit has a hairline fracture and my door will not work and nothing really happened to cause it to break. And there is no warranty on any of it.
