Elliot from Precision Garage Door came out to inspect and fix my garage door. I was extremely pleased with his service. Elliot was very patient and thorough. He explained the issues and gave me a few different quotes and recommendations. He was able to complete the work in a timely manner and kept me informed. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision. Excellent customer service from Precision Garage! Our technician, Tony P, was so nice and explained everything to me. At the time, we didn’t know if I needed a new motor or just sensors my garage would not let up or down and the previous sensors just constantly blinked. I loved how he kept me informed every step of the way on what he was finding, along with his recommendations for what I should do going forward.
