Rj was a very delightful gentleman. He was courteous and representedd Precision well. He explained several options. Unfortunately, I'm not able to afford any of the options. This company did a fantastic job on my installation of my garage door opener. From the scheduling of the service down to the service tech (Joey H) that came out to the house. Joey H. went over everything I needed and gave me quotes. Nothing was forced and Joey was polite and considerate. He did a fantastic job. Vladimir was great! He was on time, gave my system a complete examination, advised necessary fixes and was considerate about my senior, limited budget. I feel that he cared about me as his customer. He went over all charges and made sure I understood what all had been done and what might be needed in the future, as my budget allows. He even helped me change my garage overhead light bulb since I have had knee replacements. I am unable to get on a ladder. Many thanks for the wonderful experience!

Precision installed a new garage door and Lift Master Opener for my husband and I in 2012 and I've called them for service to that system in the past, with excellent results. I called them recently due to issues with the opener, their service tech, R.J. was very knowledgeable, took the time to discuss repair costs versus replacement and installed the new system I chose very professionally. The service people were prompt, explained what they were going to do, then reported what they found. They were very polite and concerned if I understood what they had found. We agreed on the course of action, they promptly fixed it. They reviewed with me what they had repaired and made sure I was pleased with their work. Our remotes and keypad were not working consistently. We decided to get some professional help and I decided to call Precision after doing some research. RJ came right on time and asked pointed questions to help him get an idea of what might be going on. He then took time to diagnose and gave us several options, depending on how much we wanted to spend. We felt listened to and all of our questions/concerns were answered.
