We recently had our garage doors inspected and and adjusted with Precision Garage door Services. Nick was our technician, and Bryant was his assistant. Nick is very knowledgeable about garage doors and very helpful with providing me with excellent information and advice about our doors. Nick took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We will need some repair work on our springs and other hardware soon, and I intend on asking for Nick specifically. Employees like Nick are the reason this company is so highly rated.

I had a new garage door installed in 2021 from another company. I decided it was time to have the door checked out and serviced. I wanted a company other than the one that installed the garage door because if there were shortcomings/issues with the installation, the original installer might not bring up issues/problems. I had seen the Precision Garage Doors commercials on TV and I was sold on the fact that they come to a customer with all the parts that might be needed. Elliot was the service tech and he arrived on time. He inspected the installation and found some weak points. He put together 3 options for my situation, a good/better/best solution. I went with the best solution so that I can feel confident that I will not have any issues in the near future. Elliot completed the project in about 3 hours. The door operates more efficiently and quietly. I plan on utilizing Precision Garage Door Service every couple of years to provide preventative maintenance, like proper lubrication. I am very pleased with the service that was rendered.

For over a year, my garage door would go up but not always go down. I never knew what it was going to do! I kept putting off having someone come out to look at it as it frightened me to think how expensive the repairs would be --- like it would get cheaper the longer I waited or it would mysteriously start working correctly!! I had been seeing Precision's commercials quite a bit. I read their 5 star reviews and decided to go for it. Today Tony D., a Precision technician, came to my home and thoroughly inspected everything and quickly determined what needed to be done. I anticipated what I thought he would say so there was no surprise with the repairs. However, I was surprised that Tony was able to keep the expense within my budget. He did an awesome job in getting it to work properly in no time at all. I had no idea just how loud it was until suddenly it ran so smoothly and quietly with a few replacement parts. I highly recommend Precision, and Tony D., for all your garage door problems.

The service technician Mark W called to let us know he was on the way and gave us his ETA. When he arrived, he reviewed the problem of the broken spring, and also pointed out that a hinge was broken and a door strut was bent. He gave me a repair estimate, which I approved, and made the required repairs. He also made an adjustment to a 2nd door at no cost to us. I highly recommend Precision for their fast and competitively priced service.

The technician, Nick Z, was very cordial,friendly, professional, and sincerely interested in making sure that I was fully informed of what was going on. My door would not function and he came out to fix it. Turned out my 20 year old door needed more than a bandage. He showed me everything in detail and where I could cut the cost. I scheduled a service call through their website and it was easy. Company sent texts to confirm the appointment day before and morning of. Josh was the technician that arrived. He asked great questions about what the issues were and told me he would trouble shoot a let me know what he found. Once it was determined that the circuit board was fried, and him showing me the board I decided that the unit needed replaced. Josh worked up a couple estimates, explaining the differences between them and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I decided to go with the better unit being the house was a rental property and not wanting to have any issues, hopefully for years to come. I can’t say enough about Josh, his attitude and professionalism. Josh is a great ambassador for this company. He worked nonstop to compete the job. Once the new unit was installed Josh explained its operation, the warranty and even asked afterwards if I had any questions. Great job, great company! I’ve dealt with other garage door companies over the years and this company, Josh was by far the best experience I’ve had.
