A few years ago, I had Precision replace and repair parts on my garage door opener. I was so satisfied with the quietness of the closing of the door. He was fully explanatory of actions taken, and fully checked into an inquiry I posed about (likely) a neighbor's garage door opener sometimes affecting my operator. Brandon is a gem! I purchased my insulated garage door from Precision 10/24 and couldn't be happier! It is beautiful, and has made such a positive difference on the inside temperature and weather protection of my garage. Very impressed and appreciative. Garage door went up for me this morning but wouldn’t come down. I tried everything. Precision had fabulous ratings so I reached out. They sent guys out this afternoon (Eric I think). He diagnosed the issue right away and was able to offer me options at varied price ranges. Very satisfactory experience with this company. I received an email letting me know that Brandon, the technician sent was on his way,then Brandon himself called and confirmed when he would be arriving. When Brandon got here he was very out going and friendly,yet very professional also and you could tell he knew what he was talking about and doing. He walked me through what he was going to do to replace the door spring and also pointed out some other things that would cause future problems over time. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be sure to call them again for any work to be done on the garage door in the future.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work that Joey did today not to mention his knowledge of garage doors and door openers. My opener quit working several months ago apparently from a lightning strike but Joey had the board and rpm sensor on his truck ready to install!! Hats off to Joey!! If I need anything else done, I am going to request Joey, my dog even loved him!!

Had a problem with my garage door being noisy, reallly noisy. Precision came out and fixed the problem with new rollers and a better spring system. Technician Andrew showed up at the promised time and within an hour and a half had the needed repairs done. Andrew was was willing to listen to my concerns and offer different options and what the cost would be for each.

The track was bent and the automatic door opener could not be used. They came out same day and fixed it. Also tuned up to get the squeak out.
