I chose to have my 2024 new Precision Garage Door serviced each fall prior to winter weather. This includes all point checks of tracks and electric equipment; lubing the tracks, springs, rollers and opener. The Techs (Eric and Chase) arrived timely, were pleasant and efficient, listened to and answered my inquiries, and I am confident I will experience no issues throughout the coming winter months. Precision Garage Door had offered the same efficient repairs as needed on my old garage door, and I am so happy with the new insulated garage door replacement. I am always granted an appointment either same day or next day, regardless of the purpose of my request, which I consider to be a major plus. The tech calls when on the way, arrives timely, and works efficiently. I am very happy with all facets of my experience with Precision Garage Door Service.

Well I feel so fortunate that after contacting Precision Garage Door Service yesterday they sent out the most knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, caring, and friendly service technician that I’ve ever been associated with!!! He was an absolute pleasure just talking with him as he continued to install a new Genie garage door opener today!! To top that off Joey’s manager knew that I’m on disability and on a fixed income so he agreed with me to let me pay when I get my disability check next month!! So all I can say is they are top notch people to work with!! Thanks again Joey!!

A few years ago, I had Precision replace and repair parts on my garage door opener. I was so satisfied with the quietness of the closing of the door. My neighbor was so stunned by how quiet it settled that she called Precision to work on her door. I thought it was time to service the door before winter sets in. Ted was the technician who came. He took care of any and all that needed refurbishing and explained what he had done. All to my satisfaction. He was kind and professional. I would give his 5 stars! Carolyn McMann

I called for a fall/winter inspection/lube of my garage door and its opener. Brandon arrived timely, is very professional and pleasant. He was fully explanatory of actions taken, and fully checked into an inquiry I posed about (likely) a neighbor's garage door opener sometimes affecting my operator. Brandon is a gem! I purchased my insulated garage door from Precision 10/24 and couldn't be happier! It is beautiful, and has made such a positive difference on the inside temperature and weather protection of my garage. I have happily recommended Precision to family and friends - always very responsive, professional, and reliable!

Very impressed and appreciative. Garage door went up for me this morning but wouldn’t come down. I tried everything. Precision had fabulous ratings so I reached out. They sent guys out this afternoon (Eric I think). He diagnosed the issue right away and was able to offer me options at varied price ranges. They replaced springs, cables, etc. Precision delivered prompt response and knowledgeable service, which is a rarity these days. Thank you-this makes you stand out above rest!
