Precision Garage Doors has been our "go to" company for the past several years... After a lot of delays and high prices from several other door companies, we finally called Precision! They came out and had us up and running the same day!!! (while still waiting on parts from another company which never came in for several weeks later!!) We have over a dozen commercial size garage doors and they never fail to have or get the parts necessary to complete the job in a timely manner. In addition, we love the way they always notify us as to who is coming and a brief description of the technician. They are definitely a 5 star company!! and very reasonably priced.

I called on Saturday morning in need of a garage door opener replacement. By noon, Jeff was at the property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to "upsell". It was extremely hot, but he worked right through it and had the opener replaced, door sealer installed and even replaced 3 hinges that were cracked on the door itself. Precision doors installed to very nice black garage doors back in November. I had a problem with my barn 10 foot door. I called. My door went off the rails while closing. It happened at 3:00 p.m. the day before the expected snow storm. I got online and booked the last appointment from 4 to 6 p.m that day! Lucky me. Jeff, my technician, was here by 5:00 p.m. He was kind, courteous and had all the right parts on his truck to complete the repairs. By 7:30 p.m. the door was repaired with new parts plus two new springs which I insisted he install, even though the door could have been repaired without them. My garage door works smoothly and quietly and looks brand new. It had been 5 years since my last gararge door tune up and my door was first installed in 1965!

Precision had installed a new opener just about a year ago that suddenly wasn't working. Jeff diagnosed the problem in about 20 min - the opener had 'forgotten' it's settings during a recent power failure. At the same time he installed a battery back-up that will allow door function in the event of another power failure. Service was scheduled within 2 days of the request and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Awesome company.
