Chase the technician from Precision called prior to his scheduled arrival time to make sure I would be home. He arrived on time. He quickly figured out what was wrong with the garage door. He presented multiple options for repair from good to best with different price points. He had the parts available and had the door fixed within an hour. Very efficient. Door ran much smoother and reduced some of the noise as well. Very satisfied. I am a returning customer (previous home) and will be in the future. Thank you Chase.

Called Precision Garage Door Service to replace or repair my garage door opener. Scheduled a same day service call. Forrest showed called when he was on his way. He was very pleasant and professional during the entire appointment. He was very patient and informative. He answered all of my questions as to the different options to replace the unit and cleaned up the entire area after the work was complete. I would recommend Precision to any homeowner replacing a garage door or a garage door opener, as I have done both. Forrest was a true professional and a perfect example of any representative a company would want representing them in someone’s home. 5 star review all around! Thank you!

Kevin provided exceptional customer service, resulting in an overall great customer experience. It began with my first call to Precision, which I found because AI rated it as one of the top, reliable, and trustworthy vendors when I asked for suggestions in my area. The agent was kind and walked me through potential options based on what I shared about my situation. Kevin arrived with a great positive attitude. I always receive great service from precision and my appointment with Eric M, reinforces this statement. Eric M. was prompt, courteous and was gracious enough to make time to great my furry family members when he arrived.
