They scheduled a tech quickly to repair my garage door. They sent me text messages with updates and the tech called to let me know he was on the way. The tech did a great job of explaining what parts needed to be replaced and gave me a few different options. 10pm hear loud noise from garage single door spring snapped. Googled & found precision open 24 hours & got scheduled for next morning. Notifications were sent and got call from Mark to let know was on way. Mark assessed the garage door & asked if would inspect other double door too. Mark has excellent communication & customer service skills, showed how double door springs weren’t working as intended and advised with no pressure recommendations to replace with heavy duty springs, new pulley cables, new bearings & bottom door seal. Explained & pointed out the visible signs of the worn components. Given pricing options & explained warranties for parts & service. Got the work done in estimated time & am thoroughly pleased with the Precision experience & Mark is by far the best overhead door specialist that I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with, definitely recommend Precision and if your able to request a door specialist ask for Mark. The service technician Mark W called to let us know he was on the way and gave us his ETA. When he arrived, he reviewed the problem of the broken spring, and also pointed out that a hinge was broken and a door strut was bent. He gave me a repair estimate, which I approved, and made the required repairs. He also made an adjustment to a 2nd door at no cost to us. I highly recommend Precision for their fast and competitively priced service.
