Mark was born in El Paso, Texas, grew up in Phoenix, AZ, and moved to Indiana in 1995 to raise his family. Now that the kids are all grown up, he enjoys playing competitive cornhole, custom wood working, traveling, and just hanging out with his Great Danes.

We have used Precision twice before and were satisfied with how they handled our issues. For our most recent issue, Mark evaluated the situation, identified the cause, and presented me with options for the solution. He then went to work and made the necessary changes. He was very friendly, let me choose the option, and resolved the problem. I'm very pleased with his work. He tried to crack some jokes, but I guess he can't be good at everything! I highly recommend working with Precision Garage Door Service. They installed my garage door and opener several years ago, and I recently had them back to perform maintenance on it.
