We have used Precision twice before and were satisfied with how they handled our issues. For our most recent issue, Mark evaluated the situation, identified the cause, and presented me with options for the solution. He then went to work and made the necessary changes. He was very friendly, let me choose the option, and resolved the problem. I'm very pleased with his work. He tried to crack some jokes, but I guess he can't be good at everything! Thanks, Mark, for fixing our issue.

I highly recommend working with Precision Garage Door Service. They installed my garage door and opener several years ago, and I recently had them back to perform maintenance on it. The technician was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was punctual and very neat. I will always call Precision Garage Door Service for my garage door!
