For over 14 years I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis. The people are great and professional. They are the only company I would consider for garage door service or installation. Today Orland was at my house to correct an intermittent problem closing my garage door. Previously tried to fix the problem, but it returned the next day. He analyzed the potential causes and adjusted the springs, lubricated the doors rollers, adjusted the trip light and reset the circuit board. I am extremely pleased with the steps he took to keep the problem from recurring. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis.

I called at 4 pm when my garage door failed to open and left me locked out of my house on a freezing Sunday. Precision was in my driveway within the hour and Orlando was my very capable and welcome service technician. He was able to lift the garage door enough to slide under for entry to unlock my front door. He assessed the damage including a broken spring and recommended a selection of replacement options. I have been very happy with this company for many years, over a decade. When my wife and I purchased a new home (31 years old), we decided to upgrade all of the hardware on the garage door. This recent service was to replace the rubber bottom of the door, and the side molding so that not even a spider could get into the garage, much less mice. (Prior to this repair not only could mice march right in, but the warm air in the garage was leaking out fast to the very cold outdoors.)
