My detached garage stopped working during the recent cold snap. I scheduled my appointment online, which was very convenient. The technician contacted me within the appointment window and was very personable and gave me an accurate ETA. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. I was shown the problem as well as the various solutions to correct the problem, all without the feel of a high pressure sales tactic.The questions I had were answered professionally and honestly which allowed me to choose the best option for me. Our garage door mechanism decided to call it a day with a car stuck inside. I got an appointment and right at the scheduled time, Orlando was at my door ready to help. He quickly identified that my mechanism was over 22 years old and multiple parts failed. He walked me through the issue and provided multiple options to fix it. Once we decided on a route, he sprung into action and had it fixed within an hour. He was incredibly professional and polite the entire time, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. Overall, I’m very happy I reached out to Precision.

I found Precision on a google search. Orlando came to my house and thoroughly explained everything, and made the necessary repairs under the time he quoted. I'm an old mechanic by trade, upon inspection of the old parts, it was exactly as he stated. He made repairs to the springs, replaced bearings that were trashed, and quoted me a reasonable price. He was here and gone in less time than I expected. This is a classy act. Maybe the classiest repair company I have ever ran across. I would recommend Precision in a heartbeat, and will be calling them next time I need service. Thanks again for a job well done.

I called Precision after I backed my car into my garage door. The door wouldn’t close, so I called Precision at 4 pm this past Saturday for help. Ten minutes after I called, a technician called and was at my house 45 minutes later. Within an hour and during a rainstorm, the tech repaired and reset the door. Super service.

My service technician "Orlando " arrived to repair a broken garage door spring. He hesitated on giving me a service quote until he had a chance to look over the entire garage door. He asked questions about the maintenance of the door to date, looked at the door and then pointed out other not so obvious issues with the door.
