He set expectations for the project start to finish which were exceeded every step of the way. Orlando, the lead tech on the project, was masterful in designing, engineering and executing the project requirements. Although Orlando committed to completing the project in a specified period of time, I was shocked - based on the job requirements - when he did exactly that. And a plus, Orlando actually left the job site in better condition than when he found it. If you are seeking low stress, extremely high quality professional garage door opener/garage door service, at a fair price, I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Professional service. Orlando H called to inform us of his arrival time. Once here he got straight to working on doors. Checked over both doors. He made some recommendations on some issues that were present on our doors, that would cause bigger issues over time such as the adjustable operator reinforcement bracket and torsion cables that were rusting. It was nice to have someone review the entire door and not coming to fix the problem (broken spring) and leave and then we have problems later that could have been fixed earlier. Would hire them again.

We wanted a local tech. The lady on the phone was very nice, polite and patiently answered our concerns. The time offered was perfect. Orlando was clean, courteous, thorough and after inspection explained the issue. He offered choices and answered questions. He completed the work over an above, ensuring quality. He cleaned up everything and took away the debris. He was not rushing an made sure not to skip any detail. We highly recommend them!

I submitted an online request and communication was exceptional. I received timely text updates and a phone call from the office to move my scheduled appointment to earlier in the day. Orlando called 20 minutes prior to arriving. On site he explained the inspection and repair process, and offered options for springs and other hardware - with no hard sell! Upon completion of the work he showed me everything he did in detail.
