The young man who came out to inspect our garage door was kind and respectful. He did a great job of explaining what our repair/replace options and then replacing the garage door opener in the blazing heat. Precision had installed a new double garage door for me at the beginning of 2023 but Precision had installed the double garage door for me at the beginning of 2023 but I keep the old Genie opener that was 18 years old at that time. So it finally wore out and I decided to have a new door opener installed by Precision. I'm so glad I did because Orlando the technician who did the work did such a terrific job.
