Orlando was sent to my house within 24 hours of me calling about my garage door not closing all the way. He was courteous, respectful, and explained to me all of my options. He did not try to sell me on things I didn't need, and he was very thorough in his explanation of the potential issues I might see in the future. He got my garage door working as well as it can in its current condition and provided me with options to upgrade and replace components in the future. Overall a fantastic experience

I called for a tune up appt and they were able to give me an appt same day! Orlando arrived promptly, examined the equipment and offered recommendations for needed replacement of original builder quality parts. He gave me three options so I could find the solution that would best suit my needs and budget. Once the decision was made, he installed the new equipment and adjusted remaining equipment for smooth and quiet operation . So happy with the results and with Orlando!

Precision Door installed a new garage door approximately 18 mos ago. When the door wasn't working, I called and they sent out a technician that day. He showed me what was wrong with the door and fixed the problem. He also talked to me about getting a new garage door opener. There was no pressure, just options for me. While I don't think that I can afford something new right now, I will definitely contact Precision Door when I do need them. Orlando, my technician, was friendly, and able to educate me about what my options were. He fixed the problem and the door works fine now. I'm very glad I used Precision Door Service.

I’m always happy with the service your company provides. You’re always upfront with explaining everything. Orlando came out today and was very kind and helpful and fixed the problem I was having. I am however a little disappointed in hearing today that the opener I bought 2 years ago from your company should be replaced. I declined to replace it because I don’t have the funds to pay for it and I didn’t want to put it on my credit card and have the extra payment.

I chatted with Jessica online this morning, she had the Technician Orlando at our house within a couple of hours. He did some problem solving and determined the main problem and some future problems. He was able to give us a detailed list what could be replaced. He fixed the problem and lubed the garage door. Seemed like a fair price except for an Energy Surcharge of $23.00 on the final bill. Orlando was focused and polite.
