Orlando was simply exceptional. We just moved into our house a couple of weeks ago, and everything that could go wrong with our garage doors, has gone wrong. I worked on a few of the issues, but at some point, I knew it was time to call in the professional. Orlando answered that call by listening to my challenges, offering relevant options, and helping me choose the solution that best suited our goals in what we hope will be our forever home. We were very impressed, and we highly recommend Orlando for your next garage door project.

For over 14 years I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis. The people are great and professional. They are the only company I would consider for garage door service or installation. Today Orland was at my house to correct an intermittent problem closing my garage door. Previously tried to fix the problem, but it returned the next day. He analyzed the potential causes and adjusted the springs, lubricated the doors rollers, adjusted the trip light and reset the circuit board. I am extremely pleased with the steps he took to keep the problem from recurring. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis.

I called at 4 pm when my garage door failed to open and left me locked out of my house on a freezing Sunday. Precision was in my driveway within the hour and Orlando was my very capable and welcome service technician. He was able to lift the garage door enough to slide under for entry to unlock my front door. He assessed the damage including a broken spring and recommended a selection of replacement options. He replaced everything we discussed in a couple hours. So efficient!! So pleasant to do business with!!! Thankyou so much..highly recommend Orlando and Precision
