I am glad you ask. I had an appointment today 10/17/25 from 10-12, to get an estimate on a new insulated garage door and opener. I was really disappointed that no one showed up or called to say why. Needless to say I will not be using your company to purchase a new garage door and opener. The drop for service performed should have n/a. I had to select something from the dropdown but nothing applied to the service performed today.

I scheduled an appointment for a consultation for new garage doors. Eric showed up early and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed us many options and made the choice so easy for our new 4 garage doors. He even sent a technician out the next day to service one of our doors to try to make it last until our new doors come in. I would highly recommend Eric and Precision Garage Doors and will to anybody needing new doors or service.
