It started out with a call to Precision Garage Door and hearing a human on the other end of the line. The appointment process was smooth and efficient. Our technician "Mike" arrived promptly and assessed the issues we were having with our doors and went to work. We were offered a good, better, best scenario for material and warranties to remedy our issues. The job was complete in under 2 hours and the doors were working better than when originally installed. This is a well-run organization with good people.

The cable snapped on my garage door and Precision came to repair it within 14 hours! The technician, Mike, was knowledgeable and professional. We are on a budget and we found the pricing to be very good. No surprises. The door is 22 years old, so we may eventually need a major repair or a replacement and when that time comes, Precision is going to be the only call we make. I had a garage door catastrophe and called Precision Garage doors. The technician, Elliot, arrived in about two hours. He assessed my problems, pointed out the wear on each item and gave me price options for replacing the worn parts. He pointed out what had to be replaced in order to use my garage door, what should be replaced now and what should be replaced in the near future. I liked receiving options and chose to play it safe and get all worn parts replaced so I wouldn’t have a repeat of not being able to get my car out of the garage when I needed it. Elliot replaced the parts, showed me the worn parts, demonstrated how balanced my garage door is now and answered all my questions. If I ever have garage door problems in the future, I want Elliot to service the problem.

My daughter hit the garage door and knocked it off the track. Our cars were stuck inside since the door was only about half way up. I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. They gave me options for how to fix it and got all the repairs done the same day. Josh was so patient and gave me all the information needed to make the best decision. He made sure to answer all my questions and walked me through how to set up the new controls and explained how everything should work. He also took the time to help me better understand the maintenance that can be done to make sure I don’t have more of the same issues. Really appreciated the friendly customer service from everyone I talked to, including the texts updating me in the techs arrival. I had seen an ad just last week about the company. I liked that they advertised that they had everything needed right on their truck to do most repairs. I also liked that they had a location in Fishers.

I was very reluctant to call for service because I hate dealing with any kind of service industry because usually it's the same old game where they show up and quote you an astronomically ridiculous amount that you later find out was way more than you could have had it done by going somewhere else. I would say in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. Garage door motor went out and the replacement cost was very reasonable. Joey H. was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very glad I called. Highly recommended! A++++
