Called around 8:00am on a Sunday. Mike F. Showed up early and gave my door a complete inspection that resulted in some unknowns by me. He was extremely thorough and offered me several alternatives before beginning repairs. Mike was concerned with my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Mike was on his way by 11:00am. I may be lucky here, but even so, to be entirely completed in a 3 hour window is extraordinary. Mike can provide a worry free experience to your complete satisfaction. I called Precision Garage Door with an issue that made it dangerous to open my garage door. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and told me she could send a technician that day. Technician Mike F. arrived at my house within an hour. Mike analyzed the problem and put a plan together to address it. He thoroughly explained the required repairs. The technician arrived in a timely manner and was very friendly. I had a broken spring causing the door to only partially open. The tech put a quote together to make repairs and added several other items to the bid. I just went with what was needed at that time. I felt the quote was very high at over $900 and found out the quote was for a stronger spring than what I previously had. I did not realize there were options. I went back out and the tech said he thought I wanted the stronger spring because I said the door was used a lot. He did agree to change the spring back to a standard spring with no problem. He also helped me with reprogramming a couple of remotes that only took a couple of minutes. I still felt $637 for a spring and a cable that took less than an hour to repair was way too much. I paid less than $1,000 5 years ago to have the entire door replaced. I looked up the average cost to have these items replaced and the typical cost is between $300-$500. The door is working fine so my only complaint is the high cost. I would not recommend Precision due to this factor and this is the reason for the 3 stars.

I purchased my system last year from Precision, and it has been great. You never know what you are missing until you upgrade. It started acting up, I think with the IOS upgrade on my phone. They came out and reset everything, and since it has been less than a year, I wasn't charged. Great customer service.
