Austin D and a trainee repaired my mom’s garage door today. They did an excellent job. They explained what needed to be repaired and completed the job quickly. Both were very cordial as well. We enjoyed chatting with them! The communication from the office staff day of service was also terrific. Precision has provided service to my own home, my daughter’s home and now my mom’s home. You have gained a customer for life. Mark was excellent honest and thorough. I originally had him come out to install a new garage door. I had purchased Mark checked my previous garage door to make sure that I didn’t need it replaced and got it working and provided me options that if I wanted to still keep the new unit that I could move it to my other door and then told me of other options that the company has he also let me know about potential issues with my garage door. I never felt pressured to buy. I never felt that I was being told something false and I really truly appreciate not having to spend money in a time where I have a lot of things going wrong for me financially I truly appreciate the service and the care that Mark gave me. I selected Precision Garage Door Service because of the BBB rating, and the honest and friendly service advertised on a television ad. I was not disappointed! Kevin U called to tell me he was enroute and I liked him from just talking on the phone with him. I told him there were probably some things in the way for him to do his job, but I had pulled my car out. He stated that if anything needed to be moved, he would do it and he already liked my job because his previous 2 jobs of the day their door wouldn't even open. After asking me what my concerns were, he inspected the system parts and got the garage door to "skip" as I had stated. Kevin told me that pretty much everything was wrong with my garage door, except for the door - cables were frayed, garage door opener smelled like it was already burnt and I was lucky that my garage door had just been very noisy and jumping sometimes, because it was definitely showing many signs of safety issues that could have happened at any time. Kevin gave me 3 different options to fix the door - the top one was not the lowest cost and the bottom not the highest cost to repair and make my garage door safe. He explained the difference between the 3 options - not pressuring me on what to select and happily answered any questions about any differences in value and warranties. My garage door has NEVER been this quiet, not even when I had it everything replaced several years ago, by another company of course! It is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it and my cat can't hear it either - before she would know from any room in my condo that someone had opened the garage door. Before leaving Kevin explained everything he'd done and showed me the newer safety features that I had and asked me for if I had any questions. He asked if I felt he had done a 5 star job and I said yes - but the truth is, I'd like to give him a 10 for being so friendly, helpful and courteous while being professional at his job. He reminded me that if you call Precision Garage Door, you will get a real PERSON, 24 x 7 - something not many companies can say any more! Thank you for my quiet door and the great service I was provided by Kevin as my rep for your company.

I woke on a Saturday morning to my garage door not opening due to the spring breaking after a quick internet search I found Precision with a great rating so I called and they answered Immediately (not a recording and call back) and they gave me an estimate on the phone before coming so I scheduled. Not only did they show up on the same day I called they showed up when they said they would. Not used to this anymore as many companies are not so good at this. Brandon showed up assessed the problem, was professional and friendly. The work ended up being more involved then what I originally thought but that was not an problem and Brandon completed all of the repairs while already here. Great service by both the office staff on the phone and Brandon on site. Highly recommended.
