I woke on a Saturday morning to my garage door not opening due to the spring breaking after a quick internet search I found Precision with a great rating so I called and they answered Immediately (not a recording and call back) and they gave me an estimate on the phone before coming so I scheduled. Not only did they show up on the same day I called they showed up when they said they would. Not used to this anymore as many companies are not so good at this. Brandon showed up assessed the problem, was professional and friendly. The work ended up being more involved then what I originally thought but that was not an problem and Brandon completed all of the repairs while already here. Great service by both the office staff on the phone and Brandon on site. Highly recommended.

My Tech was Elliot S. He was on time, and very pleasant. He did a thorough inspection of the door and the motor. He showed me the parts that were defective and gave me a definitive what repairs were needed and how much it would cost. Once agreed upon, he went to work and made the repairs in a timely manner. This is the best my door has operated, and the quietest it has ever been. Elliot did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure working with him.
