I called on a Tuesday evening regarding a spring replacement, and technicians were on-site first thing Wednesday morning. They were very courteous, professional, informative, and a pleasure to be around. Since my garage door had been damaged from a collision a couple years ago, the technicians identified other failed/failing parts and provided many options for repair and/or replacement. Less than two hours later my garage door is basically brand new, and I appreciate that they provide military discounts as well. Precision will be my go-to service provider for any garage door needs.

I was MORE than pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Everyone was very professional and yet still friendly. The technician, Brandon, was at our door within 24 hours of my call for help. He was outstanding! He explained all that was wrong with the door and gave us several options on how to rectify the problem. There were numerous items that had to be replaced... the door was about 13 years old. He was very thorough in the repairs, and he made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. He even did a rundown of the new remotes and attached hardware that was installed. He even made sure there were no unanswered questions before he left even though he had already been here for several hours (bless his heart!) Precision Garage Door Service will be the company we use the next time we need service. I highly recommend them! Susan

We had used Precision garage door service a few years ago. So when we had a spring break on our garage door we called them again. Eric M. was the technician that came to see us. He was on time and listened as we explained the problem we were having. After looking over our garage door and opener he explained clearly what was needed. After we approved the work to be done, he started the job right away. After the parts were replaced (springs, rollers, and cables) he gave us a summary of the overall job.

I selected your company because I had good recomendations from a friend. I was able get an appointment later that day The service was excelent and I was called to let me know that the seervice man might be a little later due to extra time at the previous customer. However he was on time and did a great job. He was very professional and courteous and sugested some other things that i might need in the future. Very satisfied and will call again if I need service

Brandon R. came out to our house on 1/10 to inspect a repair I had done just a few days earlier. We talked for a while about what was done. He was appalled at the $3,400 this company had charged me. He also noticed a lot of safety issues the other company missed, as well as potential future problems that I would have because of the poor repair job. Brandon called his manager and they fixed my garage door at a very heavy discount. He found the other company used incorrect springs and drums. He wrote me a very detailed account of the safety issues that the other company missed and what his company would have charged me so that we can use that as we dispute the payment. Brandon created a Precision Garage Door Service customer for life. I will also sing your praises to anyone and everyone who will listen. Brandon (and his manager, but I don’t know her name) truly blessed us. We know that our door will be safe and function properly for years to come. Thank you Brandon and thank Precision Garage Door!!
