The serviceman explained what the issues were with my old system and how the newer system from Precision would serve my needs. He installed the new system and took time to educate me on the app and features of the system. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I will use Precision in the future when new rollers are needed. Wow, have never used Precision before . Our 3 year old Door we purchased from another company malfunctioned on a Sunday. Precision was the only company answering heir Phone. Zeke was out in Less than 1 hour and did an amazing job, it was a simple but time consuming repair and my door is better than new, and quieter than before . Highly Recommended!

Zeke D did a great job working to assess the problem for my garage door. There was no way to recreate the specific issue but he did notice a few things causing the door to not operate to top efficiency. He did give me multiple options on fixing the rollers and also helped set up the remote system to the motor through Wi-Fi. Excellent service, enjoyable to talk to and would be happy to have him come out again if needed.

The spring on our garage door broke and I called the company on the sticker on the door, as they had installed it in a new build. They could not come out that day but I asked them about upgrading the spring and was told a manager would call me. He did and admitted that the system was low quality, due to it being the builders choice, but suggested to get what I asked about, I should replace the door and the system. I was talking with a neighbor who recommended I call Precision, as he had used them before. I did and Patrick F. was able to come out that afternoon. I asked him about upgrading the spring and he explained that other components would need to be upgraded to do this. He presented me with 3 options and explained each one, without any pressure. Patrick felt that there was no need to replace the door. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I am so glad I took my neighbor's advice and went with Precision.

My garage door broke and was unsecured. Precision was able to respond quickly and carefully accessed entire system and was able to fix problem quickly at a reasonable cost. Owen was my Technician and he was so very friendly, kind, patient, trustworthy and thorough. If I have issues down the road I plan to call Precision again for my garage door needs.

He did not try to sell me on things I didn't need, and he was very thorough in his explanation of the potential issues I might see in the future. He got my garage door working as well as it can in its current condition and provided me with options to upgrade and replace components in the future. Overall a fantastic experience
