Tony D. was my installer. He was very professional and courteous. He did his inspection of my garage door opener and explained everything to me. Also explained the other parts of the whole garage door parts. So I got a New Genie installed after he explained the different garage door opener. Very happy with everything. I chose your company based on reviews online. I thought your truck charge was reasonable. I had an unexpected inability to get home to meet him and only spoke with him over the phone. We had already researched our problems so I wasn't surprised at what he suggested and was very pleased that he didn't try to oversell us on anything that was working well, and gave us an idea of how long they expect the various components to last. Great customer service!

Stuart was phenomenal—just a super nice guy and easy to work with. We had a spring break on a Sunday morning, and I never expected anyone to be open to help us. The online portal was easy to book, and Stuart was right on time at 4 pm. He had all the parts to fix our spring. I would give more than 5 stars if they were available. From the ladies on the phone to our service technician, Brandon R., we couldn't be more pleased. The lady from the office (sorry can't remember her name) kept us informed of the arrival time and made sure we were ok with a possible delay. Brandon arrived well inside the 2-hour window and listened when I explained our problem. He knew what our problem was right away explained solutions and gave us the choice of repair options and the timing to do the repairs. We didn't feel pressured on any decisions. Our past experience with you made you the only company I called or considered today. Your technician, Drew, was an outstanding representative of your company. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. He offered several different openers and had them all on his truck. After we settled on an opener, he quickly got to work and had the new opener installed in just over an hour, including the outside keypad. He explained how everything worked, answered all our questions. Drew showed up at the exact time that the dispatcher said he would. Another great experience with Precision, thank you Drew !

He finished the job not only swiftly but also ahead of schedule, followed by a meticulous quality check. An excellent experience to get my garage door repaired. It was easy to schedule an appointment thriugh your website. I was called before my estimated appointment time to be advised that my technician's previous job was running over and they would be late. Ty, my technician was courtious, knowledgeable and thorough doing an extensive safety check and explaining what he found. He was detailed in his explanation of the issue and my options from a-z. When he finished the worked he walked me a detailed invantory of what he had done and asked if I had any questions. He was very cordial and just a real nice guy. Great experience. Brandon was polite and explained everything. He listened to what my concern was and addressed it. I only needed a tune up but was concerned about the company who had installed it. He reassured me that the installation was fine and tuned it up so that it is running quieter. I would recommend this company to all.
