My Tech was Elliot S. He was on time, and very pleasant. He did a thorough inspection of the door and the motor. He showed me the parts that were defective and gave me a definitive what repairs were needed and how much it would cost. Once agreed upon, he went to work and made the repairs in a timely manner. This is the best my door has operated, and the quietest it has ever been. Elliot did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure working with him. Had an opener malfunction after a storm recently. Outside keypad stopped working and I thought I could fix it but made things worse. Teddy, the tech, showed up on time and listened to my dilemma, no judgement , and proceeded to correct the problem. It seems that several power interruptions made things go askew. He corrected the problem, tested everything to ensure it was working correctly, lubed and adjusted the door.

Joel, You guys were the first local company that came up when I looked. Always try to deal with local folk. The guys who came were knowledgeable, sorted the problem quickly and set about fixing it quickly. I am more than pleased with the repair, and this door did not work this quietly or this well when it was installed 25 years ago after a garage fire. More than pleased indeed. During his PM of the door after getting it repaired Austin found a pair of bearings on the cross shaft for the cables and springs that were going away, called them to my attention, so I had him replace them as well. More than pleased.
