We were given 3 options on our garage door repair. After having the technician, Ty, explain everything in detail,we felt that the option we chose worked best for us. Ty was very competent and efficient in his work.

I woke on a Saturday morning to my garage door not opening due to the spring breaking after a quick internet search I found Precision with a great rating so I called and they answered Immediately (not a recording and call back) and they gave me an estimate on the phone before coming so I scheduled. Not only did they show up on the same day I called they showed up when they said they would. Not used to this anymore as many companies are not so good at this. Brandon showed up assessed the problem, was professional and friendly. The work ended up being more involved then what I originally thought but that was not an problem and Brandon completed all of the repairs while already here. Great service by both the office staff on the phone and Brandon on site. Highly recommended.

My Tech was Elliot S. He was on time, and very pleasant. He did a thorough inspection of the door and the motor. He showed me the parts that were defective and gave me a definitive what repairs were needed and how much it would cost. Once agreed upon, he went to work and made the repairs in a timely manner. This is the best my door has operated, and the quietest it has ever been. Elliot did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure working with him. If I ever have to use your company again, I hope he’s the Tech assigned to may job.

I had not had any service on my garage door for years. I called Precision and they provided us with an appointment within a few days of my call. Their technician, Dakota, was prompt, personable and efficient in addressing all of my needs. The bill was very reasonable and left me wondering why I hadn't addressed my issues sooner. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs this type of service.

I had requested to get repairs done on the same day. Ben H, my technician was efficient and very personable. Ben gave me options of minimum critical components that needed serviced asap, what he recommended to be serviced in the near future, and suggestions on components to improve the performance of my garage door. I only had a single torsion spring since I moved into my house back in 2010 so I decided to address all concerns and improvements. He also helped me pick out the coupon that was best for my situation. Thank you for the attention to detail and excellent service! - Patrick Nguyen

I had a wonderful experience beginning with the first phone call to schedule service. Each and every customer service person I spoke to was upbeat and super friendly. The service was prompt and fairly priced. My garage door was repaired on the same day. Joey was equally as friendly and accommodating. He drew up estimates for me and explained them to me in detail. I've been in customer service my entire life and believe me, this is a top-notch company. Bravo Precision Garage Door Service! Keep up the good work.

Had an opener malfunction after a storm recently. Outside keypad stopped working and I thought I could fix it but made things worse. Teddy, the tech, showed up on time and listened to my dilemma, no judgement , and proceeded to correct the problem. It seems that several power interruptions made things go askew. He corrected the problem, tested everything to ensure it was working correctly, lubed and adjusted the door.

Because we have used your company in the past and were always very Satisfied.. This time we had your Tech named Joey. He was very professional & informative while evaluating what needed to be done. He mentioned after testing that it would be best if we replaced the motor. And also reinforced our garage door. He did exceptionally well on all repairs & replacement parts.....When Joey was finished he went over all the changes he made and how quiet it is now....
