The technician Cole, was courteous and explained what the problem was. He took the time to show me how things worked when I asked simple questions. He came up with recommended options for me to consider instead of telling me what I needed. He was great and I felt bad for him because it was like 100 degrees in my garage!!! I called Precision because it’s local but more because of its reputation for delivering quality service. The warranties are a bonus as well as the flexibility for working nights and or weekends.

On Saturday morning, my garage door spring broke. It’s a heavy door so my car was trapped. We got online and Googled garage door repair and your website came up. It was very easy to schedule online. I gave my information, got a confirmation through email and text and your service technician Kole, arrived on time on Monday morning. He was very professional, courteous, efficient and did a great job. I’m very pleased with the service. My door is much smoother and running better than it has for a while. Thank you for a great job.

First time customer and I was very impressed with the service that I received. Blake and Drew were very professional and showed me all of my options and said exactly what each of those options were. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive! Once I made my choice, they said what they were doing and going to do. Drew is very knowledgeable. They were done in a timely manner and both were extremely polite! I believe you have 2 very fine employees! I think they both deserve raises!!

Zeke did an excellent job on our repair. The original problem was to replace a broken spring. But, there were other factures that contributed the spring breaking. Zeke gave us a detailed list and cost of items he felt like we needed to solve future problems. We decided on what we wanted and he had all the parts on the truck. Great job Zeke. We will definitely call Precision again if we need help on our garage doors. Thanks a bunch

I called at 6:30 a.m. because my garage door broke and I could not open it. Precision Garage Door had a technician out by 9 a.m. and had my door fixed by 11:30 or so. Drew, the technician we were assigned was very polite and respectful. He explained everything he was doing along the way and kept me updated during the entire process. He showed me the completed work when he was done, showed me some maintenance tips and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. He was genuinely great to work with and I am very happy with the entire experience. I'd definitely recommend them..

I was running late to take my daughter to school this morning, was talking to my daughter and got distracted, and didn’t realize the garage door wasn’t raised up all the way when I started backing out of the garage and I ended up crashing into the garage door (my daughter and I were safe). Thankfully, Isaac the technician was able to come within an hour or hour and a half to come take a look at the damage. He was super honest and gave recommendations on what he would do personally and I greatly appreciate his empathy towards my mistake. Highly recommend their service! Took him about 1.5-2 hours to fix the garage door. Thank you very much for the hard work, honesty, and patience!
