You have a customer for life after today! We were ghosted by a small family business on a door issue that they falsely said they had fixed just 7 months ago. Brandon showed up to fix our door and had everything done in under 2 hours. And he was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Explained everything to a T on what he could do to fix the issue and then left us with great reassurance if we have any issue to just give Precision Garage Door a call and they will be out. I called at 6:30 a.m. because my garage door broke and I could not open it. Precision Garage Door had a technician out by 9 a.m. and had my door fixed by 11:30 or so. Drew, the technician we were assigned was very polite and respectful. He explained everything he was doing along the way and kept me updated during the entire process. He showed me the completed work when he was done, showed me some maintenance tips and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. He was genuinely great to work with and I am very happy with the entire experience. I'd definitely recommend them..

I was running late to take my daughter to school this morning, was talking to my daughter and got distracted, and didn’t realize the garage door wasn’t raised up all the way when I started backing out of the garage and I ended up crashing into the garage door (my daughter and I were safe). Thankfully, Isaac the technician was able to come within an hour or hour and a half to come take a look at the damage. He was super honest and gave recommendations on what he would do personally and I greatly appreciate his empathy towards my mistake. Highly recommend their service! Took him about 1.5-2 hours to fix the garage door. Thank you very much for the hard work, honesty, and patience!

I’ve been a customer for 5 years, ever since the installation of a new garage door opener and all the trimmings, with the exception of the actual door. I never call anyone else because Precision has always been very accommodating. The technicians who have serviced the door are knowledgeable, courteous and don’t slack off. I’m confident the job is done correctly and completely. All of my questions were answered and options were given. No pressured sales.

I sent a review after Kole serviced my garage door but forgot to put in a very important detail, he saved me over$1700. He was having a horrible time with trying to get my phone app and garage door to connect. This process including a phone call to the manufacturer took 2 hrs . This young man was amazing.
