I've had the company out before for garage door repairs, and had a good experience. Our spring broke last night and so I called them first thing this morning, and they were out by noon. Owen was very friendly, professional, and showed up when scheduled. After checking things over, we discussed a course of action that made sense to me for longevity and budgetary purposes. Hopefully with today's repairs I won't have to call again for a long time, but if I do, I will do business with them again.

Joel was excellant with all diagnosis and treatment for the problem. He explained all avenues of repair and costs associated with each. He finished in a timely manner and left with a completed task. I made the appointment on line Sunday night when the problem occured and Joel was here the next day monday April 8. All went well and if another problem occurs I will surely call again.

Austin came out to diagnose the garage door issues I was having (loud clanky noises, not opening all the way up). He did a great job of figuring out the issues, providing different options to fix/replace motor/parts and installing everything timely. He also helped me reprogram the garage door opener on my car. We wanted a local tech. The lady on the phone was very nice, polite and patiently answered our concerns. The time offered was perfect. Orlando was clean, courteous, thorough and after inspection explained the issue. He offered choices and answered questions. He completed the work over an above, ensuring quality. He cleaned up everything and took away the debris. He was not rushing an made sure not to skip any detail. We highly recommend them!

Precision offered to be out the same day, but schedule did not work until the next day. The tech, Austin arrived on time, explained what needed to be done in a very easy to understand manner with pictures where I could not see, offered multiple options with no pressure. Once we decided on a course of action, all was installed, inspected and explanations given about warranty. He even reset my car opener button to handle the new opener. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Definitely would use them again.
