Excellent service. I highly recommend. Our technician was great and told me exactly how our 14 year old door hardware was failing. We called for a broken spring. His assessment was that all of the door hardware and bearings were at end of life and he got us fixed up that day. The old door is so quiet now, it is like new.

My door was not closing properly. Most of the parts were 15 or more years old. Everything had to be replaced except the door. Caleb replaced everything with new parts. We had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Setting up an appointment was extremely easy and I was able to do so via text. I received a call early in the morning giving me a shorter window of time during which we could expect our tech, Caleb, and then he contacted us prior to departing for our home as well as on arrival. Caleb was the best service technician we’ve ever had in our home- extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and respectful. He explained the issues in detail, in addition to our options to fix the immediate need as well as other repairs that are needed beyond what was necessary to get to door working today. He was able to get things up and running in just a couple of hours and explained all the repairs, along with the basic maintenance work done as part of the service. We could really tell that he truly cared about doing a good job and getting it right- not just getting it done and getting out. We will be having the additional repairs completed soon and will definitely call Precision and request Caleb. Thank you!!!
