We’d been having problems with our outside keypad for a while and also noticed that the garage door motor, which was old, was making too much noise. Thought it might be time for a replacement and upgrade. And that’s what we did. Brandon was our service tech and he was great. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything and patiently took us through all the steps, answering any questions we had. From beginning to end it was a good experience.

Absolutely fantastic service by Elliot S! From the start to job completion, Precision offered quick and professional service. I even called on a Saturday morning and Elliot was at my house within a couple of hours. He was thorough in his work and explained everything very well, including my various options. He was patient and answered all my questions...was obviously not in a rush to move on to the next job like so many other contractors. Would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repairs!

I was overwhelmed by the amazing service we received. I called and was given a service time on the same day. Then the technician called within minutes to say he’d just finished a job in my neighborhood and could be to my home within 5 minutes. Drew T couldn’t have been a better representative of a company. Kind. Pulled my empty trash to the garage as he came up the driveway. Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and had our door working again within 30 minutes. I’d never hesitate to recommend this company and Drew more specifically.

Our garage door spring failed at about 9 AM and Precision had our door repaired and operable by 2 PM the same day. Contacted a competitor before Precision. Was informed that repairs could not be performed until the next, but possibly could be done on an overtime basis that evening. Thanks for great response Precision. The service technician (Cole) was excellent. Professional and extremely cautious around our vehicles in a very crowded garage. Impressed with your company and employees.

Precision Garage Door Service exceed our expectations! We were having issues with our garage door opening and found them through a google search. They were able to get us in early the next morning. I called Precision Garage Doors yesterday and got an appt for later this afternoon(Saturday) with ease. Nick called on his way and was here at the appointed time. He listened toy concern, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options to fix the problem and did all of the work within 45 min. He was friendly, considerate, kind, explained what he was doing. The price was fair. I would recommend Nick and Precision with no hesitation.

Tony’s service call started as one to sync our old LiftMaster GDOs to our new car. I had synced 5 cars over the years, but after several hours could not sync this one. The GDOs were 15 years old and after more than an hour of Tony’s unsuccessful attempts, we authorized new LiftMaster GDOs. Unfortunately, again despite Tony’s great work, we still could not sync the doors with HomeLink. He called for tips from other installers, and when I called the office, his supervisor, Eric, came right over. In the meantime, I called HomeLink and learned that the new remotes included with the GDOs needed to be exchanged for a different model. Once done, all was well. Great attitude, patience and perseverance paid off.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great! I called in the morning because my garage door spring had broke. They were able to get me in the same day which was great. They even got me scheduled for an evening appointment which worked out well since I had to work till 6pm. I received a call from Teddy who arrived exactly when he said he would.
