My Garage door Spring broke the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I called another company 1st thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving and they were closed. I called Precision and they were open and sent Isaac out within a few hours of me calling. He was great! He did a full inspection of my door. He gave me a few options for repairs and cost. Isaac had my door operating again in no time. Thanks Isaac for an excellent experience! Precision will be my go to garage door company from now on!

My spring on the garage door broke last evening. I called Precision Garage Doors, and they scheduled promptly for Tuesday morning. I was surprised when I received a text message that the technician, Stuart Nicholas, could arrive 2 hours earlier. Stuart need a complete “check up”, and we both decided on my next course of action. Stuart was fabulous! He did the work in a timely manner, was personable, friendly, and professional. If I were allowed, I would rate the overall experience 10 stars!

Ty came to my house today to replace a broken door spring and give the door mechanism a tune-up. I was very impressed by Ty in both his professionalism and general demeanor. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave some recommendations along with a number of repair options at different price points and got my door back up and running in a few short hours. The experience from start to finish was top notch. You have a great employee in Ty. Highly recommended.

I initially had a broken spring on my 35 year old garage door. The door/parts were noisy and clunky opening/closing. Eric G. got right to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, detail and quality of work. He explained everything and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Yes, my service call was for a broken spring, but Eric showed me rollers, cables, bearings that were on the verge of breaking (I got 35 years out of them). Of the 5 garage door companies I called, I have thankful I went with Precision as my garage door is extremely quiet and smooth operating now. Eric and Precision did an outstanding job, well done!

I received a text and phone call that Tony was on his way and got here at the specified time. After examination, Tony was very thorough on the condition of the garage door and the mechanics of it. Tony explained how all the parts need to function properly to have the door operate without undo stress on it and the opener. Very satisfied with Tony, his work and answering my questions during then repair.

I chose Precision because of the recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page, and am glad I did. We had a technician, Ty, come out on a Sunday morning. I thought for sure our garage door was unfixable, but sure enough Ty had us back in business! Ty explained everything he would be doing and showed us what parts needed replaced. The price was also less than I anticipated spending on my garage door mishap. We will definitely be using Precision when we need to replace our door.

I am glad you ask. I had an appointment today 10/17/25 from 10-12, to get an estimate on a new insulated garage door and opener. I was really disappointed that no one showed up or called to say why. Needless to say I will not be using your company to purchase a new garage door and opener. The drop for service performed should have n/a. I had to select something from the dropdown but nothing applied to the service performed today.

My garage door was making a funny click-click-click sound when opening and closing. Kevin U came out, diagnosed and repaired the problem. As part of the service, Kevin found that my springs were weak and not balancing the door the way that it should. He explained the issue and the options available. Precision Garage Door Service was the original vendor when I purchased the garage door and opener. I trust the quality of the product and their service.
