Chase was a very good technician and very knowledgeable in all things garage. I like that he had a technical background in welding. He and I got along very well. He presented to me all options that were available to me. He even provided me some extra hardware for the doors. Highly recommend. I will note things probably out of control of the company, prices are higher than I was expecting. I have used precision garage door in the past. That’s why I chose them. I know that I was going to get excellent service maybe work on adjusting that price a little bit thanks.

I can not address the cost of the repair without other vendors to compare to. However, the work performed by Vladimir and Carter was exceptional. They were thorough, explained in detail the work they were performing and went beyond my expectations when they actually cleaned the garage door without being asked! I called for service and they were able to come out same day. Brandon R was my service guy and he was tremendous. Did a great job and was respectful and cared for my property and time. He explained thourghly the service he was completing and why it was necessary. He even adjusted and serviced issues that were still under warranty to correct a few things that had nothing to do with why he was called. Brandon truly went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.
