Precision has now been out to my house twice for repairs. The technicians are kind and knowledgeable and take the time to explain the repairs and what they are doing. Zach was extremely kind and walked me through options today. We will be moving soon to another home, but will be coming back to Precision in the future off their customer service alone.

Outstanding service as always. Both technicians were very courteous and professional. Everything was explained fully and they went over and above to make sure everything was fully operational. This includes even programming 3 our in-car remote systems, and 4 door openers! That is a first! Great company!

Suddenly my garage doors would not close! I knew exactly who to call: Precision. They had been here several years ago and had done a thorough, remedial repair on our older doors. This time the problem was minor: the "eyes" had dimmed and had to be changed. Precision sent a most personable tech, Tony, in a relatively short time. He solved the problem, checked other details, and gave a clear explanation plus added information, I'm extremely pleased.

My garage door motor was destroyed by storms yesterday. It was installed by Precision a little over 5 years ago so I made another call to the company I trusted and was not disappointed. Chase installed another opener with great skill and wonderful attitude. It was a pleasure to do business with Precision.

Precision Garage Door of Indianapolis is my ‘go to’ company for garage door issues because they are always courteous, on time, knowledgeable and super friendly. Service tech Bryant provided a brief bio on himself which made me feel more relaxed about who was coming to my house, he called ahead and once on-site spent just the right amount of time listening and advising on proper repairs. This is the way business should happen, no pressure sales, they educate and then you decide - love it! Thanks for being a great company!
