Garage Door Repair Reviews in Fishers, IN (Updated August 2026)

My garage door motor was destroyed by storms yesterday. It was installed by Precision a little over 5 years ago so I made another call to the company I trusted and was not disappointed. Chase installed another opener with great skill and wonderful attitude. It was a pleasure to do business with Precision.

Service tech Bryant provided a brief bio on himself which made me feel more relaxed about who was coming to my house, he called ahead and once on-site spent just the right amount of time listening and advising on proper repairs. I had been considering many garage door companies for routine maintenance for a long time and then I had an emergency due to a roller and hinge breaking off. I chose Precision for it's well known reputation. My technician, Ty was knowledgable and capable. He patiently explained my options (various price ranges), answered all my questions, and didn't seem rushed at all when I added unexpected services (replacing bottom gasket). I had extensive repairs done on my 24 year old door which I overloaded by adding insulation that put stress on the springs, bearings, rolllers, and motor. All the work was done in a couple of hours. I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked (he never stopped!). I have some cosmetic work still to do and I'll definetly request Ty again when I'm ready. He's a fine young man.

Our garage door from Precision was more than 25 years old. It broke on a Sunday. I contacted them by their website Sunday night. They confirmed an appt for Monday morning. Mike came out, explained everything to me, gave me options and had the door fixed within an hour. Couldn’t be more pleased.
