Tech came out and did an honest assessment and gave me options. When the cost of the motor was higher than I could afford, they do allow me to purchase my own unit and install it for me, which this tech did. He did a great job, the garage door looks and sounds brand new to us.

I scheduled with precision this morning because my garage door would not open. The motor made noise but did not actually open the garage. Tony arrive on time and even called when he got to the driveway so I could put my dog away. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Excellent Service with a Minor Oversight: I had a truly positive experience with Precision! I was able to schedule my appointment online, and a repair technician arrived at my house within a couple of hours. He quickly assessed the issue and offered a couple of great solutions. I really appreciated that he provided all the necessary information, allowing me to choose the best option for my situation without any pressure, even though one solution was significantly more expensive. The work itself was completed quickly and efficiently, and I'm quite happy with the results. My only minor concern was that when the wiring from the old garage door sensors was removed, the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it could have been. I found several wire staples on my garage floor, and unfortunately, I stepped on one. Overall, my experience was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs for their garage door or opener.

I called to get a quote for a new garage door and your representative, Analisa was at my home in three hours. Analisa Answered all our questions and measured the door for the quotation and presented us with the cost for the door and the opener in about one hour. We agreed with the quotation and she said that the work would be able to be done the next day. We said that would be great Signed all the paperwork and we'll be getting our door to following day. This was without a doubt the best contractor experience That I have ever had in my life. If the insulation goes as well as getting in the quote there is no question That I would recommend precision for your garage door needs.

Called for service on a broken spring Thursday afternoon and got scheduled for first thing Friday morning. Josh showed up on time and assessed the door, we discussed options and once I made a decision, Josh got to work. He replaced the broken spring and a few other worn parts as we agreed and was all done it about 2 hours. Have been using Precision for a few years as our primary garage door vendor, never disappointed. Will absolutely use them in the future.
