We had Joey come out yesterday and “save our bacon” when our garage door malfunctioned. He was quick, efficient, and also recommended some minor maintenance issues. Joey did not try to upsell, but offered to address whatever I might wanted to address. The price was less than what I was quoted by another company, and he didn’t seem to mind working in the dreadful cold that engulfed our fair city. Many thanks to Joey and to Precision.

My experience with Precision was great from the very beginning. I called on a Saturday morning, with bad weather predicted, and Crystal who was very friendly and a good listener, assured me they could take care of my problem. Brandon, the technician arrived early afternoon, calling me when he was on his way. I had also received a text about Brandon’s background. He was the best. I would give him 5+ stars. I was given 3 options with cost estimates. At the end I was very satisfied with the selection I chose. He was very patient when walking me through the Aladdin Genie app which I really appreciated. He was very thorough and good with the explanations. He even shoveled my snow and left the garage in good order. If I ever have garage door issues I will be calling Precision and requesting Brandon.

My Garage door Spring broke the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I called another company 1st thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving and they were closed. I called Precision and they were open and sent Isaac out within a few hours of me calling. He was great! He did a full inspection of my door. He gave me a few options for repairs and cost. Isaac had my door operating again in no time. Thanks Isaac for an excellent experience! Precision will be my go to garage door company from now on!

My spring on the garage door broke last evening. I called Precision Garage Doors, and they scheduled promptly for Tuesday morning. I was surprised when I received a text message that the technician, Stuart Nicholas, could arrive 2 hours earlier. Stuart need a complete “check up”, and we both decided on my next course of action. Stuart was fabulous! He did the work in a timely manner, was personable, friendly, and professional. If I were allowed, I would rate the overall experience 10 stars!

Ty came to my house today to replace a broken door spring and give the door mechanism a tune-up. I was very impressed by Ty in both his professionalism and general demeanor. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave some recommendations along with a number of repair options at different price points and got my door back up and running in a few short hours. I initially had a broken spring on my 35 year old garage door. The door/parts were noisy and clunky opening/closing. Eric G. got right to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, detail and quality of work. He explained everything and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Yes, my service call was for a broken spring, but Eric showed me rollers, cables, bearings that were on the verge of breaking (I got 35 years out of them). Of the 5 garage door companies I called, I have thankful I went with Precision as my garage door is extremely quiet and smooth operating now. Eric and Precision did an outstanding job, well done!

I received a text and phone call that Tony was on his way and got here at the specified time. After examination, Tony was very thorough on the condition of the garage door and the mechanics of it. Tony explained how all the parts need to function properly to have the door operate without undo stress on it and the opener.
