I was able to book an appointment for the next day (I could have requested same day but that didn't work for my schedule) and Isaac showed up right on time. He was quick, efficient, courteous, and professional, and was able to mitigate our issue as well as point out other maintenance and safety issues we never realized were a problem. We ended up purchasing new springs, rollers, and cables.

My technician Eric G. was the best!! So courteous, patient and communicative. Having to replace your entire garage door motor (plus parts) is never a fun surprise, especially right before leaving for vacation. This could have been so much more stressful without Eric and his friendly, consultative approach. We heard a loud pop and realized that we needed a repairman. Called and someone was there the next morning. Tony was our technician and he explained what was wrong in great detail. He gave us options for all of the parts and costs for different levels of repair. He was very efficient and completed the job in a short period of time. Leaving for work and the garage door quit working! We called Precision and they sent Zeke out to the 'rescue' within hours of us calling. Zeke showed and explained everything that he found to be causing the issues. It was so refreshing to have such a friendly, enthusiastic and just a happy-natured service person. He didn't leave until all was taken care of. He didn't miss a beat and would highly suggest Precision and Zeke to anyone that needs maintenance, repair or new garage door!

I recently called your company to ask for someone to look over my 16 foot garage door and advise me on what needed to be done as it had been damaged and repaired prior to my buying this house. I settled on having a tech to look it over rather than a sales person. You tech, Vlad, came the same day and between the two of us we decided the door and opener needed to be replaced. Vlad was very responsive to my needs and explained things to my satisfaction. He replaced the opener that day. A few days later Timothy C. came to install the new door. Super Service! Tony was on the front steps within a few hours of calling for service...the same day! Tony had a great attitude, was super friendly, and gave a variety of options for the repair. Once we approved, he got started (Yes, he had all the stuff in his truck!) and within an hour, the garage door opened again. The improvements he suggested were worth the investment as the door is much quieter now than before. 10/10 recommend for any garage door problems!

Joey stayed in regular contact with us the day of our appointment so we knew how his schedule was moving and his expectation for arrival. He quickly diagnosed our issues and pointed out some additional things to think about due to the age of our doors. He gave me an estimate of what repairs might cost and also referred me to company designers to consider new design options and costs. It helps as we consider options to know costs. Joey fixed our broken keypad and left us in good shape!!
