I chose Precision because of the recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page, and am glad I did. We had a technician, Ty, come out on a Sunday morning. I thought for sure our garage door was unfixable, but sure enough Ty had us back in business! Ty explained everything he would be doing and showed us what parts needed replaced. The price was also less than I anticipated spending on my garage door mishap. We will definitely be using Precision when we need to replace our door.

I called Precision Garage door and they were able to come out same day! Isaac W was my technician and he was amazing! So friendly and thorough! THE MAN WHO SERVICED OUR GARAGE DOOR ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND, AFTER ASKING SEVERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PROBLEM, HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK SOLVING IT. HE OFFERED SEVERAL OPTIONS WITH ESTIMATES FOR EACH.ONCE WE MADE OUR CHOICE HE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY COMPLETED THE WORK. I am glad you ask. I had an appointment today 10/17/25 from 10-12, to get an estimate on a new insulated garage door and opener. I was really disappointed that no one showed up or called to say why. Needless to say I will not be using your company to purchase a new garage door and opener. The drop for service performed should have n/a. I had to select something from the dropdown but nothing applied to the service performed today.

My garage door was making a funny click-click-click sound when opening and closing. Kevin U came out, diagnosed and repaired the problem. As part of the service, Kevin found that my springs were weak and not balancing the door the way that it should. He explained the issue and the options available. Precision Garage Door Service was the original vendor when I purchased the garage door and opener. I trust the quality of the product and their service.

That decision was made for these reasons: A satisfied customer had recommended them to me. I was able to book service online from their website. They provide service to the county I live in. They honor advertising coupons. And arrive when scheduled with truck fully stocked for parts that may be needed. I was pleased in every way with going with this company. Our spring on our garage door broke and we contacted Precision Garage. Tony D came out and walked us thru what we needed and gave us a few options. He was very knowledgeable and solved our problem. Tony told us about a few things the door needed due to being an older door. The garage door is working so well and is super quiet now. Good price, customer service and company. I will be telling my neighbors and friends about the great service. If I could give Tony 10 stars, I would!!!

Drew T did a great job installing a new garage door opener, fixing the seal on the garage door, installing a new key pad and fixing my other issues. He went above and beyond to help make sure my questions were answered and even on football Sunday!! I have had this company out 3 times in the past and they do a great job.
