We had used Precision previously and were completely satisfied with the service and product. That is why we chose them again and will in the future when and if needed. Ty was our Installer today and we were very pleased with his work ethic and mannerisms. He was proficient and knowledgeable about the product and its installment. Joel, we think he is due for an increase in his wages as soon as possible. Ron and Belva Mustard

Our garage door from Precision was more than 25 years old. It broke on a Sunday. I contacted them by their website Sunday night. They confirmed an appt for Monday morning. Mike came out, explained everything to me, gave me options and had the door fixed within an hour. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Brandon R did an amazing job servicing our garage door. He quickly identified the problem (bad rollers) and expertly installed new rollers and resolved other minor issues. Brandon is a JOY! He's respectful, personable and very professional and knowledgeable. I'll definitely use Precision for any garage door and opener issues we experience in the future. AND I'll request that Brandon R be the tech assigned to the project.

Above and beyond service. Josh took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what I needed to repair vs all the recommended. Before he arrived I received a text from the company confirming the appt and introducing Josh, telling me about his background, which was an extra nice touch from the company.

Joe and Bryan came out and did a complete assessment of the situation with my garage door. They gave me three options for the repair. Once the option was chosen, they went to work and finished in 2 hours. They even took a leaf blower to my garage floor! I am excited about my new system and will definitely recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

Kalu did an excellent job in explaining our options. We chose to upgrade our opener from the cheap one installed by Pulte. The opener now is far more efficient. When finished he walked us through he explained how to use all the opening options our new opener has. He programmed our autos for us and did not leave until we were totally satisfied and comfortable. A truly professional experience. Recommend him and his company greatly.

Andrew was helpful and professional. He patiently responded to my multiple questions. This was a huge expense for me but I realized it was also a necessary expense. Additionally, I appreciated that he kept me informed of the amount of time for each step of the way (ie. assessing the condition of the old opener, installation of the new opener and other parts). I was very impressed by Andrew and would highly recommend him to others.

Eric showed up on time. I explained the problem. He said, give me a moment to look it over. 30 seconds later he had diagnosed my problem. He told me what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me why the garage door was not operating properly. My wife asked when will they be able to fix the garage, thinking we would need to schedule for another day. I told her, Eric is almost done, which she was thrilled with. Eric is a true professional, and I could not be more pleased.
