Drew T did a great job installing a new garage door opener, fixing the seal on the garage door, installing a new key pad and fixing my other issues. He went above and beyond to help make sure my questions were answered and even on football Sunday!! I have had this company out 3 times in the past and they do a great job. I recommend them to friends all the time.

My recent experience with Precision Garage Door Service can be summed up in one word...EXCELLENT! Customer Service: Excellent! Tony was amazing. He clearly explained what was needed to repair my garage door and did not try to upsale me, nor add unnecessary parts, which is very rare these days. He was extremely personable, polite, punctual, honest, and his work was exceptional. I forgot to mention, no one was home during the repair so all business was conducted over the phone, which could have easily put us in a position to be taken advantage of, but Tony's jolly demeanor really put me at ease, and he made the entire process a breeze. Workmanship & Craftsmanship: Outstanding!!! My wife couldn't stop talking about how good the door looks. It nearly looks brand new after being backed into, and bent causing the rollers to come out of the track, preventing the door from closing (I wish I took before and after photos). I have to say, our expectations were greatly exceeded. Also, the cost of the repair was beyond reasonable, which was the cherry on top. I just want to give a huge thanks to Tony and PGDS, as we were well taken care of. I will certainly recommend you to anyone in need of garage door service and we will 100% be contacting you when we replace our garage doors and upgrade the system in the future. We got a quote from the "BIG" company that installed our garage door openers, and Precision's was much less. We were able to get service scheduled on our door spring and related part very quickly, and the technician (Eric G) arrived promptly when we were told he would. He was wonderful in explaining what was going on with our door, and our options. We felt educated, not pressured. In a day and age when contractors are rude, late and routinely disappoint, we felt very fortunate that we decided to call Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis. From here out, they will be our first and ONLY call when we need garage door service.
