When a cable snapped on the garage door of my new home, I called the company that originally installed and serviced it. After a frustrating conversation with their residential service department I decided to cancel the service call. It was all of the 5 star ratings that encouraged me to call Precision, and I'm so glad I did. Apparently my double car garage door only had one spring (instead of 2...why??), which had snapped. It appeared to be the 4th replacement spring based on how beat up the winding bar was. Because of this and the age of the system, basically all of the moving parts aside from the door itself needed to be replaced. While I wasn't planning on this major expense, I felt completely confident that it was both necessary and long overdue. The technician, Josh B, was on time, respectful, answered all of my questions, and gave me lots of options to accommodate my budget. I decided to also upgrade to a new and quieter belt drive system, which I feel confident this was a better choice than the big box store options. I highly recommend Precision and am impressed they were able to solve this issue for me quickly and professionally. Thanks, Josh B.

As the day went on we agreed on replacing the two 29 year old garage openers. I chose Precision because they had given us excellent service a few years ago. Isaac was our repair person today, and he was well trained, personable, and efficient. And he smiled all the time. Since he seemed to be happy the entire time he was here, I asked him if he liked his job with Precision. His immediate response was “Yes. I love to fix things.” And he DID fix things with our opener, and he kept me well informed.

Great job. Arrived a bit late, but was apologetic, acknowleded it, and did everything to get done efficiently. Great presentation on offer, i did not feel pressured, and felt they were honest and not trying to make a buck. My technician, Elliot, was great!!. He deserves a bonus, if possible. Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was Outstanding. The service technician, Austin, did a great job explaining the issues cauing our door to make loud noises as it opened. Before Austin arrived, I thought we needed a new door however, Austin was able to fix the issue timely and efficiently without installing new door. We purchased hinges, rollers, cables and other items that were obviously needed. He also performed maintenace on the door. Service was superb. management is marginal. Major rebuild of the entire door system. The ridiculous product list below is silly; about every part listed was needed. But The reason for the low rating is that i paid Austin almost $2,500 with a check so you don't have to pay American Express. He has my business card with phone and email. AS OF TODAY neither Monica nor I have received a copy of the detailed invoice nor a receipt. THAT IS POOR MANAGEMENT

Austin was here to replace bottom seal on my garage door and then he inspected my door and fixed areas where light was showing to make my door completely air tight. He also showed me that I had a door opener that would open when power was out and he also put my opener on my cell phone. I was 200% happy with his work!!!!
