Eric was the technician who came to service my door. I was in need of a new motor and there were three choices. He went over each option explaining the benefits of each and helped me reach my decision based on need and financial consideration. He worked very diligently installing all of the new items I needed. He is a very articulate young man and a very conscientious one too. When he was finished he went over my bill with me explaining the charges. He was very friendly, let me choose the option, and resolved the problem. I'm very pleased with his work. He tried to crack some jokes, but I guess he can't be good at everything! Chase was a very good technician and very knowledgeable in all things garage. I like that he had a technical background in welding. He and I got along very well. He presented to me all options that were available to me. He even provided me some extra hardware for the doors. Highly recommend. I will note things probably out of control of the company, prices are higher than I was expecting. I have used precision garage door in the past. That’s why I chose them. I know that I was going to get excellent service maybe work on adjusting that price a little bit thanks.

I called for service and they were able to come out same day. Brandon R was my service guy and he was tremendous. Did a great job and was respectful and cared for my property and time. He explained thourghly the service he was completing and why it was necessary. He even adjusted and serviced issues that were still under warranty to correct a few things that had nothing to do with why he was called. Brandon truly went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.
