Ty was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and grew up in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He joined the Army Reserve after high school in 2016 and worked on a nearby Army base until he moved to Indiana in 2023. In his free time he enjoys traveling, eating ice cream, recreational shooting, and spending time with family and friends.

Ty A came and did an outstanding job. Replaced the back up battery for my opener. Checked both doors for any potential problems. Installed a new retainer and bottom rubber for my door. An excellent experience to get my garage door repaired. It was easy to schedule an appointment thriugh your website. I was called before my estimated appointment time to be advised that my technician's previous job was running over and they would be late. Ty, my technician was courtious, knowledgeable and thorough doing an extensive safety check and explaining what he found. He was detailed in his explanation of the issue and my options from a-z. When he finished the worked he walked me a detailed invantory of what he had done and asked if I had any questions. He was very cordial and just a real nice guy. I chose Precision because of the recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page, and am glad I did. We had a technician, Ty, come out on a Sunday morning. I thought for sure our garage door was unfixable, but sure enough Ty had us back in business! Ty explained everything he would be doing and showed us what parts needed replaced. The price was also less than I anticipated spending on my garage door mishap. We will definitely be using Precision when we need to replace our door.
