This is the first time I've had to deal with a spring breaking on my garage. My parents recommended Precision. So of course, I went that way. Everything went so smooth. Ty my tech was so polite. Ty came to my house today to replace a broken door spring and give the door mechanism a tune-up. I was very impressed by Ty in both his professionalism and general demeanor. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave some recommendations along with a number of repair options at different price points and got my door back up and running in a few short hours. An excellent experience to get my garage door repaired. It was easy to schedule an appointment thriugh your website. I was called before my estimated appointment time to be advised that my technician's previous job was running over and they would be late. Ty, my technician was courtious, knowledgeable and thorough doing an extensive safety check and explaining what he found. He was detailed in his explanation of the issue and my options from a-z. When he finished the worked he walked me a detailed invantory of what he had done and asked if I had any questions. He was very cordial and just a real nice guy. I appreciate all his help and will definately utilize and/or refer this company in the future.

I chose Precision because of the recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page, and am glad I did. We had a technician, Ty, come out on a Sunday morning. I thought for sure our garage door was unfixable, but sure enough Ty had us back in business! Ty explained everything he would be doing and showed us what parts needed replaced. The price was also less than I anticipated spending on my garage door mishap. We will definitely be using Precision when we need to replace our door.
