Andrew was terrific. The company’s phone was answered quickly and the email confirmation for the appointment was a plus. Had a gear that needed replacing on a 1990's Wanye Dalton door opener. Called in for a schdeuled service and Austin showed p the next day and completed the door opener install quickly and professionally. Will use Precision Garage door service again when I need the other opener replaced.

We had a spring break on our garage door Saturday night late. Our daughter recommended that we call Precision. Called on Sunday about 4pm and it was fixed by 1:30pm Monday. Can't bet that for fast repair. We were very pleased with Ryan our tech. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of his work.

I could not get out of my garage because the spring had broken. Ryan showed up in the afternoon and did an excellent job of getting my door back in shape. He pointed out several other things that needed replaced but did not pressure us to purchase them. We went ahead and replaced several items on the door and the door is working great. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

The same day service was a big plus for me. The Technician (Scott Dixon) was well experienced, and vey thorough and precise in everything he did. I appreciated that he addressed my every concern. I am very happy with everything. I will use Precision Garage Door Service in the future if ever needed again, and, I will specifically ask for Scott Dixon.

The technician who performed the repair was very prompt and thorough. He did a great job and resolved the issue. The cost of the labor was very reasonable, but the charge for parts was exorbitant. I expect a considerable markup on parts during a service call but the amount charged seemed excessive. I would give the service 5 stars, but the cost of parts one star.

My appointment window was from 10 am to noon. The technician was over an hour late. I do understand things happen but a heads up on that would have been good. Josh did call me once he was headed to me. When Josh got to my house I explained the trouble I was having and he quickly figured out the problems with my garage door and how much it would cost to fix it. With my go ahead he got to work on the repair and in what I thought was a really short amount of time he got the repairs done. I would definitely recommend Precision door service.
