We are very pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. We found PGD from their website when we were planning to replace our aging garage doors. We used the online selection tool to narrow down our selection. My wife then contacted your office and the phone was answered promptly by a real person--rather than complicated answering machine. Once we were close to a decision a sales person came out to measure and quote our installation. We had a written quote later the same day. We had some questions about some of the panel and glass options. We were able to see the various options in your showroom where we selected the options that worked the best for our installation. We placed our order and had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive. Once they arrived the installation was scheduled and the installation occurred on the day it was promised. Our new doors work so much better than the ones we replaced. All of the people we interacted with at Precision Garge Door were knowledgable, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Professional Garage Door to anyone wanting replace their current garage doors or needing to service their existing garage doors. They worked very hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our new garage doors. The key things I like about Precision Garage Door are: 1. They answer their phone! 2. I called Precision Garage Door because my door was sticking in both directions. Very shortly the technician arrived. Tony found the roller bearings were going bad. It took less than 30 minutes to put new nylon rollers on and fix the problem. Tony was very polite and he knew his business. My wife is very happy to have the door fixed. Thank you Tony

My technician was Elliot. He was amazing. He got there right on time. Give me notice ahead of time. Let me explain the issues that I’ve been having and he got right to work every step of the way he explained to me what he needed to do and my options my door sensors were not connecting, and he rewired everything and now that works perfect plus with a little tuneup. When I first bought my house 16 years ago, I first called precision to fix my door then and they’re the only people I use.

This is hard review for me to write. Let me say first your service person was on time, knew what was needed did the work professionally and was courteous and the door now works fine. My issue which resulted in the 3 star rate is in your pricing and a not exactly feeling I get from it. you have pulled the old retail "keystone" tactic, mark it up 70% then discount it 40% to make it look like a deal. I prefer a supplier who states a price I would agree to and do the work. I do not need the mumbo jumbo up and down on your billing. Like I said the product and the work were 5 star the paperwork not so much.

I never had to work on a garage door before, so I threw the dice and reached out to Precision. This was a true 5-star experience. You first get a message giving you some real info about your technician, so it isn't like meeting a stranger. Then Eric G came and saved me. The previous owner destroyed the garage by installing the door with no stud. He masterfully fixed everything, and you wouldn't even know he had to cut into it. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. They have my business when it comes to garage door maintenance and installs from now on.

Garage door broke of course on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to speak to a real person and she talked me through disabling it so it would stay shut overnight. She also set me up with an appointment for the next day. The service tech was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it up and now it’s working just fine. Pricey, but isn’t everything these days?

On August 20, 2024 Cole was next door to our home working on the neighbor's garage doors. I went over to him and asked him if he would come look at my door. He gave me a number to call the office and get us put on his schedule. Cole came over and gave us information regarding our door. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in taking his time to explain everything to us. He gave us many options for an opener and time frame in which he could do the work.
