We had used Precision garage door service a few years ago. So when we had a spring break on our garage door we called them again. Eric M. was the technician that came to see us. He was on time and listened as we explained the problem we were having. After looking over our garage door and opener he explained clearly what was needed. After we approved the work to be done, he started the job right away. After the parts were replaced (springs, rollers, and cables) he gave us a summary of the overall job.

I was able get an appointment later that day The service was excelent and I was called to let me know that the seervice man might be a little later due to extra time at the previous customer. Had a great experience from start to finish. They were able to come the same day. Had Eric M and he did an awesome job. He checked everything out and the motor was almost 30 years old and the springs were beginning to show a lot of wear. He explained everything that he felt would be necessary to repair to good working order. Eric M was knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant. After the needed repairs, he helped me sync the new opener to my vehicle and also introduced me to a new app allowing me to open and close door from my phone. Pricing was very reasonable and the service went above and beyond.

After diagnosing the issue, they communicate what needs to be done with price quote and approximate completion time. Was disappointed initially when the appt got rescheduled from Friday evening. Thank you for sending Eric, who arrived early on a freezing cold Saturday morning as promised. It was worthwhile. Eric was professional, courteous, skillful with his prompt assessment of the problem of my garage door, then completed the job with a reasonable cost in a timely fashion. He picked up the broken parts & left the work area clean afterwards. Courtesy wearing shoe covers when needed to walk/access the house. Highly recommended. Thanks for employing technician who embraces great work ethics that is hard to find now a day.
