Eric was the technician who came to service my door. I was in need of a new motor and there were three choices. He went over each option explaining the benefits of each and helped me reach my decision based on need and financial consideration. He worked very diligently installing all of the new items I needed. He is a very articulate young man and a very conscientious one too. When he was finished he went over my bill with me explaining the charges.
