Our appointment was for Thursday, but Eric M showed up a day earlier at the end of the day on Wednesday. We described the problem that we were having with our door sagging and Eric provided us with two options: 1) install a new door, or 2) reinforce the existing door. Of course, the second option was much more affordable and since we are in the process of selling our house, this was very welcoming news! Eric took just around 20 minutes to complete the task. He also lubricated the springs and made the door opening much quieter. We were relieved and very happy with the quality of his work. Thank you Eric!

Eric was the technician who came to service my door. I was in need of a new motor and there were three choices. He went over each option explaining the benefits of each and helped me reach my decision based on need and financial consideration. He worked very diligently installing all of the new items I needed.
