Precision has always been my garage door company of choice. From the installation of two doors with openers in a 100-year-old home, to repair of those doors many years later. Recently our spring broke and Precision was here in no time, and our repair technician was not only professional, but he was very personable. Quality work along with quick and timely completion. I love precision for my top not door repair.

On a very cold day I backed in to my garage door and it would not go all the way down. Mike F. from Precision was here in less than 5 hours and we live in Anderson. He repaired the door and tuned it all up! He was professional, pleasant, and prompt! Our expectations were exceeded in every sense!

My garage door opener stopped working this morning, as I was headed out to a medical appointment. I called Precision in Noblesville, and they sent out a technician within a few hours. Austin was not only an expert on repairing my garage door, but he was very pleasant and personable. Within a few hours he had my old worn out garage door working smoothly and he even programmed my remotes! This will be my garage door service shop for any/all future garage door needs!

Orlando was our technician and he did a wonderful job, my wife said he was very nice and helpful. He fixed everything that needed fixed and then went out of his way to get approval from his supervisor to fix a few other items for free of charge that we didn’t even know needed fixing and he also made other reasonable recommendations. I can tell you we will be using this company from now on for all our garage door needs. It’s less about the free fixes and more about the show of caring enough to do things like this and now they have one more loyal customer! Thanks Orlando, we appreciate you and the company!

Precision Garage Door immediately provided great service when our garage door spring broke & our door was also damaged. Teddy & Dakota arrived that same afternoon to replace the spring, then we decided to buy a new insulated garage door, too. They were great in discussing our garage door options to suit our needs, while repairing our current problem. I choose Precision because two of my neighbors highly recommend your Company. I called and the tech was here the next day exactly when the scheduled appointment was. My technician was Kevin. He exceeded my expectations. Customer Service was outstanding. He introduced himself, was courteous, patient and most of all listened to my concerns. When he was finished, he took me around and showed me exactly what he had done. We checked to make sure everything was working. Personally, I would hire Kevin any day of the week. Thank you very much

Drew was very transparent and knowledgeable about our needs. He arrived a quickly identified the problem we called about and several other items that needed attention. He was very professional and courteous. He gave us several options and prices for avenues to fix the issues. The price was a bit salty, but was isn't these days. I know the pricing is not his doing, it the the company that sets the prices. Again , a bit salty.

Service was fast friendly and professional!!! I had another company service tech out and they quoted me $1400. When I originally called the other company, service/quote fee was $19 and the tech wanted $125. I called the company back and confirmed that it was $19. They totally tried to scam me. Heck the service tech also wanted to use my wifi because he had no service. He then pretended to call someone yet he had to service to take my payment and said dont worry about it and just left. Long story short... go with a professional company like Precision Garage Door! The tech Cody was awesome. 5stars

Our technician was Drew and he was awesome. He walked through everything he was going to do and then walked me through the job once he was done. He spent the day reworking existing door hardware on six doors and installed two new openers on two doors. Wouldn’t think of contacting another company after working with Drew!

Tony came out today to fix my garage door after my kids left a broom under it and broke it a couple years back. He was fast, informative and quite knowledgeable. If I knew I could’ve had a working door for under $250. I would’ve done it years ago! Also wanted to say thank you Tony for helping me save my drowning goldfish - you’re the best! (He just said hi to my cat and pet him and made my cat’s day. I just thought this was funnier.)

Isaac was wonderful. I had a doctors appointment at 1 pm and he diagnosed the problem with the opener, provided options for repair and replace, and installed a new opener as we chose the most reliable option. He was very helpful and got our problem resolved well in time for me to get ready and be at the doctors office on time. After the terrible weather last week and still hanging on, I was very afraid that we'd be unable to leave as necessary, so thanks for scheduling our service early and thanks to Isaac for his great work.
