Isaac was wonderful. I had a doctors appointment at 1 pm and he diagnosed the problem with the opener, provided options for repair and replace, and installed a new opener as we chose the most reliable option. He was very helpful and got our problem resolved well in time for me to get ready and be at the doctors office on time. After the terrible weather last week and still hanging on, I was very afraid that we'd be unable to leave as necessary, so thanks for scheduling our service early and thanks to Isaac for his great work.

Booked service online for the next day. Dispatch kept me updated that my tech would be delayed due to a previous job. Isaac was a FANTASTIC tech. Very personable, knew exactly what needed fixed, and broke down what should be done now vs what could wait for future maintenance/replacement. Zero pressure to do anything extra than what was necessary. Will 100% use Precision again and recommend to others.

I contacted Precision Garage Door as our garage door was hit by one of our vehicles while backing out of the garage. Isaac W. from Precision Garage Door was dispatched to fix our garage door. My Garage door Spring broke the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I called another company 1st thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving and they were closed. I called Precision and they were open and sent Isaac out within a few hours of me calling. He was great! He did a full inspection of my door. He gave me a few options for repairs and cost. Isaac had my door operating again in no time. Thanks Isaac for an excellent experience! Precision will be my go to garage door company from now on!

I have used Precision for several years now. My first experience was when I wanted an insulated garage door. I expected to also replace the opener. However, the technician told me that I did not need to do that which showed honesty. I have since had the opener replaced and use them each year to do a tune up on the door to keep it in top shape.
