Job knowledge was expressed with the desire to "really" take care of us , along with the garage door. Precision Garage Door comes prepared, the parts are readily available to meet our needs. We loved Isaac! He communicated well with both of us. His customer service skills are better than any other provider could offer. Precision Garage Door will always be my garage door provider! You became family to me. I even gave Isaac a hug. He's now family. My neighbor needed Precision Garage Door. Their door was off balance and would not close. We suggested you guys. We called 3 garage door companies on Saturday morning when our double garage door wouldn’t open and Precision was the only one who was answered by a person. (The other two still haven’t returned our call 3-1/2 days later as messages were left). The receptionist was polite and professional. We were given a Sunday afternoon 1-5p appointment. Sunday at noon we were called & told unfortunately the technician’s morning job turned out bigger than expected and was going to take the rest of the day but they’d come to us Monday between 11a-1p. At about 10:15a Monday the technician called saying he could be here in about 20 minutes if it was okay to come early ( which was great!). Issac was very personable,polite and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and solution. He explained everything in easy to understand detail. He had the door open by 11:30 so I could get my car out (& get to my card club on time) by replacing the broken springs then also replaced worn cables and reinforced poorly installed brackets (done by the original company that’s now out of business) to avoid problems in the near future. Everything was done and cleaned up by 2p. The only things purchased were parts needed to replace the broken/worn ones and there was no pressure to buy anything else or new. Kudos to Issac and Precision! We will definitely & highly recommend them to anyone in need of any garage door work of any kind.

Isaac was wonderful. I had a doctors appointment at 1 pm and he diagnosed the problem with the opener, provided options for repair and replace, and installed a new opener as we chose the most reliable option. He was very helpful and got our problem resolved well in time for me to get ready and be at the doctors office on time. After the terrible weather last week and still hanging on, I was very afraid that we'd be unable to leave as necessary, so thanks for scheduling our service early and thanks to Isaac for his great work.

Booked service online for the next day. Dispatch kept me updated that my tech would be delayed due to a previous job. Isaac was a FANTASTIC tech. Very personable, knew exactly what needed fixed, and broke down what should be done now vs what could wait for future maintenance/replacement.
