We called Precision to deal with a balky old opener. ( hey, it had been up for 21years; it was time.) Isaac arrived, asked about my concerns and asked if I wanted him to look into repairing the old unit. I told him I felt a replacement made more sense. He presented my wife and I with several options, and very thoroughly explained the differences - this young man really knows his stuff ! We made a decision and he went to work. He spent 3 hours on the install in 100+ degree heat and still made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Isaac is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional ! Based on our experience, we will absolutely recommend Precision !!

I had great experience with precision garage doors. Our technician Isaac showed up on time and very knowledgeable. I had broken spring and some other issues, he did good job replacing springs and garage door opener. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work.

First time to use Precision Garage Door company. Called at 1pm and they were there at 4pm. Technician Isaac W was very professional from the moment he arrived. He did not try to pressure sell all new equipment. We discussed what needed to be done and what we could continue to operate with. He found some safety issues that I had not seen, and we had them corrected too. He reprogrammed four openers and checked all the door safety features to make sure they worked properly. I was running late to take my daughter to school this morning, was talking to my daughter and got distracted, and didn’t realize the garage door wasn’t raised up all the way when I started backing out of the garage and I ended up crashing into the garage door (my daughter and I were safe). Thankfully, Isaac the technician was able to come within an hour or hour and a half to come take a look at the damage. He was super honest and gave recommendations on what he would do personally and I greatly appreciate his empathy towards my mistake. Highly recommend their service! Took him about 1.5-2 hours to fix the garage door. Thank you very much for the hard work, honesty, and patience!

I was able to book an appointment for the next day (I could have requested same day but that didn't work for my schedule) and Isaac showed up right on time.
