Booked service online for the next day. Dispatch kept me updated that my tech would be delayed due to a previous job. Isaac was a FANTASTIC tech. Very personable, knew exactly what needed fixed, and broke down what should be done now vs what could wait for future maintenance/replacement. Zero pressure to do anything extra than what was necessary. Will 100% use Precision again and recommend to others.

I’ve used Precision door commercially at my place of business and when my personal garage door broke at home, they were the first people I called! Isaac was our tech. He was phenomenal! I contacted Precision Garage Door as our garage door was hit by one of our vehicles while backing out of the garage. Isaac W. from Precision Garage Door was dispatched to fix our garage door. I want to Thank Precision Service for sending Isaac to repair our garage door. He was very professional & knowledgeable about what he was doing & explained everything that he was doing & surveyed all the problems we were having & was able to fix all the issues we were having plus advised us on some possible problems that we would need to replace soon. My Garage door Spring broke the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I called another company 1st thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving and they were closed. I called Precision and they were open and sent Isaac out within a few hours of me calling. He was great! He did a full inspection of my door. He gave me a few options for repairs and cost. Isaac had my door operating again in no time. Thanks Isaac for an excellent experience! Precision will be my go to garage door company from now on!

I have used Precision for several years now. My first experience was when I wanted an insulated garage door. I expected to also replace the opener. However, the technician told me that I did not need to do that which showed honesty. I have since had the opener replaced and use them each year to do a tune up on the door to keep it in top shape.

I never look through the REACH magazine and pitched it when it arrived in the mail on Saturday. Sunday morning our rental house's garage door broke and I pulled out the magazine to search for coupons. I found the ad and was thrilled they say they can come out sometimes same day and you could schedule an appointment on Sunday. Gave them a call, a delightful gal took my information and got us scheduled Monday morning. Issac was wonderful, told us all the issues we had with this 30 year old garage door, gave us options, then went to work. Issac took care of our situation and we are happy with the prices.
