Isaac was awesome and helpful. Told him I was short on money at the moment and only had a little to spend to fix my garage door. He gave me options and we picked the best option to repair the problem today, I called it a bandaid, and showed and emailed me everything I’ll need to 100% fix the garage door issue. Couldn’t ask for a better person to come out and repair my problem. Thank you again. If I could pick 10 stars I would.

I enjoyed having your person out to see about fixing our garage door. He checked the area, gave me a few quotes for fixing the problem and was ready to start as soon as he finished his quotes. My wife wasn’t here, and she has had a horrible week, and she refused to talk about problems, even though she knew about the garage door and a general idea of the money. I am still trying to talk with her, but I am stalled, or we would have had things fixed with you

Precision Garage Door Service exceed our expectations! We were having issues with our garage door opening and found them through a google search. They were able to get us in early the next morning. I appreciated the text message introducing our technician to us prior to his arrival as well as his phone call. Issac was extremely knowledgeable when diagnosing the program and provided excellent communication on our options. We felt confident that we were making an informed decision. I have an old garage (built in 1926) and one of the springs on the door is broken. I only use it for storage because it's very small. I called your company because I know that old buildings are not necessarily "standard size" and thought a larger company would be more likely to have the part and be able to repair it. Issac W came out and took a look. I was not surprised that the part was not in stock but could possibly be ordered. I asked about replacement. He gave me solid advice on repairing and on replacing. After talking to him, I am reassessing what I want to do with this garage. Issac was a very kind, polite, professional young man. I appreciated his patience with an old lady. Your company is lucky to have him on your crew. Thank you for the fast response.

Call precision door about a garage door that would not close. Dispatch said someone would be out between four and seven, asked if there was anything earlier. Said she would get back with me call back said someone would be here in an hour. 15 minutes later, Isaac showed up. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, resolve the issueand the door is working again definitely fantastic service and sales associate. Highly recommend precision and thank you Isaac.

I chose Precision because they had given us excellent service a few years ago. Isaac was our repair person today, and he was well trained, personable, and efficient. And he smiled all the time. Since he seemed to be happy the entire time he was here, I asked him if he liked his job with Precision. His immediate response was “Yes. I love to fix things.” And he DID fix things with our opener, and he kept me well informed.
