I chose your company based on reviews online. I thought your truck charge was reasonable. I had an unexpected inability to get home to meet him and only spoke with him over the phone. We had already researched our problems so I wasn't surprised at what he suggested and was very pleased that he didn't try to oversell us on anything that was working well, and gave us an idea of how long they expect the various components to last. We had our main garage door overhauled this past summer to include a new opener. The technician that they sent out did a great job. We just recently started to have intermittent problems with the door not closing, so I called the office to schedule a service call. Tony D. called when he was on his way and was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes and then looked at both doors to make sure that all was in good order. When we need more work done, I'll be sure to ask for Tony. Wonderful job completed! Tony did a great job with giving a quote and then replacing 2 springs. Cables and bearings! After the quote from the time he started the work to completion was only around 45 minutes or less. Wonderful technician!! All for a reasonable charge. Tony from Precision Garage Door came to our home and did an extensive examination of our very old and very large garage door. He oiled all the rollers and the hinges and examined and cleaned the operator. He also furnished and programmed two remotes that now work perfectly. He also worked up a very detailed quote to replace the old large garage door and replace a barn doon with a garage door. Tony is the most professional, helpful, and friendly, service individual that we have had to our recently purchased 100-year-old home. Thank you, Precision Garage Door!

I received a text and phone call that Tony was on his way and got here at the specified time. After examination, Tony was very thorough on the condition of the garage door and the mechanics of it. Tony explained how all the parts need to function properly to have the door operate without undo stress on it and the opener.
