For over a year, my garage door would go up but not always go down. I never knew what it was going to do! Today Tony D., a Precision technician, came to my home and thoroughly inspected everything and quickly determined what needed to be done. I anticipated what I thought he would say so there was no surprise with the repairs. However, I was surprised that Tony was able to keep the expense within my budget. He did an awesome job in getting it to work properly in no time at all. I had no idea just how loud it was until suddenly it ran so smoothly and quietly with a few replacement parts. Prior to my appointment, I received a courtsey call from Tony D informing me he was in route to my home to service my garage door. Tony D was very professional by phone and when he arrived at home. Tony D was patient, knowledgeable and thorough during his visit with me. I was given different options of replacement springs to put on my garage door and Tony D did not attempt to oversell me on any products. Absolutely fantastic. Tony showed up early and within minutes was able to tell us what was wrong with our garage door. He fixed the garage door by replacing the springs and realigning the bottom part of the door. Additionally, based on the wear from the garage door being fixed, we had him replace the springs on the second garage door. Tony was very polite and courteous.
