We had a garage door that wouldnt open. He walked me through all the options to get the door fixed and explained why things weren't working. He told me the parts that really needed to be replaced and others that we could hold off on. Very happy with his quick turnaround and how informed he was. My garage door bent and came off the tracks. I was in a hurry and had a super busy day and was hoping to be able to resolve this quickly. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a technician out within 30 minutes. Tony, was my technician who called before he came, arrived promptly, and was very professional. He kept me informed of the process the entire time letting me know what would be needed for my repair, the cost, and he didn't try to sale me anything I didn't need or overcharge me. The service was quick and I was able to go on about my day. Tony was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

My garage door was bowed by an impact on the inside of the door. The service tech came out; quickly analyzed the problem and solution and completed the repair in just minutes. While there he also realigned the sensors on another door and lubricated all three doors. He was very professional, very helpful and great to work with.

I needed help with my garage door called precision they were able to come out the next day on a Saturday. Tony D came out looked at my garage door for me. Serviced the garage door and showed me parts that needed to be replaced no pressure which I appreciate. I replaced the ones that were the most important and will replace the others in time. I called Precision Garage Door because my door was sticking in both directions. Very shortly the technician arrived. Tony found the roller bearings were going bad. It took less than 30 minutes to put new nylon rollers on and fix the problem. Tony was very polite and he knew his business. My wife is very happy to have the door fixed. Thank you Tony

We had our main garage door overhauled this past summer to include a new opener. The technician that they sent out did a great job. We just recently started to have intermittent problems with the door not closing, so I called the office to schedule a service call.
