Booked service online for the next day. Dispatch kept me updated that my tech would be delayed due to a previous job. Isaac was a FANTASTIC tech. Very personable, knew exactly what needed fixed, and broke down what should be done now vs what could wait for future maintenance/replacement. Zero pressure to do anything extra than what was necessary. Will 100% use Precision again and recommend to others.

Vlad was amazing! Professional, on time, courteous, and honest about the work that needed to be done. He took the time to explain all of the products that were purchased/replaced and answered all of our questions. Fixed everything quickly and cleaned up the work space after he was done. We had service for the first time with Percision Garage door. Drew T. Was our tech and recommended what we needed. We replaced several things including springs wheel cables etc. The door is 21 years old and we used another company for 21 years! We wanted to try Percision Garage doors for the first time and they are in Noblesville. I highly recommend them. Drew was awesome and very knowledgeable and very polite. Explained things and never pressured you. Gave us great options and had ALL the parts on the truck. Best service ever. Very organized. Percision Garage Doors thank you for sending Drew. You have a new customer!!!!! Like your commercial the door is So Quiet!! Drew you are the best. Thank you all!!!

Our experience with Precision Garage Door has been excellent. They are always on time, their staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. Today we had their technician Ben install a new opener and service worn parts on the door assembly. Ben was very friendly and completed the work expediently. He even took the time to program the new opener for us! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

We had used Precision while living in our previous home and was greatly satisfied with the service. When our door wouldn't budge, we called Precision because of the excellent service we had received previously. Our service guy was Cole. Very polite and explained everything clearly. He did an excellent job of replacing parts and cleaning up afterwards. We appreciated Precision's customer service! No doubt as garage door parts break down we will call Precision EVERY TIME!
