Eric G. was great to work with! He was very helpful in understanding what was wrong and what needed to be done. He explained and walked through everything with me and then was patient enough to do the same with my husband over the phone. Finding out we needed more than just a spring, alot more, wasn't fun, but Eric made sure we got what we needed in a timely manner and that we understood all of the items we were getting and how to use them. Would definitely recommend! Was a very great experience.

I used them before for an issue they were prompt and did good work so I called again for my current issue. This time the same result and the issue was fixed in a couple of hours. The technician, Mike, was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and presented the estimate then proceeded to do the work. When finished he made sure it worked and made final adjustments. Good work and the door works like new.

Booked service online for the next day. Dispatch kept me updated that my tech would be delayed due to a previous job. Isaac was a FANTASTIC tech. Very personable, knew exactly what needed fixed, and broke down what should be done now vs what could wait for future maintenance/replacement. Zero pressure to do anything extra than what was necessary. Will 100% use Precision again and recommend to others.

We had service for the first time with Percision Garage door. Drew T. Was our tech and recommended what we needed. We replaced several things including springs wheel cables etc. The door is 21 years old and we used another company for 21 years! We wanted to try Percision Garage doors for the first time and they are in Noblesville. I highly recommend them. Drew was awesome and very knowledgeable and very polite. Our experience with Precision Garage Door has been excellent. They are always on time, their staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. Today we had their technician Ben install a new opener and service worn parts on the door assembly. Ben was very friendly and completed the work expediently. He even took the time to program the new opener for us! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
