Have used Precision previously and they were my first choice when my garage door cable broke. They sent out a tech within hours of my call, actually arrived early. Ben H was my technician and quickly analyzed the problem and came up with several different options to fix the problem. No high pressure sales, just laid out the options. Once he got to work making all the repairs he worked very quickly. Ben was very friendly and also knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

We were experiencing difficulty with our 18 year old garage door opener. I found a decal that Precision had placed on the inside of our garage door back in 2013 and applied for a service request with Precision's website. It was fairly easy to request service, and appreciated their listing of available appointment times by the day. I picked one that was the next day. After the inspection of the door that took 15 minutes, the tech explained what was necessary. Lot's of options and pricing to choose from. We decided to proceed with the install and it was done in about 3-1/2 hours. Cleanup and haul away of the older unit components. In addition, the tech programmed our vehicle to open the garage door from the inside of our car. Nice experience.

We chose Precision after working with Jimmy as he was installing a new door for Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Noblesville! His expertise installing the new door on our old shed was amazing and his friendly manner made the process enjoyable! We called yesterday and Precision sent Nick out one day later. He swapped our present opener to a third car garage and installed a new unit in our main door while ensuring all of our mechanicals were working properly! Nick and Chayse went above and beyond to help me with a 40+ year old garage door. In this horrible heat they were willing to take the time to repair the door and make it usable.
