The technician did a great job explaining what he was doing and what might have been the problem with the garage door. Since my garage door was under warranty, I just paid the $88 for a tune up. I saw on my invoice an energy surcharge of $23. If I wasn't under warranty, I would have question why I would have to pay that.

The spring broke on our garage door. Austin and Clayton showed up and saved the day. In addition to fixing that garage door, they replaced 2 other openers that had been clunking away and really slow. They also installed a new key pad and programmed our vehicles. They are knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

Serviced the garage door opener. I was not able to be present during the service, but the tech, Joel was great. I was hoping just an adjustment was needed, but he let me know the opener needed to be replaced. I fully trusted his judgement and he did not try to sell me more than what was needed. Opener was replaced during his visit - a separate service call was not needed and he kept me informed throughout the process.

From the moment I called for a quote I was impressed. They were kind, honest and helpful. The communication was fantastic! They called to give me an estimate of when Brandon was going to be there and when he was running late they called again to let me know! Brandon and Jared were great as well! Professional and gave us all the options. They went the extra mile and stayed until after 6p to complete the job and make sure we got the app downloaded and the keypad programmed.
