Josh was great. He started by checking to see if he could fix my current opener and then explained my options. Once I decided to get a new opener he had it installed and ready for use in about an hour. Finally he took the time to walk me through the features and app which was great. This is the second time I have used Precision and will do so again in the future.

Michael the technician came out on July 4 and did a great job fixing my garage door. It was an emergency situation and the company that I usually deal with said they had 24/7 service but never returned my call. Michael was prompt and I would highly recommend Precision garage doors.

From the moment I called at 7 p.m. due to a broken garage door spring, the service was exceptional. A friendly customer service representative promptly scheduled me for the next day. The updates via text and call when Austin was en route were appreciated. Austin's personable, respectful, and polite demeanor stood out during his inspection, where he identified additional components needing replacement due to severe wear and tear. He thoroughly explained all options before efficiently completing all repairs. My experience with Austin and Precision Garage Doors couldn't be better.

We received excellent and prompt service from Teddy. He kept us apprised of his arrival time and showed up just as promised. He took his time to explain a balanced list of pros and cons for both the repair or the purchase options. We chose to replace both our 10 y/o openers and purchased new ones. Again he clearly explained the different models which really helped us select the best ones for our needs. Teddy was neat and clean and courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did he install both openers but he also programmed the keypad AND each of our cars AND helped me install and use the App! All in less than 2.5 hours just as he had estimated. Thank you for your excellent service and for leaving us with two fully functional whisper quiet garage doors!

I was extremely satisfied with their business in 2011 and 2013. My technician was hardworking and very astute to know exactly what he was doing. I remembered his words in 2013 and wanted his help ideally first in my need for garage issue help. I went with another company and I was disappointed the day before for a reference to today's visit. Eric Gellenbeck was the one to help me in "13 and details were written for his service then now due to Eric wanting to help his team, he went to work on-site to balance a heavy load today. I was blessed more than I could imagine as they sent a Bio on him to get to know him with his great expertise and how he anchored well as a service manager. Eric explained things with excellence and when I asked him- gave recommendations. He followed his words with wonderful action to show his dedication. A box was used to collect inside the garage trash and there was a nicety to blow snow off my car and pavement to go the "extra mile" for a bonus. You can tell he trains his team to be precise and strive toward "excellence". I felt so at peace and grateful to God for re-finding them and for their graciousness to come out to serve me (save me!!). They are an answer to my prayer...
