I was so impressed with precision!! To start with the amazing text message I received 45 minutes prior to arrival. The technician Austin D. called 10 minutes prior to arrival to make sure I was ready for him to arrive. He was friendly and provided all pricing prior to doing anything. I will always call Precision for anything else I need. I will definitely ask for Austin D. If that is permitted. NICE JOB!

I had Scott D and he was really great! My springs for garage door were going out and he did an awesome job going over exactly what was going on and even recommended I change my wheels on the doors. We were very pleased with our experience! Drew was exceptional as well as the gentleman he was training. I’m sorry I can’t recall his name, but they were both awesome! Drew explained everything and gave us 3 different options. Discussed price ahead of time so no surprises when they were finished. Both gentlemen were very polite and courteous. Also, the young lady who initially took my call was very upbeat and helpful. I at first decided to go with your company, due to HER friendliness! She’s an asset to your company!

Had my garage door track wheels drums and springs repaired. Your technician Eric took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed, and how everything worked. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results.

Called and was able to get a tech out the same day. Vladimir was able to even show up earlier than expected and did a great job on my garage door opener install. He was informative and walked me through everything, programmed and installed my keypad entry as well. He even noticed my double door was missing one of the torsion springs than another company failed to install when my door was installed. 5 star service!

On a Friday evening our garage door quit working, Precision was able to be out there the next morning. Vladimir was great - nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me options on repairing the garage door and we figured out what we wanted to do and he got started right away. I don't think the garage door and opener has EVER been that quiet; we ended up having to have quiet a bit replaced. I will call again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
