Elliot came out and went above and beyond for us. Our spring completely broke and he provided multiple quotes for replacing just the spring, or having other options done as well. There was no pressure to choose anything other than the bare minimum and he was VERY transparent about what all would be done and how much it would cost. He was done in less than 2 hours and as an extra bonus, he went ahead and set our trash cans out for trash day since they were locked in the garage! Everything about this experience is exactly what we wanted and why we will forever use Precision Garage Doors from this day forward!

The technician explained all that was involved with the motor and why it should be replaced and then what I could do to make it more efficient. We do have a lot of surges in this area and I was thrilled that I could get a surge protector. The technician and his new follower were terrific to work with. They are above everyone in the service industry as far as I'm concerned.

On a Friday evening our garage door quit working, Precision was able to be out there the next morning. Vladimir was great - nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me options on repairing the garage door and we figured out what we wanted to do and he got started right away. I don't think the garage door and opener has EVER been that quiet; we ended up having to have quiet a bit replaced. I will call again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I was so impressed with precision!! To start with the amazing text message I received 45 minutes prior to arrival. The technician Austin D. called 10 minutes prior to arrival to make sure I was ready for him to arrive. He was friendly and provided all pricing prior to doing anything.
