Brandon did a great job. He took the time to explain everything going on in great detail, and he was patient and informative about my options for repairing/replacing our garage door opener. He, along with anyone else I've encountered with Precision, is evidently very passionate about garage door systems and making customers happy and informed. I truly wish other service companies operated with the same amount of car as Precision.

I woke on a Saturday morning to my garage door not opening due to the spring breaking after a quick internet search I found Precision with a great rating so I called and they answered Immediately (not a recording and call back) and they gave me an estimate on the phone before coming so I scheduled. Not only did they show up on the same day I called they showed up when they said they would. Not used to this anymore as many companies are not so good at this. Brandon showed up assessed the problem, was professional and friendly. The work ended up being more involved then what I originally thought but that was not an problem and Brandon completed all of the repairs while already here. Great service by both the office staff on the phone and Brandon on site. Highly recommended.

Brandon made quick work troubleshooting and correcting the issue with our door and opener. He also corrected another issue with another door, that I expected would have to be another trip. Very impressed with his knowledge and efficient service.

As we are an ambulance service we we're beyond stressed with our vehicles trapped inside the garage with a broken door. Brandon K. is absolutely amazing. The confidence and care he showed up was wonderful. He got straight to work and found a solution. He spent ample time making sure he fixed everything possible and to leave us in great shape. Overall was exceptional service from him. He deserves all the recognition, free pizza, and maybe a raise ;)
