The difference between "before" and "after" is truly unbelievable. I never look through the REACH magazine and pitched it when it arrived in the mail on Saturday. Sunday morning our rental house's garage door broke and I pulled out the magazine to search for coupons. I found the ad and was thrilled they say they can come out sometimes same day and you could schedule an appointment on Sunday. Gave them a call, a delightful gal took my information and got us scheduled Monday morning. Issac was wonderful, told us all the issues we had with this 30 year old garage door, gave us options, then went to work. Issac took care of our situation and we are happy with the prices.

This is the third time I have used Precision for a garage door service. Vladimir, the technician, was on time, gave me the pro and cons for garage door opener options, and completed the installation in about two hours. The price quoted was very reasonable and the quality of the installation was evident. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needed repair or replacement services.

Precision was recommended by a former employee of one of your competitors. He stated that Precision was "hands down" the best & most reliable company in the field. I called on Saturday morning in need of a garage door opener replacement. By noon, Jeff was at the property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to "upsell". It was extremely hot, but he worked right through it and had the opener replaced, door sealer installed and even replaced 3 hinges that were cracked on the door itself. Cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the job Precision and Jeff did for us. I will not go with any other garage door company, based on the job that was done this past weekend. Thanks Again!

We had an absolutely incredible experience from the time I called the precision office yesterday to job completion this afternoon. The office person was incredibly courteous and did a wonderful job scheduling our work to be done. Then this morning, Kevin and Eric showed up to assess our garage door issue. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and work ethic that we experience today from these two individuals. Absolutely great and over-the-top customer service from everyone in this organization from our contact on the phone to the two Service individuals Kevin and Eric who installed and rebuilt our garage door operating system.
