Precision installed new doors on previous before I sold it. Since I was pleased with that project, I called Precision to evaluate problems with the garage door in my new production built home. The technicians arrived about 3hrs after I called. The door itself, motor, and tracks were okay, but the low quality plastic moving parts in the tracks were binding. Everything including the lasers was replaced with high quality parts guaranteed for 7 years. The technicians also set up the remote system is my wife and I can open and close the door with our cell phones. We were very pleased with the rapid, high quality service.

I have used Precision in the past and have been happy with their service. The technician, Elliot, who came to service my garage door this time was courteous, personable, and competent. He described the reason my door was not working, discussed the condition of the rest of the door, told me what would absolutely have to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn out and should be replaced. He gave me a clear understanding of the costs and helped me decide the best way to repair my door and stay within my budget. He even repaired two smaller issues I was having with the light and outside panel that I couldn't resolve myself. He left the work area clean and neat and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before he left. I am impressed with the quality of the work and the people and would recommend Precision to anyone.

I called on Saturday around 11am and scheduled an appointment for morning on Sunday. Within an hour, I received a notification that someone could be out by 3pm. The technician was friendly, professional, and finished the installation before 5pm. He installed a new chain, motor, sensors, openers, and programmed it all. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service and expertise provided to us.

I chose Precision Garage Door due to their excellent reputation for Garage Door installation and Repairs. A company that DOES NOT charge extra for Saturday or Sunday service is unheard of in this day and age. That alone should be rewarded. However, their technicians are extremely polite and knowledgeable, giving me options on how I could go about my repairs, if any. I’ve never had to call them back because the repair did not work. Another rarity these days, sadly. I can’t recommend this company Highly enough!

Our neighbor recommended Precision after he saw us trying to manually open the door. I called at 7:27pm (3 minutes before close), spoke to Scott who was able to schedule me for the next morning. Brandon showed up after calling. He went over my options after doing a full inspection on both doors. I was only able to do the major repairs on our double door, though he did let me know the spring on the single door was old and could possibly break (but $$ couldn't do). I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone!
