My garage door spring broke and I needed replacement ASAP. Crystal said the earliest was Saturday morning. I later received a text from her saying Tony D. could make the same day appointment between 5pm-6pm. Tony D. gave me different estimates and let me chose which option that I think was best long term. I realized that the quality of parts and the knowledge and experience Tony provided justified the price and value of the repair and replacement. Tony did a great job in making my garage door working optimally longer and better.

Joel was terrific. We have been plagued with a squeaking door for a few weeks now and, wouldn't you know, on the day Precision was scheduled to come and apply a fix, the squeaking stopped. Like that morning. I apologized to Joel for this when he arrived but he took the time to look everything over and lubed all of the hinges and rollers. Very cheerly and professional about the whole thing and ended it with telling me to just call him if the squeak returns. As always a completely positive experience.

We called Precision based on good feedback from some neighbors who had also had them come out. Vlademir was extremely professional. We had a bad spring, and we were interested in upgrading our existing builder-grade opener. He answered all our questions, presented options, and had the new system installed in about 2 hours. Hope we don't need service for a VERY long time, but if we do, we'll definitely call Precision!!

I selected Precision Garage Door Service because we had them install a new garage door for us in 2018. The garage door spring broke and it was still under warranty. Elliot came out and was very professional and friendly. He explained what happened and how he was going to repair it, and we also discussed considerations of other items we might need to consider for future repair / tune-up issues. He was thorough, quick, and neat. I enjoyed talking to him while he repaired our garage door. It works great now. I would recommend this company.

Key Pad went bad. Your company replaced about three years ago. Upon further inspection the replaced key pad was bad and needed replacing. After furthur inspection it was noted that Cables. Bearings and Springs also needed replacement. After $1.600 I was told that I'm good as new but possibilities motor could go soon? Happy New Year!

We had Precision Garage Door Service come out because our keyless pad was not working correctly. When Joey H came out, he asked what our concerns were and what we were wanting to accomplish. He then made suggestions and gave us options that would work best for us. He went the extra mile and then some, to say the least! We ended up replacing the motor on our garage door opener and keyless pad. Joey H also helped me to set up the app on my phone and re-set our openers and new keypad. He also re-set the garage door button in our car. I can't say enough GREAT things about Joey H and his service. He was very professional, kind, honest and patient to answer all my questions. I dialed PRECISION after seeing an ad for a favorably priced " tuneup." A critter had mistaken the rubber seal strip on the bottom of the door for its favorite bubble gum flavor, and that needed replacement, as well. My technician addressed each concern, walked me through his observations and recommendations, and performed his work well. The result is a smooth, quiet balanced door that operates like new.

This was my first experience with Precision and I'm so happy with my experience! Tony went through every aspect of my garage door mechanics, explaining how they worked and why my 20 year old garage door could possibly fail without some updating. He went through each component allowing me to decide on what would fit in my budget but still accomplish my needs.
