When he arrived he examined our situation and gave a very clear explanation with nice options presented and associated prices. He used visual aids to help explain the situation. I chose Precision Garage Door due to their excellent reputation for Garage Door installation and Repairs. A company that DOES NOT charge extra for Saturday or Sunday service is unheard of in this day and age. That alone should be rewarded. However, their technicians are extremely polite and knowledgeable, giving me options on how I could go about my repairs, if any. I’ve never had to call them back because the repair did not work. Another rarity these days, sadly. I can’t recommend this company Highly enough!

Our neighbor recommended Precision after he saw us trying to manually open the door. I called at 7:27pm (3 minutes before close), spoke to Scott who was able to schedule me for the next morning. Brandon showed up after calling. He went over my options after doing a full inspection on both doors. I was only able to do the major repairs on our double door, though he did let me know the spring on the single door was old and could possibly break (but $$ couldn't do). I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone!

I never look through the REACH magazine and pitched it when it arrived in the mail on Saturday. Sunday morning our rental house's garage door broke and I pulled out the magazine to search for coupons. I found the ad and was thrilled they say they can come out sometimes same day and you could schedule an appointment on Sunday. Gave them a call, a delightful gal took my information and got us scheduled Monday morning. Issac was wonderful, told us all the issues we had with this 30 year old garage door, gave us options, then went to work. Issac took care of our situation and we are happy with the prices.

This is the third time I have used Precision for a garage door service. Vladimir, the technician, was on time, gave me the pro and cons for garage door opener options, and completed the installation in about two hours. Precision was recommended by a former employee of one of your competitors. He stated that Precision was "hands down" the best & most reliable company in the field. I called on Saturday morning in need of a garage door opener replacement. By noon, Jeff was at the property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to "upsell". It was extremely hot, but he worked right through it and had the opener replaced, door sealer installed and even replaced 3 hinges that were cracked on the door itself. Cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the job Precision and Jeff did for us. I will not go with any other garage door company, based on the job that was done this past weekend. Thanks Again!

I called on Saturday around 11am and scheduled an appointment for morning on Sunday. Within an hour, I received a notification that someone could be out by 3pm. The technician was friendly, professional, and finished the installation before 5pm. He installed a new chain, motor, sensors, openers, and programmed it all. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service and expertise provided to us.
