My house is 22 years old and my garage doors needed basic updates; springs, cables, rollers, etc. Eric did a great job in a timely manner and now my garage doors operate like new. Absolutely a satisfied customer!! Honestly in the time we have lived in our house we have randomly had other companies out. We had Precision out before this visit and had them back. I find the technicians really know their craft. I have received knowledgeable advice and expert care. I have had some upgrades completed to avoid future problems as well as address construction shortcomings. Yesterday’s visit was again excellent. I started out a little disappointed because I was told it would be 4 weeks by the first representative. Then it was 4-6 weeks—and given an installation date 6 weeks later. I did get the job done 4 days earlier than the six weeks. However, I am very impressed by the person who installed the new door. He was professional while friendly and able to do the work himself. I would recommend him to anyone needing a new garage door!
