Key Pad went bad. Your company replaced about three years ago. Upon further inspection the replaced key pad was bad and needed replacing. After furthur inspection it was noted that Cables. Bearings and Springs also needed replacement. After $1.600 I was told that I'm good as new but possibilities motor could go soon? Happy New Year!

We had Precision Garage Door Service come out because our keyless pad was not working correctly. When Joey H came out, he asked what our concerns were and what we were wanting to accomplish. He then made suggestions and gave us options that would work best for us. He went the extra mile and then some, to say the least! We ended up replacing the motor on our garage door opener and keyless pad. Joey H also helped me to set up the app on my phone and re-set our openers and new keypad. I chose Precision to install a new garage door, and I had bought a genie opener and they installed that as well. Had I used Precision to install one of their Genie openers, the metal rail would have been one piece and much quieter. Nonetheless, I had them install the green colored better springs and the sealed track rollers and they will likely last a super long time. Very pleased with their work which included programming our two phones to be able to open and close the door from anyplace! This eliminates the question of, "Did I remember to close the door when we left?" Our cell phones show the open or closed status of the door! The "opener repair" was only checking the battery which was OK and programming our phones.

Patrick was here and did a very thorough job. The spring on my garage door was broken and he fixed that and added another spring since my garage only had one and after he worked on my garage door, it is much quieter it also prior to his visit had some light coming through the sides and air in the winter and he adjusted that and is now much tighter than before. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs the same service.
