A seamlessly positive experience! Everything a person could want when hiring a contractor to provide a repair service to a home! Completely technically competent, professional, punctual, friendly, pleasant service engineer. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and it was completely very quickly. Everything that was needed was already in his truck. I recommend Precision unreservedly. You , cannot do better anywhere.

I chose Precision to install a new garage door, and I had bought a genie opener and they installed that as well. Had I used Precision to install one of their Genie openers, the metal rail would have been one piece and much quieter. Nonetheless, I had them install the green colored better springs and the sealed track rollers and they will likely last a super long time. Very pleased with their work which included programming our two phones to be able to open and close the door from anyplace! This eliminates the question of, "Did I remember to close the door when we left?" Our cell phones show the open or closed status of the door! The "opener repair" was only checking the battery which was OK and programming our phones.

What a great experience it was to work with Tony D and Precision Garage Door. My insurance agent recommended Precision Garage Door after our garage door opener set on fire. On the same day I called to set up an appointment, Tony D was dispatched within an hour to assess the damage and replace the old opener with a new, upgraded, more efficient brand and model. As Tony evaluated the damage, we discussed my household’s garage door usage in order to find the opener best suited to our needs. Tony’s knowledge, skills, and experience positively influenced my choice. While he worked, Tony carefully explained what he was doing, and answered my questions courteously. Tony D was prompt, professional, hard working, and efficient from the first phone call. Add to that his friendly demeanor and obvious enjoyment in his trade, and you’ve got a perfect match for helpful service and good company. I couldn’t have asked for a better installer. Patrick was here and did a very thorough job. The spring on my garage door was broken and he fixed that and added another spring since my garage only had one and after he worked on my garage door, it is much quieter it also prior to his visit had some light coming through the sides and air in the winter and he adjusted that and is now much tighter than before. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs the same service.

Austin and Issac did a fabulous job. I reached out to Precision as they had installed our garage door opener to purchase an additional remote door opener. They recommended a tune up based on how long ago we purchased the opener. They arrived within an hour of my request. They completed the tune up and programmed the new remote for us within 30 minutes. It was a great experience and I will continue to use Precision in the future. The best part was Austin and Issac. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
