I never look through the REACH magazine and pitched it when it arrived in the mail on Saturday. Sunday morning our rental house's garage door broke and I pulled out the magazine to search for coupons. I found the ad and was thrilled they say they can come out sometimes same day and you could schedule an appointment on Sunday. Gave them a call, a delightful gal took my information and got us scheduled Monday morning. Issac was wonderful, told us all the issues we had with this 30 year old garage door, gave us options, then went to work. Issac took care of our situation and we are happy with the prices.

Precision was recommended by a former employee of one of your competitors. He stated that Precision was "hands down" the best & most reliable company in the field. I called on Saturday morning in need of a garage door opener replacement. By noon, Jeff was at the property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to "upsell". It was extremely hot, but he worked right through it and had the opener replaced, door sealer installed and even replaced 3 hinges that were cracked on the door itself. Cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the job Precision and Jeff did for us. I will not go with any other garage door company, based on the job that was done this past weekend.
