Precision was recommended by a former employee of one of your competitors. He stated that Precision was "hands down" the best & most reliable company in the field. I called on Saturday morning in need of a garage door opener replacement. By noon, Jeff was at the property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to "upsell". It was extremely hot, but he worked right through it and had the opener replaced, door sealer installed and even replaced 3 hinges that were cracked on the door itself. Cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the job Precision and Jeff did for us. I will not go with any other garage door company, based on the job that was done this past weekend. Thanks Again!

We had an absolutely incredible experience from the time I called the precision office yesterday to job completion this afternoon. My garage door spring broke and I needed replacement ASAP. Crystal said the earliest was Saturday morning. I later received a text from her saying Tony D. could make the same day appointment between 5pm-6pm. Tony D. gave me different estimates and let me chose which option that I think was best long term. I realized that the quality of parts and the knowledge and experience Tony provided justified the price and value of the repair and replacement. Tony did a great job in making my garage door working optimally longer and better.
