Technician Andrew did an excellent job, as well as explaining everything clearly. Furthermore, as I am immunocompromised, he willingly masked up when we were in the same area , and made sure that anything I need to touch (e.g., keypad, etc.) were sanitized. Definitely a 5-star job!

Called Precision door on Friday morning regarding a very squeaky garage door. They were able to send someone the same day. They called to update me on the arrival time and then when it cam closer Mike F. called to say he was 20 min away. Mike listened to my concerns about the door and then inspected the garage door. I went to the garage after his inspection and he explained things to me so I would understand. Mike was very professional and told me the options and did not pressure me to go one way or another. He had the parts needed to upgrade some parts on the door which eliminated the squeaking and will prolong the life of the door parts. I would highly recommend Precision door and if you get Mike to come out you are lucky.
