Drew T was my technician today. Drew arrived before the scheduled time (Angie called first to confirm that this time change worked with my schedule) and was very knowledgeable. Drew was thorough and explained everything he found in his inspection. He outlined all of our options for our repair/replacement. Once we decided how we wanted to proceed, Drew was able to replace the parts on the spot in a short time. Drew was great, you won’t be disappointed if he ends up being your technician!

Brandon was the person who was sent to service my issue. I ended purchasing almost everything new except the door itself. He called before arriving, explained all my options, gave a good estimate and finish the work timely and cleanly. He is terrific representation of your company. He had to work around a messy garage, pets and an owner who was limited physically. I appreciate him watching out for all of us(pets are escape artists). Short story. I called 3 places for a quote. Precision had me scheduled and off the phone in under 5 minutes. Place 2 asked me to “call them back in 10 minutes”. Place 3 would not give me a quote without paying $79. Kevin arrived at my house around 1230 gave me some suggestions and had it completed by 200. Even though he had less expensive quotes I went with the one he suggested. This was because I could see the other options made him nervous for safety reasons. Hard to find people that genuinely care about the customer. Not the lowest quote but for sure the best service. I will always pay extra for that. Regards, TL

I've worked with Precision in the past and knew what to expect...great service. From start to finish communication was great. The call rep shared what time someone could be here and Austin was right on time. He called while on his way, / analyzed the issue once he arrived / shared options and estimate / completed the repair in good time. While here I also asked him for a tune up. I didn't realize how loud the door had gotten until Austin made it quiet again. I'll definitely use Precision in the future.

Joel was very cheerful on a frigid January morning! He clearly described what was likely needed with our door repair and gave me options with estimates. I felt confident that he would do what I asked and respected the option that I chose. The door was repaired and it worked out better than expected! He also offered to check the other two doors to see that they were working well and gave us recommendations for things he felt should be addressed in the near future.

Technician Mike was friendly and hard working. Replacing a very old wooden door on an old garage was challenging, and he had to retrofit some things to get the job done right. He did great work, and went above and beyond. When he was done he told me that his company could return at no charge and replace an entire panel because it had a barely noticeable "ding" on the inside. I said "no" but was very impressed with that offer!
