I selected Precision Garage Door Service because we had them install a new garage door for us in 2018. The garage door spring broke and it was still under warranty. Elliot came out and was very professional and friendly. He explained what happened and how he was going to repair it, and we also discussed considerations of other items we might need to consider for future repair / tune-up issues. He was thorough, quick, and neat. I enjoyed talking to him while he repaired our garage door. It works great now. I would recommend this company.

My grandson worked for Precision before becoming a police officer, his life-long dream. I knew how good this company was because of this experience. When I had a garage door problem, there was no doubt who I would call. Once again, I am so happy with the results. The technician was excellent with a wonderful personality.

We had Precision Garage Door Service come out because our keyless pad was not working correctly. When Joey H came out, he asked what our concerns were and what we were wanting to accomplish. He then made suggestions and gave us options that would work best for us. He went the extra mile and then some, to say the least! We ended up replacing the motor on our garage door opener and keyless pad. Joey H also helped me to set up the app on my phone and re-set our openers and new keypad. He also re-set the garage door button in our car. I can't say enough GREAT things about Joey H and his service. He was very professional, kind, honest and patient to answer all my questions. Thank you, thank you, Joey H. You were Awesome!!! Merry Christmas! Vickie K

We have used precision twice to repair our doors and put new seals on for weather protection. They have always responded in a prompt manner and we have had excellent service. Our last tech (Isaac) came out on a sunday and completed the work expeditiously within 2 hours of arriving. Highly recommend this company.

I dialed PRECISION after seeing an ad for a favorably priced " tuneup." A critter had mistaken the rubber seal strip on the bottom of the door for its favorite bubble gum flavor, and that needed replacement, as well. My technician addressed each concern, walked me through his observations and recommendations, and performed his work well. The result is a smooth, quiet balanced door that operates like new.

Tony D. performed exemplary service in replacing our garage door opener and related components. He was friendly and personable and performed his work in a timely manner. He took the time to explain what service was needed and why, and then asked if I had any further questions. I would recommend Tony and Precision Garage Door Servive without reservation.

This was my first experience with Precision and I'm so happy with my experience! Tony went through every aspect of my garage door mechanics, explaining how they worked and why my 20 year old garage door could possibly fail without some updating. He went through each component allowing me to decide on what would fit in my budget but still accomplish my needs. I feel so good knowing my garage door is in great shape for another 10 years or more!

After getting frustrated with a competitor for not being courteous and not calling me back when they said they would, I gave Precision a call. I couldn’t be more pleased with Precision. Shoutout to Alissa for her courteous customer service on my first and only phone call. I called around 9:30am and she told me they would be there between 12 and 3 the same day. And then they showed up a little after 11! Drew was excellent. Explained what the problem was, provided 3 different repair options, and had my garage door back in good working operation in about an hour and a half! Thanks again Drew! Will definitely use them again if / when the need arises! I highly recommend them for any garage door repairs you may need! Brett Anderson Westfield, IN

My technician Teddy, called to see if I was available and to inform me of his expected arrival. He called once he arrived in front of my house, he was on time, friendly, outgoing and we had an great conversation during the repairs being made. Very informative and efficient at his job. Overall, he was helpful, courteous and professional. Also a fellow Military veteran, an additional plus.

Whenever I have had Precision Door come to my house they have been wonderful! They are also very quick, always come the same day I call for service, and keep me updated as to their arrival time. Most recently the chain fell off my garage door motor. Kevin was my technician this time and he was so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue, but we also chatted about a few other related things and he left me know what options were available without being pushy. If you have a garage door need, don't hesitate to call Precision!!!
