We have used precision twice to repair our doors and put new seals on for weather protection. They have always responded in a prompt manner and we have had excellent service. I dialed PRECISION after seeing an ad for a favorably priced " tuneup." A critter had mistaken the rubber seal strip on the bottom of the door for its favorite bubble gum flavor, and that needed replacement, as well. My technician addressed each concern, walked me through his observations and recommendations, and performed his work well. The result is a smooth, quiet balanced door that operates like new.

After getting frustrated with a competitor for not being courteous and not calling me back when they said they would, I gave Precision a call. I couldn’t be more pleased with Precision. Shoutout to Alissa for her courteous customer service on my first and only phone call. I called around 9:30am and she told me they would be there between 12 and 3 the same day. And then they showed up a little after 11! Drew was excellent. Explained what the problem was, provided 3 different repair options, and had my garage door back in good working operation in about an hour and a half! Thanks again Drew! Whenever I have had Precision Door come to my house they have been wonderful! They are also very quick, always come the same day I call for service, and keep me updated as to their arrival time. Most recently the chain fell off my garage door motor. Kevin was my technician this time and he was so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue, but we also chatted about a few other related things and he left me know what options were available without being pushy. I chose Precision to install a new garage door, and I had bought a genie opener and they installed that as well. Had I used Precision to install one of their Genie openers, the metal rail would have been one piece and much quieter. Nonetheless, I had them install the green colored better springs and the sealed track rollers and they will likely last a super long time. Very pleased with their work which included programming our two phones to be able to open and close the door from anyplace! This eliminates the question of, "Did I remember to close the door when we left?" Our cell phones show the open or closed status of the door! The "opener repair" was only checking the battery which was OK and programming our phones.

Patrick was here and did a very thorough job. The spring on my garage door was broken and he fixed that and added another spring since my garage only had one and after he worked on my garage door, it is much quieter it also prior to his visit had some light coming through the sides and air in the winter and he adjusted that and is now much tighter than before. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs the same service.

Austin and Issac did a fabulous job. I reached out to Precision as they had installed our garage door opener to purchase an additional remote door opener. They recommended a tune up based on how long ago we purchased the opener. They arrived within an hour of my request. They completed the tune up and programmed the new remote for us within 30 minutes.
