Kevin was great. He came out to do a repair (a member of my household backed into the door while it was still going up) and after discussing all the options it made more sense to replace the door. Ben came out to our new home to help us install our garage door lifts. He was on time and stayed until the job was done. Ben also helped us understand how to look for wear on our garage doors and explained why we needed new garage door rollers. Definitely will highly recommend and request him!

Kudos to both Kevin Ulery and Paul Panzica. Not only excellent customer service, but courteous, polite, honest and very professional. Not only did they call twice to let us know our status, they explained all the options available to us in repairing our garage door opener. We decided to replace the garage door opener. The workmanship was outstanding, they explained the new system and afterwards were meticulous in their cleanup. Would highly recommend for any garage door work that needs to be done. Thanks again.

Excellent experience with Precision Door today. Last year we had an installation (not by precision) of a large commercial door installed at our home for ease of use with our handicap accessible vehicle. We have had nothing but problems with this door for the last year and finally today I called Precision Door for a second opinion/look. Not only was the tech able to come out same day, but he easily identified several issues with the original installation, called for backup, and they were able to completely do an overhaul installation on our huge door and fix all of the issues. Very professional, honest, and competent. Would highly recommend.
