Called Precision door on Friday morning regarding a very squeaky garage door. They were able to send someone the same day. They called to update me on the arrival time and then when it cam closer Mike F. called to say he was 20 min away. Mike listened to my concerns about the door and then inspected the garage door. I went to the garage after his inspection and he explained things to me so I would understand. Mike was very professional and told me the options and did not pressure me to go one way or another. He had the parts needed to upgrade some parts on the door which eliminated the squeaking and will prolong the life of the door parts. I would highly recommend Precision door and if you get Mike to come out you are lucky.

Technician Mike was friendly and hard working. Replacing a very old wooden door on an old garage was challenging, and he had to retrofit some things to get the job done right. He did great work, and went above and beyond. When he was done he told me that his company could return at no charge and replace an entire panel because it had a barely noticeable "ding" on the inside. I said "no" but was very impressed with that offer!

Drew T was my technician today. Drew arrived before the scheduled time (Angie called first to confirm that this time change worked with my schedule) and was very knowledgeable. Drew was thorough and explained everything he found in his inspection. He outlined all of our options for our repair/replacement. Once we decided how we wanted to proceed, Drew was able to replace the parts on the spot in a short time. Drew was great, you won’t be disappointed if he ends up being your technician!

Short story. I called 3 places for a quote. Precision had me scheduled and off the phone in under 5 minutes. Place 2 asked me to “call them back in 10 minutes”. Place 3 would not give me a quote without paying $79. Kevin arrived at my house around 1230 gave me some suggestions and had it completed by 200. Even though he had less expensive quotes I went with the one he suggested. This was because I could see the other options made him nervous for safety reasons. Hard to find people that genuinely care about the customer. Not the lowest quote but for sure the best service. I will always pay extra for that. Regards, TL
