Precision Garage Door Service has always been my go to for repairs on my systems. Thanks to Tony, my door is running smoothly and quietly again. His expert advice on door opener motors, remotes and keypads made it easy for me to decide which system I should purchase. Especially helpful was his training on the new features in the system. He was knowledgeable, quick and left the work area clean. Great service as always.

Kalu did an excellent job in explaining our options. We chose to upgrade our opener from the cheap one installed by Pulte. The opener now is far more efficient. When finished he walked us through he explained how to use all the opening options our new opener has. He programmed our autos for us and did not leave until we were totally satisfied and comfortable. A truly professional experience. Recommend him and his company greatly.

Five stars for Precision Garage Door. Our old garage door motor was shot and finally gave out after years of use. I called Precision Garage Door, and they were able to send Shaun on my schedule. Shaun was very professional, efficient, and walked me through my options and made sure I was getting the product that I felt I needed. They installed a new motor, at a reasonable price! Our vehicles were "trapped" in our garage when a spring broke on Saturday. I remembered the Precision Garage Door Service commercials along with getting two neighbors' referrals. Teddy was available on Memorial Day and fixed the problem. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer. Andrew was helpful and professional. He patiently responded to my multiple questions. This was a huge expense for me but I realized it was also a necessary expense. Additionally, I appreciated that he kept me informed of the amount of time for each step of the way (ie. assessing the condition of the old opener, installation of the new opener and other parts). Our garage door opener stopped working. I scheduled the appointment online, it was quickly confirmed, and the technician showed up on time. Eric showed up on time. I explained the problem. He said, give me a moment to look it over. 30 seconds later he had diagnosed my problem. He told me what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me why the garage door was not operating properly. My wife asked when will they be able to fix the garage, thinking we would need to schedule for another day. I told her, Eric is almost done, which she was thrilled with. Eric is a true professional, and I could not be more pleased.

My neighbors in Avalon suggested Precision was the go-to place. After discovering late Sunday afternoon that the spring on my door was broken, I spoke with a live person on Sunday night and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. Joey arrived on time, obviously loving his work. Great communicator, efficient, and professional. He fixed my spring and replaced the rollers in less than an hour, for a great price! I highly recommend Precision (but only if they keep Joey! :))
