Kevin U was great and efficient with the service. He evaluated the situation very thoroughly and offered suggestions but in a professional way compared to a "pushy" salesman type of way. The repairs were fixed in a timely manner. Kevin left the garage in great condition with no mess left behind. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and highly recommend Kevin U.

I’m always happy with the service your company provides. You’re always upfront with explaining everything. Orlando came out today and was very kind and helpful and fixed the problem I was having. I am however a little disappointed in hearing today that the opener I bought 2 years ago from your company should be replaced. I declined to replace it because I don’t have the funds to pay for it and I didn’t want to put it on my credit card and have the extra payment.

Great presentation on offer, i did not feel pressured, and felt they were honest and not trying to make a buck. My technician, Elliot, was great!!. He deserves a bonus, if possible. And I will definitely contact precision for future repairs or garage issues

RJ quickly evaluated the issues with my garage door opener and offered options for replacement (because it was an old model not easily repaired) and then quickly went to work. I had a working garage door opener in about 2 hours! He also helped me program remotes for it. Very kind and helpful!

We've used them over 10 years. They consistently offer excellent, dependable customer service and honest, detailed, friendly technicians. Teddy came out within the hour of us calling over Labor Day weekend. He was helpful, knowledgeable, fun to talk to and had our door repaired and working quickly.

Precision installed our garage door some years ago and we have always been pleased with the service. Spring broke on a holiday weekend. I was expecting it to be Tuesday before someone could come out. Teddy was out bright and early the next day (Sunday). I was glad to have options based on how much door is used. Once again very pleased with the quality of work and great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was Outstanding. The service technician, Austin, did a great job explaining the issues cauing our door to make loud noises as it opened. Before Austin arrived, I thought we needed a new door however, Austin was able to fix the issue timely and efficiently without installing new door. We purchased hinges, rollers, cables and other items that were obviously needed. He also performed maintenace on the door. I would recommend using Precision Garage Door Service to anyone that requires door services. I am extremely satisfied. Thanks

Service was superb. management is marginal. Major rebuild of the entire door system. The ridiculous product list below is silly; about every part listed was needed. But The reason for the low rating is that i paid Austin almost $2,500 with a check so you don't have to pay American Express. He has my business card with phone and email. AS OF TODAY neither Monica nor I have received a copy of the detailed invoice nor a receipt. THAT IS POOR MANAGEMENT
