Precision installed new doors on previous before I sold it. Since I was pleased with that project, I called Precision to evaluate problems with the garage door in my new production built home. The technicians arrived about 3hrs after I called. The door itself, motor, and tracks were okay, but the low quality plastic moving parts in the tracks were binding. Everything including the lasers was replaced with high quality parts guaranteed for 7 years. The technicians also set up the remote system is my wife and I can open and close the door with our cell phones. We were very pleased with the rapid, high quality service.

Ty A came and did an outstanding job. Replaced the back up battery for my opener. Checked both doors for any potential problems. Installed a new retainer and bottom rubber for my door. He was very honest and friendly. I have used Precision Door many times over the years. Definitely recommend them. I give them and Ty both 5 stars!

Hello! I recently had an issue with my garage door opener. After trying to get a convenient repair order placed within a reasonable amount of time for my door, I contacted Precision Garage Door. They sent a technician on the same day, and within three hours had ALL of my issues handled! I am so appreciative. The Technician (Ben i believe) was excellent, thorough and really the time to explain what he thought were next best steps, which we went ahead and handled that day. Before he left, i received a complete walk through and now know that my garage door service will be done by Precision going forward! I called for service and they were able to come out same day. Brandon R was my service guy and he was tremendous. Did a great job and was respectful and cared for my property and time. He explained thourghly the service he was completing and why it was necessary. He even adjusted and serviced issues that were still under warranty to correct a few things that had nothing to do with why he was called.
