Have used Precision previously and they were my first choice when my garage door cable broke. They sent out a tech within hours of my call, actually arrived early. Ben H was my technician and quickly analyzed the problem and came up with several different options to fix the problem. No high pressure sales, just laid out the options. Once he got to work making all the repairs he worked very quickly. Ben was very friendly and also knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Absolutely a satisfied customer!! Honestly in the time we have lived in our house we have randomly had other companies out. We had Precision out before this visit and had them back. I find the technicians really know their craft. I have received knowledgeable advice and expert care. We were experiencing difficulty with our 18 year old garage door opener. I found a decal that Precision had placed on the inside of our garage door back in 2013 and applied for a service request with Precision's website. It was fairly easy to request service, and appreciated their listing of available appointment times by the day. I picked one that was the next day. After the inspection of the door that took 15 minutes, the tech explained what was necessary. Lot's of options and pricing to choose from. We decided to proceed with the install and it was done in about 3-1/2 hours. Cleanup and haul away of the older unit components. In addition, the tech programmed our vehicle to open the garage door from the inside of our car. Nice experience.

Eric G did an excellent job. He was actually able to come to our house a day early from our service appointment. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the problem and recommended a solution.
