We chose Precision after working with Jimmy as he was installing a new door for Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Noblesville! His expertise installing the new door on our old shed was amazing and his friendly manner made the process enjoyable! We called yesterday and Precision sent Nick out one day later. He swapped our present opener to a third car garage and installed a new unit in our main door while ensuring all of our mechanicals were working properly! I started out a little disappointed because I was told it would be 4 weeks by the first representative. Then it was 4-6 weeks—and given an installation date 6 weeks later. I did get the job done 4 days earlier than the six weeks. However, I am very impressed by the person who installed the new door. He was professional while friendly and able to do the work himself. I would recommend him to anyone needing a new garage door!

I had been considering many garage door companies for routine maintenance for a long time and then I had an emergency due to a roller and hinge breaking off. I chose Precision for it's well known reputation. My technician, Ty was knowledgable and capable. He patiently explained my options (various price ranges), answered all my questions, and didn't seem rushed at all when I added unexpected services (replacing bottom gasket). I had extensive repairs done on my 24 year old door which I overloaded by adding insulation that put stress on the springs, bearings, rolllers, and motor. All the work was done in a couple of hours. I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked (he never stopped!). I have some cosmetic work still to do and I'll definetly request Ty again when I'm ready. He's a fine young man.

Not only did he assess and fix the problem quickly he also programmed the remote to my vehicle!! I so appreciated the extra mile in helping me with that issue . Recommended from a co-worker. My garage door spring broke on July 2nd, and I called several companies, including the company that did the last service, and the original installer as well. I even called the emergency hot line for them. They did not return my calls. The garage door was stuck and my wife's car was inside. Precision called me back in a very short time. The service technician was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. They had no openings on the 3rd, but came July 4th in the morning! They did the whole service, replacing springs and several other worn out components that the previous service companies had ignored. He finished in a couple of hours and the work was excellent and fairly priced. Highly recommend Precision!!

Nick and Chayse went above and beyond to help me with a 40+ year old garage door. In this horrible heat they were willing to take the time to repair the door and make it usable. I called 3 companies and yours was the first to answer the phone. A technician was sent out the very day I called. Clayton showed me the problem and offered options for fixing it. He was very professional and personable. I had a coupon that claimed free estimates, but there was a rather high service fee, so I didn’t feel as free as I had wanted to get quotes before deciding on the course of action. Clayton was great, but I won’t hire a company again that doesn’t give free estimates.

Our garage door from Precision was more than 25 years old. It broke on a Sunday. I contacted them by their website Sunday night. They confirmed an appt for Monday morning. Mike came out, explained everything to me, gave me options and had the door fixed within an hour. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Precision Garage Door just finished repairing my garage door. The spring broke on a Sunday no doubt. I pulled them up on their website and filled in my request. Easy and scheduled a Monday repair. They called me a couple hours later and said they could do it today. Replaced the springs, shaft bracket and rollers in about 2 hours. Service person was courteous, provided me quote and made it look easy. Second time I’ve used Precision and both times they were great. Highly recommend them.
