My 27-year-old garage door and opener needed some attention. I called Precision based on a neighbor's recommendation. The technician, Drew T, was outstanding! He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what was going on, then showed me and thoroughly explained, what was causing the issues. He presented me with multiple options for replacing the opener and repairing the door. It was a big job, but Drew was great, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend calling Precision and asking for Drew for your next garage door repair.

Kevin and Caleb (I believe) were absolutely fabulous. They were courteous and very understanding about the predicament a broken garage door leaves you in - with your car stuck inside. Kevin walked me through everything - why the door had broken and what my options were for fixing it. They had it fixed in just a couple hours.

Precision Garage Door just completed a repair on our two car garage door and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the work they did at a fair price. We had an “accident” on a Thursday eve when my wife was pulling into the garage and hit the remote control a few doors away from our home…….normally not a problem…….except I was backing out of the garage at the same time! CRUNCH! I called Precision at 7:00 PM and not only did someone answer they were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning! My day started off with my neighbor texting me that my garage door had been open for about an hour. I closed it. Then; while I was having lunch; it opened again. I reached out to Precision Garage Door around 12:30 PM and was able to obtain a service appointment for 2:00 PM. Around 1:30 PM the service technician assigned to me (Elliot S) called to confirm my availability and his ETA. He got to my home right on time and; after listening to my explaining the events of my 'ghost' garage door openings; started to investigate. He then approached me with two estimates outlining the work he proposed. I selected the complete replacement option and have not regretted my decision. After installation he walked me through the proper operation of everything and even re-programmed the Homelink system in my car. I was very impressed with both the equipment installed but also with the dedication of Elliot. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Eric was the technician who came to service my door. I was in need of a new motor and there were three choices. He went over each option explaining the benefits of each and helped me reach my decision based on need and financial consideration. He worked very diligently installing all of the new items I needed.
