Our technician, Peter, was great: professional, polite and thorough. He explained in lay terms our options and the resulting short term and long term mechanical implications, which helped us decide what to have done. If we ever needed more work done, would request Peter again. Our garage door is working perfectly now. Thank you!

We were having an issue with the safety beams as well as the noise level of our garage door. Mike did an excellent job of addressing both issues. He gave me several options and completed the task we agreed upon quickly. He further explained to me what other issues to keep an eye on. Very pleased with how our garage door is operating. Would cal Precision again, and ask for Mike.

Have used Precision previously and they were my first choice when my garage door cable broke. They sent out a tech within hours of my call, actually arrived early. Ben H was my technician and quickly analyzed the problem and came up with several different options to fix the problem. No high pressure sales, just laid out the options. Once he got to work making all the repairs he worked very quickly. Ben was very friendly and also knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Absolutely a satisfied customer!! Honestly in the time we have lived in our house we have randomly had other companies out. We had Precision out before this visit and had them back. I find the technicians really know their craft. I have received knowledgeable advice and expert care. I have had some upgrades completed to avoid future problems as well as address construction shortcomings. Yesterday’s visit was again excellent. Quality work, efficient and on a trip to his truck for tools, brought up the empty trash container. Thanks Dave
