Ty came to my house today to replace a broken door spring and give the door mechanism a tune-up. I was very impressed by Ty in both his professionalism and general demeanor. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave some recommendations along with a number of repair options at different price points and got my door back up and running in a few short hours. I initially had a broken spring on my 35 year old garage door. The door/parts were noisy and clunky opening/closing. Eric G. got right to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, detail and quality of work. He explained everything and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Yes, my service call was for a broken spring, but Eric showed me rollers, cables, bearings that were on the verge of breaking (I got 35 years out of them). Of the 5 garage door companies I called, I have thankful I went with Precision as my garage door is extremely quiet and smooth operating now. Eric and Precision did an outstanding job, well done!

Our technician, Elliott, was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He described thoroughly the options and reviewed the work after completion. If we require additional garage door work, I would be pleased to have him provide the service. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Precision to any friends needing similar service. Elliott left us with two (2) remote openers, which are not needed, because our vehicle has that capability built into it. Can those remotes be returned for a credit?

I received a text and phone call that Tony was on his way and got here at the specified time. After examination, Tony was very thorough on the condition of the garage door and the mechanics of it. Tony explained how all the parts need to function properly to have the door operate without undo stress on it and the opener. Colin from Precision Garage Doors arrived at my home to do a pre-winter inspection on my double garage door and single garage door scheduling an appointment last week. After inspecting the garage doors Colin showed me a couple things on the doors that should be replaced now and a few things that will need replaced in the future. The most important item was the spring on the single door that could cause wear on my opener. I approved to have the single door spring replaced and appreciated Colin making his recommendations with valuable information and not as a pushy sales person I have experienced with other garage door companies. I had Colin add Precision Garage Door stickers on my doors handy for my wife to call if needed with further garage door issues. The office staff Angie and others were pleasant to work with and kept me updated when Colin was on his way for my appointment. Precision Garage Doors is my #1 choice for garage door tuning and service.

I chose Precision Garage Door due to their excellent reputation for Garage Door installation and Repairs. A company that DOES NOT charge extra for Saturday or Sunday service is unheard of in this day and age. That alone should be rewarded. However, their technicians are extremely polite and knowledgeable, giving me options on how I could go about my repairs, if any. I’ve never had to call them back because the repair did not work. Another rarity these days, sadly. I can’t recommend this company Highly enough!
