Tony D was great. He explained everything that was wrong and could go wrong in the near future. Provided me a estimate, we consulted on what needed attention today and what needed to be done in the near future. We agreed on work, he started right away. As the day went on we agreed on replacing the two 29 year old garage openers. We have used precision twice to repair our doors and put new seals on for weather protection. They have always responded in a prompt manner and we have had excellent service. I dialed PRECISION after seeing an ad for a favorably priced " tuneup." A critter had mistaken the rubber seal strip on the bottom of the door for its favorite bubble gum flavor, and that needed replacement, as well. My technician addressed each concern, walked me through his observations and recommendations, and performed his work well. The result is a smooth, quiet balanced door that operates like new.

When a cable snapped on the garage door of my new home, I called the company that originally installed and serviced it. After a frustrating conversation with their residential service department I decided to cancel the service call. It was all of the 5 star ratings that encouraged me to call Precision, and I'm so glad I did. Apparently my double car garage door only had one spring (instead of 2...why??), which had snapped. It appeared to be the 4th replacement spring based on how beat up the winding bar was. Because of this and the age of the system, basically all of the moving parts aside from the door itself needed to be replaced. While I wasn't planning on this major expense, I felt completely confident that it was both necessary and long overdue. The technician, Josh B, was on time, respectful, answered all of my questions, and gave me lots of options to accommodate my budget. I decided to also upgrade to a new and quieter belt drive system, which I feel confident this was a better choice than the big box store options. I highly recommend Precision and am impressed they were able to solve this issue for me quickly and professionally. Thanks, Josh B.
