I was able to conveniently schedule my appointment online, which was a huge plus. Nick was my service technician, and he was extremely professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with my garage door, which felt a bit overwhelming at first. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain everything and helped me prioritize which repairs needed immediate attention. I truly appreciated how patient and clear he was throughout the process. I was also so glad that he had all the necessary parts stocked on his truck, allowing everything to be completed the same day. That level of preparation and efficiency made the experience even better. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service again. I called for service and they were able to come out same day. Brandon R was my service guy and he was tremendous. Did a great job and was respectful and cared for my property and time. He explained thourghly the service he was completing and why it was necessary. He even adjusted and serviced issues that were still under warranty to correct a few things that had nothing to do with why he was called. Brandon truly went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

Hello! I recently had an issue with my garage door opener. After trying to get a convenient repair order placed within a reasonable amount of time for my door, I contacted Precision Garage Door. They sent a technician on the same day, and within three hours had ALL of my issues handled! I am so appreciative. The Technician (Ben i believe) was excellent, thorough and really the time to explain what he thought were next best steps, which we went ahead and handled that day. Before he left, i received a complete walk through and now know that my garage door service will be done by Precision going forward!
