Precision Garage Door just finished repairing my garage door. The spring broke on a Sunday no doubt. I pulled them up on their website and filled in my request. Easy and scheduled a Monday repair. They called me a couple hours later and said they could do it today. Replaced the springs, shaft bracket and rollers in about 2 hours. Service person was courteous, provided me quote and made it look easy. Second time I’ve used Precision and both times they were great. Highly recommend them.

My service tech was Elliot, someone that installed opener and springs a year ago, i called to get a service done. He was on time that was given to me. Also, he took his time and went over everything in detail and made some adjustments. Elliot was very professional and friendly, explained everything he did in detail. Any work i have done with Garage doors will be through Precision.

The Company schedules quickly, arrives on time and all the technicians are well trained, professional and courteous. The technician, Brandon was exceptional. I would rate him a 10+. I called Precision when the spring on my garage door broke. My appointment was quickly made for the next day. Mike showed up and was able to assess my issues and make repairs right away. Kevin, the Precision technician, quickly solved the issue I was having with my garage door. What I appreciate about Precision is their organized system—from the first phone call to the updates on timing and the technician’s arrival. They come fully prepared with all the right tools and parts, neatly stored in a spotless, professionally marked van. You can tell its Precision the moment they pull into the driveway. Precision makes recommendations as to what is needed to do the job but is clear to let you make the decision. The added value was tightening hinges, chain and oil where needed. Kevin also reminded me of a feature on the keypad that I had forgotten that is useful. We also reviewed records of when the garage door springs & motor was replaced to help with knowing what I can expect since the repair of garage door springs. The website is user friendly and talks about the employee and have videos to review.

Joe and Bryan came out and did a complete assessment of the situation with my garage door. They gave me three options for the repair. Once the option was chosen, they went to work and finished in 2 hours. They even took a leaf blower to my garage floor!
