I called for service on our residential garage door opener at almost 5 PM yesterday. They had someone out to fix it at 8:30. It’s a very old system and Dakota explained our options and we decided to go with a brand new even better quality, genie opener. Very pleased with your quick response Bill

Brandon was our technician, and we were pleased with his attention to detail. He explained our problem with our garage door and let us know what it would take to solve our multiple issues. We had used Precision before and were pleased with that initial experience, so we called again. I also noticed several neighbors in the area were also using Precision, so that is "always" a good sign. Yes, we will use Precision Garage Door again if needed !

A human actually answered my call and arranged a same day appointment to fix my garage door so I could get my vehicle out. Austin was the tech that did the work. I have an 8½-year-old garage door and had never done any maintenance on it. Recently, it started making all kinds of noises—like Precision Garage Door says, “it was talking to me.” So I called this morning, and they were able to get me on the schedule the same afternoon. Eric, our technician, did a very thorough inspection of all the moving parts. The bearings, rod, and springs were clearly showing wear after all these years. He walked me through what needed to be done, provided a clear quote, and explained how the repairs would help ensure the door runs smoothly for years to come. The best part—he had all the necessary parts in his van and completed the work in about an hour and a half. While it ended up costing a bit more than I initially expected, it was work that needed to be done, and Eric did an excellent job. The difference is incredible—I can barely hear the door when it opens and closes now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, especially if you’re like me and have put off maintenance for a while.

You get what you pay for - and after my exceptionally timed visit from Elliot today, I feel like I got a good deal. Elliot was calling me with a 30 minute ETA just 2 hours after I called in needing a shattered spring replaced. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. At the same time, he didn't stand around trying to upsell me or waste my time. Within an hour of pulling into my driveway, he had new springs on my overhead door, new rollers in, tracks realigned, everything cleaned and oiled, and the garage tidied up like he had never been there. This is my first time using precision, but definitely won't be my last. I'd be lucky to get Elliot back next time, the guy is top notch.

Eric G. was great to work with! He was very helpful in understanding what was wrong and what needed to be done. He explained and walked through everything with me and then was patient enough to do the same with my husband over the phone. I used them before for an issue they were prompt and did good work so I called again for my current issue. This time the same result and the issue was fixed in a couple of hours. The technician, Mike, was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and presented the estimate then proceeded to do the work. When finished he made sure it worked and made final adjustments. Good work and the door works like new.
