I called because of your commercials. Got a nice text beforehand with Josh’s info. Josh was awesome. Super nice guy. He explained the issues and all of my options. Installed a new opener, remote and exterior key pad. Programmed everything and explained that process very well. After the work was completed, he cleaned up everything. I’m super impressed that Precision was able to come out so quickly and the install was also quicker than I thought. Will be calling Precision again for any possible future issues (my other opener is old as well). 5 stars!

The garage door spring broke on late Sunday. We called Precision the same day expecting to leave a message. Much to our surprise an associate took our call and got us scheduled for Monday morning. Orlando was our technician and was great. He arrived on time, assessed our problem and we also had an in depth conversation about the pros/cons of all the moving parts. The conversation was driven by my questions not an attempt to upsell by Orlando. He was very transparent and as a result we made some decisions to upgrade some of the components from the builder grade quality initially installed. We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend Precision. Thanks again to Orlando for your attention to details in repairing our door.

We had Precision Garage Door Service come out because our keyless pad was not working correctly. When Joey H came out, he asked what our concerns were and what we were wanting to accomplish. He then made suggestions and gave us options that would work best for us. He went the extra mile and then some, to say the least! We ended up replacing the motor on our garage door opener and keyless pad. Joey H also helped me to set up the app on my phone and re-set our openers and new keypad. He also re-set the garage door button in our car. I can't say enough GREAT things about Joey H and his service. He was very professional, kind, honest and patient to answer all my questions. Brandon did a fantastic job at helping us understand what issues he was seeing with our door's springs and drums. He made it easy for us to make an informed decision to have our springs and drums replaced as our originals installed by Pulte were fairly limited in their abilities and had seemingly ran out of usability. Brandon was really easy to talk to, not condescending at all with what we didn't know, and just an overall great person to deal with. Thanks guys!

Everything about my experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent! This includes my initial call and inquiry. I was given an appointment the next morning! There was no extra charge for a Saturday appointment. Cole P took very good care of me. He phoned me within the arrival time. He was courteous and respectful. He gave me options and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed and felt confident in the choices that I made. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I am a very happy customer. Used them 1.5 yrs ago for a different repair on our garage door and very pleased with quality of repair and promptness of service so did not hesitate to call them today when repair of different garage door problem needed. We had a fantastic experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Our technician, Zeke, was prompt, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Our garage door, which was originally installed in 2013, had some normal wear and tear, plus a broken spring. Zeke took the time to thoroughly explain the issues, showing me the signs of wear on the door and its parts. He also provided clear, honest options for repair, including a "Band-Aid" solution, a middle-of-the-road fix, and a full rebuild with a breakdown is cost. We went with the middle of-the-road fix with premium parts, and Zeke had our door fully rebuilt in just one hour! 1 year parts warranty was explained. He was on time, and even called 30 minutes before arrival to give us his ETA.

Other than a broken spring back in 2013, our garage door opener was not a problem for 20 years until a couple days ago. At that time there appeared to be a sensor problem. Cole P arrived very early in the appointment window. He was friendly and personable and spent about 20min assessing our whole system. He showed me the control board showing significant wear and we decided to replace the opener, sensors and springs after fully reviewing our options. Work was done efficiently and we now have peace of mind as we enter the winter.
